Our tow driver, Aventura, was amazing. She arrived on location on time and handled a very difficult pickup with complete professionalism. The vehicle was parked crooked and required a reverse hookup for the repossession, but she skillfully maneuvered it onto the tow bed with ease she made that car dance.
Law enforcement was on standby, and everything ran smoothly thanks to how quick and efficient she was. The entire process was fast, clean, and professional. We will definitely be using your company again, and Aventura is a big reason why. She represents your company exceptionally well and provides outstanding service.

Originally $320, but they worked with me and gave me 50% off because it was just a 3 mile tow to my mechanic. 28 minute wait time. Service must be paid before vehicle is unloaded and the text payment option was a little slow, though that could've been my phone service, but all-in-all no complaints.
Great service. I normally have to wait hours to get a tow, but these guys came through right away. They towed my truck from Edinburg to Raymondville. The driver, Leon, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time loading and unloading the truck, and answered a couple of questions I had about towing. If needed, I will definitely use them again.
Fast pick-up and awesome friendly service. Highly recommend these guys! Leon traveled quite a ways for the pick-up and he was quick about it! Two thumbs up!!

This company is really great on all fronts, excellent communication when setting up an appointment, to texts letting you know when they are nearby/approaching, to convenient pay by phone methods, etc and are always there to be reassuring and answer any questions you may have. In my case we did not need a tow, but just a winching out from a ditch and everything was smooth sailing. I really appreciate the help, and a big thank you to the excellent driver for helping me in such a tight spot. God bless!
Amazing service!! A+++! I was stranded today with the storm as all the roads were flooded and I had to request a tow. I did it through my insurance and they connected me with Texas Heavy Tow!! Waited for these guys and they never showed up, first they couldn’t use google maps to find my house, then i get a story that the driver was having personal issues and he would be ten minutes late, after that they called that they would be canceling the tow and didn’t give a reason. Don’t waste your time with this unprofessional company.

I just had issues with my new Ford and I put a request for roadside and they called me almost instantly. The driver that was dispatched was very helpful as I have never needed a tow before. Dispatcher also very quick and efficient, extra safe with extra tie downs. It made it to the dealership safe and sound.
I needed a tow because of a flat tire. I used my insurance app to book a tow. Texas Heavy Tow was the responding company. My tow driver's name was John. He did an excellent job. He arrived earlier than the estimated time. He handled my car safely and professionally. He was courteous and friendly. And most importantly, he was knowledgeable. He even went the extra mile to make sure i was taken care of. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I'm saving their number, in case I ever need a reliable tow company again.
