PLEASE ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS FIRST SAVE YOUR SELF FROM HEAD ACHES AND STRESS I SUPPOSEDLY PURSHASE A TRANSMISSION TO BE INSTALLED AND WAS AN IN AND OUT THING 3 DAYS WAS PROMISED SUPPOSLY THE TRANSMISSION INSTALLED WAS BAD TOO . MY TRUCK ENDED IN THEIR POSSESSION FOR MORE THAN A MONTH AND ALWAYS GIVING ME LAIM EXCUSES . CHECKED THE OIL IN MY TRANSMISSION WAS OLD DARK AND NASTY AND SUPPOSLY THEY HAD PUT NEW OIL 🤔 WHEN INSTALLED. GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS BUT I HAD TO SHOOSE ONE STAR .
I give South McColl used Auto Parts a 2 star review. If you plan to have a part fixed at this place. Be aware to check check on your vehicle. I took my van to get the transmission changed. The man who was in charge of calling me to let me know about the status on my van. He told me within a week my van would be ready. This place get their parts from salvage vehicles. My vehicle should have been ready ready in a week I took it mid January and had to get my vehicle removed from their shop. I had my van parked for almost 2 months. The gentleman in charge of calling me had told me the part they ordered was wrong then it continued thru out like this until March. I went to pick up my vehicle and took it to Speedy Transmission they were very quick. My suggestion if you want good Costumer Service be very sincere and admit you don't have the part and let customers know in time. I needed my vehicle to attend work.
Worst place ever don't go if your planing on buying a part i bought a transmission here drove my truck here only to have it towed home broken down minus $800 the warranty they offer on parts they don't stand by there word nore recipts and there mechanics are no good plus take way to much time to fix anything 2 transmissions only to find out first one was bad and second one they installed was worst they won't give you your money back ones they have it thats it im currently filling a complain with the city for ripping off customers and taking them to court worst experience ever
