Mr. Robert had excellent customer service. We called him late in the evening and gave us different options for possible towing times. We decided to it would be easier to do it the following morning. Robert is a real man of his craft! I was expecting an expensive out of pocket since I was calling near midnight, but it was honestly the most reasonable price compared to 5 other companies trying to stiff me for 300-500. He had plenty of stories to tell on the ride from South Mission to North Edinburg, and I had started to forget that I was at my wit’s end with my car acting up! Worth every penny

I like the fact that Robert has a flatbed wrecker that makes it easy to load up the vehicle needing to be towed. He came within 10 minutes after I called him that I needed my vehicle to be towed. Excellent and friendly service!
Had an issue with my vehicle a few months ago. Left me stranded at a gas station and we had tried all the " usual " trouble shooting. Called R & R towing and since they were in the area I was stranded in, they came right over, within minutes. They could have easily put my vehicle on their truck and charged me their scheduled fee (which had already been discounted because they were in the area). Instead, they checked my vehicle, found it was the battery and got it started. Not only did they wait with me while a family member went and purchased a new battery; they installed it and got me on my way. Wow! is all I can say. Honest, hard working people like R & R are hard to find. Hope I never need a tow in the future but just in case their number is now saved in my phone. Fast service with integrity!!!! Highly recommend.
Had an issue with my vehicle and could not drive it. Got ahold of Robert and right away was able to give me a quote and scheduled an appointment to tow my vehicle to his shop where he was able to fix my vehicle and get me back on the road! Robert was great! Had a family emergency and needed to get a car towed from Edinburg to Mission on a Saturday night during the McAllen Parade so no other towing company answered or was available. Robert not only answered but also gave me an affordable price. The guys showed up within 45 mins and had my car up on the trailer in less than 10 mins. Fast and friendly service, would definitely use them again and recommend them!
Robert is fantastic. We broke down in a super dangerous location and he was there within 30 minutes to rescue us off the side of the road. He immediately let us sit in his ac while he loaded up our car and was super helpful in finding us help as we were stranded far from home. What a great man! Mr. Robert Lemons helped me with my vehicle. My trucks brakes were damaged and wouldn’t move at all. He took care of my vehicle as if it was HIS OWN. Mr. Lemons was so considerate about his services, prevented further damage to the truck, and was overall an amazing person! I’m a young woman and feel that it’s difficult to not be overpriced in the auto industry dominated by men, but he made me feel comfortable and explained he has young daughters of his own. Truly an amazing person. Would recommend this business to anyone!
