I love a small town that has employees that know their stuff about automotive. Bigger towns have unknowledgeable teens that are lazy, on their phones and don't know a spark plug from an oil filter, but Llano has you covered. They know their stuff!
Went by this morning several times after their supposed opening time of 730 wound up having to drive all the way to marble falls as by 8 they still weren't open.
They are a helpful staff. And always nice when I come in the store. Always seem to have the parts . If not, they check all surrounding stores and somehow have it for me the next day
Went it for a blown headlight on my 2003 E150
They had the whole unit in stock and the manager replaced it for me . Fantastic Service, fast, cost effective and done with a smile !!
Had a small windshield wiper accident on my way to Austin and was fortunate enough to stop by the O'Reilly's in Llano. Tim and Herb were welcoming, kind, and best of all super knowledgeable and helpful! They helped me save money by offering a buy one wiper get one free promotion and even installed my new wipers for me!!! Their presence made me feel safe and welcome even though I was far from home ❤️ can't recommend them enough!
Amazing service!! The guys were so nice and so helpful. They even offered to change the part for me and brought out a stool so I could see into my tucks engine bay. 10/10! Thank you so much guys!
This place is a joke, I've been in here several times and have always had a bad experience. Most employees have no respect for customers and try everything to avoid doing their job. They currently have no manager and have no idea when Trucks come in, or even who orders for the store. I wrote down my name, number, and what I needed to be ordered and was told that O'Reillys is, "First come first serve". Everything here is also overpriced. Save your money and your time, go somewhere else. Support a local Texas business and go to A-line auto, they actually know what they're doing there and will order you parts. The owner is a great guy and has a couple successful stores around the hill country. Napa isn't a bad choice either. I wont be going back to O'Reillys again.
They mistreat their employees. The employees and managers talk very inappropriately to each other and if the store doesn’t like what you are saying when you make a complaint they yell at you and hang up on you.
They have some stuff usually over priced for the quality. Most staff is very know very little about auto repair or try to give an example They experienced on their vehicle. They only rely on the computer guidance
I really like the people here, but O'Reilly's products are outrageously priced. I bought a pair of wiper blades for over $80.00 and get very little use out of them. Just had to purchase another pair way too soon. I don't recommend RAINX wiper blades or products!!!!!
These guys are lifesavers!! I come back to them again and again and the service is always outstanding!! They are very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my auto care needs!! Just like family!! They keep me rolling!! See y'all next adventure, after I get my heater hose changed!!
Best auto parts store in town. We have 3 or 4 auto part stores in town and a bunch others close by. This specific O Reilly’s is top notch. Well stocked with most of the day to day stuff and most parts too. If they don’t have it, they can usually get it same day or next day.
Very nice and professional this employee amazingly goes out of his duties to help customers We know because since he first stsrted he is the same but even better and every business needs an Ethan but he is Our Llano Oreillys Best.Thank You Ethan , your parents for instilling work ethics and your boss for having you there for us!!
Nice Auto Parts Store, as long as you know what part or parts you need, they'll do their best to get it or find it for you. I haven't had any problems with them yet. Been buying parts from them for almost 10 or 12 years now.
This was ok they had what I needed. That's all I can say. Noone greeted me or asked if they could help me. There were three employees standing at the counter Noone said a word till I came to the counter with my things.
