Absolutely terrible experience. The man I dealt with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly trying to pocket extra money. He gave me a hard time just trying to get my car back and even refused to let me retrieve my own valuables at first. Instead, he went through my belongings himself, which is unacceptable, and my lanyard ended up missing. On top of that, he tried charging me for every little thing possible. The whole situation felt like they were taking advantage of me. Completely disgusted with the way I was treated! be very cautious if you ever have to deal with this company.
Driver messed up my bumper and still haven’t gotten a call back from owner after they charged me 650 dollars ! NEVER EVER. I will not only leave this review but post every where too. If owner sees this I hope I get a call back. Been trying since almost 2 weeks but quick to answer when it came to a price to charge lol, plus dragged car with not even putting blocks on tires before he messed bumper and all bottom of it since IT WAS ON FLOOR. Wish I can post video, cause idek where he hooked it watching pics and video smh.
I got into a car crash and I wanted to get my sub in the trunk but I was injured and the ambulance was getting there so I couldn't unplug the last wire I needed so they took my car and don't let me get the speaker even tho my car totaled so they don't need to have the sub

How ever i never approached the tow driver he approached me, when i didnt go there to see him since he doesnt work in the front desk to take the payment he felt he had to approach me to tell me something regarding my review i felt i had to reassure what he meant by his disrespectful wave he did at me, therefore if he got mad or offended and things got escalated by his approach towards me falls back at him, again great service from your part but you really need to let that worker go he wasnt firm as you say, he was disrespectful. On another note he doesnt own the towing center and cant decide what to do if not ordered by you or his boss therefore he made the company lose 175 extra you where charging me to take the car to my home regardless if i couldnt make up my mind till the very end when he lost control and said "IM NOT TAKING HIS CAR NO MORE" because i couldnt decide till he got mad. its not every day you have to pay over 700 therefore he needs to control his self before he hurts someone or gets hurt. Anyways if i where the boss i wouldnt want to lose 175 extra because a worker got mad or lost patience with a customer...

My daughter Just had a blowout on 83 with no spare tire. Called and a wrecker was dispatched almost instantly. Driver arrived within 10 min of my call and was nice and friendly and quick. Best tow experience ever!! Reasonably priced too!!

Horrible overpriced rude. THEY WORK WITH MISSION PD SO YOU HAVE NO CHOICE. $480 FOR A TOW. THE COP WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE THE ONES. Edit. While speaking to David he said to me that they get 50 to 60tows daily and made a mistake on identifying mine. GOT ME THINKING 50 TO 60 DAILY AND IF EACH ONE IS RIPPED OFF 15 BUX Like he Saud I was ... HOW MUCH DONT THEY STEAL DAILY? I ASKED YOU DAVID BE HONEST YOU STILL WILL NOT. I WAS WRONG ON MY BILL IT WAS WAY ABOVE 480 540 WAS THE COST. THEY WILL NOT ONLY RIP YOU OFF THEY WILL SMILE AND CALL YOU A LIAR WHILE DOING IT.
Same as the other wreckers companies, they just want to take the money from you. I couldn't take my car from their yard, they wanted too much money for few hours and few miles, they don't care, I don't know how they can do that, we need to do something about it. My car is still there, I don't have the money to get it out. It has to be something to be done about the abuse of the charges.
David did a wonderful job towing my 26ft box truck from Palmview to Edinburg. He was very professional and everything went fast and smooth. I recommend this company to anyone needing a reliable towing service!
Horrible service. They charge an arm and a leg for their towing services. Hours on google say 24hr and the representative says 8-5. We get to the office at 8 and a driver mentions we have to wait another 20mins for the lady of the front office even though she lives on the property. Very rude and disrespectful when it comes to handling customers
