Good customer service, called in the part I needed they said that they had it and believe me it was way cheaper than getting it at auto zone or Orilies. Went to pick it up I was out less than 5 mins
Great service and great prices. Bought a drivers side window for my vehicle and the person who helped me. I believe his name was Julian even gave me some instructions on how to install it.
Friendly staff, they unfortunately did not have the body part I needed. They did look around the area for me and gave me the shops contact information that had my part.
great service very knolegable if they dont have the part they help you look for it. i was told fifty dollars for a part that i needed but when i got there they gave me a diffrent price of 25 dollars withg warrenty so happy

Very bad service bought a motor from them which they guarantied it but it didnt work called them n told Roy about it n he had a very bad attitude about it n said he wouldn't give me my money back nor money of labor i wasted to install the motor.Well guess ill see them in court.

Let me tell y'all it's a nice, clean, friendly place to be on. They make you laugh while waiting for the parts. Very very friendly would really recommend going here if you're looking for used parts.
I needed a rim for my truck, which they had one. This rim had a tire on it. He told me over the phone the rim will be ready at a specific time. I get there to find that the rim has a tire on it and that I have to take it to a nearby tire shop to get the tire off and bring the tire back. Note I would also have to pay for that service. When I asked why in the world would you tell me that the rim is ready over the phone. He rudely explained that he does not have time for that.
This company does not understand what is customers service. Funny thing is that I teach courses on customer service throughout the U.S. and I will forever use this bad customer experience in my course.
There are many other similar businesses that provide extremely much better service. It was actually painful to give them even 1 star. In my book they should have -5 stars.
Please please go somewhere else.

Everything was going well, he seemed like a nice guy but there was an error on his part and did not let my mom explain, he was VERY rude and was not helpful at all. Be careful not to get on his bad side!!
Mr rendon was very helpful..so were his employees..waiting time was appropiate due to the process ..they had wut we needed so yes...very much appreciated.
Roy is always very helpful and fun to deal with. They're my first to call when I need parts and if they haven't got what I need, they help me find it. I highly recommend them as a first stop shop for spare used parts. They test their parts before they sell them to make sure you're getting a operational part.
Some deals are good and some are just exaggerated
Wouldnt recommend the place though. They have really bad customer service the owner and his son just dont know how to respect thier customers.
Even though they told me at first they had my part then come to find out they didn't, well they had crashed the car and hadn't filed it out, so no luck. They were nice about it quick, they had offered me the part way less extensive then across the highway where i found it and they were nice enough to look and see who has infer in stock.
