425.00 to get my car out sounds very expensive the car wasn't towed away for more than 5 miles and it hasn't been 24 hours yet since the car was towed and yet that's what they want wow looks like robbery at the hands of escaleras towing.
There tring to make it as hard to take your car out charging you for every little thing they can my sons car was hit by a drunk driver he didn't have insurance and took off but a good Samaritan followed the car to his his house and called the police my son had struggled to pay off the car cause he was paying more for insurance than the car payment so he had only liability insurance so his got to pay everything from his pocket so having to pay more than 900 dollars for a tow and 2 days wasn't the thing you're looking for.the lady at the front desk was ok she was just doing her job sorry if I said something wrong
Absolutely terrible experience. The man I dealt with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly trying to pocket extra money. He gave me a hard time just trying to get my car back and even refused to let me retrieve my own valuables at first. Instead, he went through my belongings himself, which is unacceptable, and my lanyard ended up missing. On top of that, he tried charging me for every little thing possible. The whole situation felt like they were taking advantage of me. Completely disgusted with the way I was treated — be very cautious if you ever have to deal with this company.
