Horrible service have people waiting outside Lady, very rude if I could give them a no star or negative star I would… they messed up front wheel alignment when towing it for traffic stop in alamo tx for no insurance got towed they don’t care about nobody cars
I would give 0 stars if I could! They are the rudest people I ever met. They made my mom cry while filling out forms because they wouldn’t help her figuring it out. They sent my family up and down the valley trying to collect our own damn truck. Diana told us one thing and then the next person would tell us something else. You just know customer service and decency is something they are unfamiliar with. Consider yourself lucky if you never have to interact with these people. Rude! Disgusting! Terrible!

If I can leave a damn zero I would! I was shocked that they charged me 500$ for a Sheriff call out plus work time that’s supposed to be already included with the call out not even because I’m a wrecker driver my self no chances or breaks there prices are outrageous!!! I’d rather for someone in Edinburg to had picked up my car because there call out fee is 250$ but I had to pay regardless 810$ for 2 days that’s because they told me they closed at 4 when there page says 5 pm so I had to wait for the next day to get the vehicle so extra charges of course but funny thing is I’m a wrecker driver also so Ik the rules as much as they do so you know wht I did I put a complaint with TDLR with the receipt they gave me with the charges they gave me ! So if you have any problem with anything, in the bottom of the receipt it has the TDLR # so feel free to go ahead & send them complaints after so many, TDLR will send an investigator & if it keeps up they will shut them down! I’ve seen it happen in Edinburg I’m more than sure it’ll happen to them also. Sorry not sorry.
& y’all do know y’all can request a different tow company all you gotta do is tell the officer on seen & it’ll be up to them but 80% time they will.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got charged over $600 dollars for a tow down the street from the tow yard and a two day storage!! When I went to go pay in Donna the young girl working there was SUPER RUDE from the real beginning before I even asked her how much it was. This place is a joke!! And needs to get shut down for the amount they overcharge people and their poor customer service. If I knew about this place I wouldn’t of never used their service and would of rather pulled my own car. RIDICULOUS AND SAD HOW THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.
If you get your vehicle taken, take it out immediately.
They overcharged and added unnecessary fees. Will hold vehicle hostage, front desk lady was very rude after we told she told us a certain amount, then she added double the price after we left to take out more money, added extra fees and claimed "she told us", I brought someone as my witness and she did not. Not worth sending a vehicle and letting it sit.
Horrible place too expensive in towing vehicles 315 for one day cmon that's way too much then got towed from Mercedes to donna it can be towed in Mercedes damm why so far and expensive think there scamming ppl that just me
Lady in the front was VERY rude… she was charging us $858.00 and she got mad when we asked for a break down of the fees they were charging to take out our truck, she gave us attitude and told us she can give us the paperwork after we pay… We started getting loud with her back and she called the cops on us… the cops came and went to get the paperwork of the fees and it was only $691… she was over charging us and couldn’t give us nor the police a reason where she got the $858 from. Also she was asking us to put our masks on when NOBODY in that office has masks on… she didn’t ask the police to put masks on. They charge $500 for a tow!!! Worst towing company I’ve ever dealt with! Do NOT recommend!!!
Definitely listen to the reviews about customer service!!!! Very rude chick!! They just want to scam you and get away with it. They couldn’t give me an estimate of how much it would be. The lady got upset when I asked them questions on my vehicle. Just hands down the worst “business” I’ve ever dealt with. They really don’t care about you they just want your money. Stay away from this place!!!!!
the owner was rude and poor customer service. She did not know what had happened to the vehicle that they towed. could not respond as to what happened to the personal items left in the vehicle. They claim to be a Christian business but they are honestly anything but.
Worst customer service ever! They stole my dads truck and they wrecked it so they took it there we went so see the damage and lady didn’t even let us go to the back to see the truck they charged my dad close to $800 for not even a day!! Ridiculous! I don’t understand how they want to take advantage of innocent people!

But if a man talks all hands down. I gave them a one star because a staff member does know what customer service wording.
Worst customer service. They try to keep your vehicle there as much as they can to charge the storage fee. They won't even stay an extra couple of minutes so they can charge you that extra day of storage. Talk about robbery, even if the insurance will be covering fees, they really know how to milk the system. Good thing I work on selling parts, and when I see them, boom list price and a bit more at times.
