Employees are very rude and ( specially the bald guy ) there very un attentive and don’t care about customer care had to take my business somewhere else …
Gone many times and staff is always helpful, last visit wasnt as pleasing. Manager made unnecessary comments towards me about my age and being irresponsible for leaving my wallet at home. Very unprofessional and rude.
This store i bee in this one before and i forget why i don't go there 15 min to somebody help me because the chisme for what happens on the party las night was more important the say how i can help you if they see i stand in front of them wait for help
I bought a altanator brand new from them! With warranty. The mechanic told me that the altinator came faulty and to go back and exchange it . They didn't want to do it because to them " the battery was bad " even though the battery was change and is brand new as well . Not to mention the lady was rude as well . Other oryles have told me the same thing about the altanator that it's not working , but for some reason this oryles didn't want to belive me . It sucks cuz my mechanic is located in Las milpas . I would rather go to autozone from now on. Thanks oryles for making my experience suck . So much for "#1 customer satisfaction and priory." . Expect a call from corporate pretty soon .
