The reason I gave it a 3 was because employee left us hanging and not let us know what was going on. I understand it was raining but the employee could have told.us he was done or what not.
My sister needed a new battery and the associate Nate went above and beyond. Customer service was awesome and he helped us switch out her battery. Would definitely come back to this location. Thank you.

Edward the store manager was helping us out because our battery was not working and we had been in there a couple of times because we coulsnt take off the battery and he let us borrow tools, battery charger and hw went above and beyond to help us, he made us a great gesture and we are above grateful. We recommend his store for the great customer service and for the patience he has with us. We are truly blessed for his help today.
The boy there didn't even bother in giving me the code from The scanner n on top of it, sent another lady to assist me, which was not very helpful without the codes
They have pretty much all parts available but I'll NEVER purchase another fix a flat product. Just cause the $10 can cost me a $250 dent into my wallet. Voided my tire warranty

Would of liked to be shown codes from OBD 2 scanner... instead just got told "misfires and take it to a mechanic." I will try another o'reilly with better customer service.
I give O'Reilly's on business 83 0 Stars I had a filter ordered promised for the next morning I called they left me on hold for an hour I hung up and called again I was on hold for over 30 minutes drove to O'Reilly's while still on the phone I'd looked at the employees there was only one customer and four employees the manager told me that they had not received it his name was Mr Sanchez he sent me to a store two towns away to pick it up I got there they did not have it it is not the first time I've had problems at O'Reilly's and but it will be the last because I do not plan to return ever to a store run by incompetent personnel
Decent selection of auto parts but need to work on their customer service. They don't have a system in place for first come first served so you can get passed up by someone who just walked in.
For the most part great service... One thing I gotta say... One time there was lots of smoke coming from behind of building... So I rushed over thinking it could've been a fire... Well no... They actually had a customer appreciation burger bbq... Sad to say... Management seen me there many times... But didn't even offer me a burger... He kinda give me a look that I was not welcomed to their burger bbq... Wow... Kinda weird I think... I guess bbq was being a payroll deduction... Wow... I went to Veterans Rd. Store n mentioned my situation... In a split second management told me... That I was very welcomed to their stores burger bbq...

I needed to buy rear break lights for my Equinox. George was very generous and offered to replace the lights. He replaced them which I was not expecting at all. He was polite, professional, and efficient in his work. I am very glad that I stopped there and will visit the store again when need be.
Brenda helped me out today and did an amazing job on putting on my front light bulb .She helped me find the right tape for my electrical work I was looking for .Im thankful she went out of her way to make sure that my needs were meet .She was friendly and made sure that my light was installed correctly.Idk what I would’ve done without her assistance (:
Just took someone here to get a car part, but a question as to which one was in use on that model wasn't decidable without part in hand. They take oil and coolant here for recycling. They will test for free batteries and certain electric components. My visit was too brief to know any more.
3 people working and maybe 4 people in the star, most of them checking out, and we got absolutely no help. What's worse is it was the only auto parts store open. Horrible experience.
I live in San Juan but do NOT like O'Reillys here in San Juan they r not that friendley hard to get help the phone rings off the wall....no no.. no... good service i have to go to this Orellys here in Pharr on 281 to see Yolie and Brenda i had never seen 2 young women doing 3 mens job....wow...today i went Yolie and Brenda took care of my problem they r very hard workers...i am very impressed with them....So if ur wanting and needing good profesionally service there the women with highly expirence to go too ask for them u will be impressed.... Those r my girls... they get me my correct parts the first time....5 stars in my book goood gob girls....
If you have a cheep car. It's better to fix it with stuff from the auto part store. .
