Worst customer service ever. Called for a spare tire was assured they had one. Told them I would be over, took a 30min drive to get there. Waited for 45min only to be told the tire was no good. All the attendant said was a quick sorry while on the phone. Avoid this place, don't know what they are doing.
I called looking for a negative terminal for my 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. And Julio found the part and a battery all for under $100 dollars. Others had quoted me $130 or more for these 2 item's.. I will definitely use this business for my FUTURE PURCHASE'S

I went to get a part today for my car and it Was 50 minutes before close and they say no cuz there were closing and the guys from the back they were cleaning Is like comon they have like 50 minute's more for me that's bad customer service cus We us customers have rights even if they have a minute to close they should attend us and get what we ask for cuz we are the customers No matter the time you get there
No worst service ever I went to buy apart and well he assured me that the alternator was good got home I live like four minutes away from Junkyard put it on 20 minutes later called him and I asked him that I’ll change it wasn’t working when I checked in and Auto Zone and he said it that they don’t have warranty but he assured me that I’ll tonight it was good I went and checked it out and Ever was not good $80 and with the alternator call back in very rude they just stated that we don’t give a warranty and he said as it is and I asked him if you guys still not working Parts as it is knowing that you’re not working he said that customers come with cars that have electrical problems and they still saw the parts like that it’s not their fault if not to go buy new they don’t want to come back there again His name was Julio Another words like you said I don’t have to go back again
Everything was going good, I called to get the part and they had took it off and everything. I showed up and the part that I was getting sold was damaged and obviously wasn’t going to work! $60? I think not. New $80? At Oreilly? Might as well.
First they sold me a wrong piece ,i under stand that. Take it back and then the second piece is all jamed up. Dindt want to give credit back ,not even exchange it for another part. Be carefull ,dont get Fooled like they did to me.
They had the part we were looking for and were quick and efficient. Also like the fact that if for any reason the particular part we bought didn't fit we had 30 days to return it with some policies of course. Overall pleased.
Great service. Wide variety. Bit of a wait time but other than that, good business. Got the parts not even Advanced or AutoZone had. Pricing is awesome. Guy there gave me a deal for buying 2 sensors.
This place sells electric equipment without testing, offering "full refund" if the piece failed, once you return with defective piece they says the sell is final and no return/exchanges, take care, not so good prices and worst customer service.
