Our car was 30 min from our house & we couldn't stay with the car. Black Sheep had our car picked up and home within an hour and half. Must say that was the quickest and easiest towing experience I've had.
David was my Tow Truck Driver. He was very nice and our conversations were so good. It was a long ride back to town but David made the time go by fast. Excellent service!
I had to have my car towed today, and Jessie made a stressful situation so much easier. He arrived before the ETA, was incredibly professional, and went above and beyond to help. My car wouldn’t shift into neutral or reverse, so he spent nearly 45 minutes under the car on hot pavement just to make sure it could be safely loaded onto the tow truck. Despite the difficult conditions, he stayed kind, calm, and positive the entire time. His attitude helped me feel less overwhelmed, and he truly turned a negative experience into a much more manageable one. I’m so grateful for his patience and professionalism. Black sheep towing saved the day today! I was locked out of my car at the gas pump with my engine running and no way to stop it. They came within about 10 minutes of receiving the call and only took about 3 minutes to get me back in my vehicle! They were very nice and friendly. They were also extremely generous with the charge. As someone who locks their keys in the car more often than I'd like to admit, I won't ever use another locksmith.
