I scheduled my toolbox to be towed on a Saturday days in advance. When time comes, I waited, then called and asked for a status update. Their answer was that they are not able to even though I scheduled this appointment. What a waste of my time, poor business practice, they charge by the hour, I should be able to charge them for watsing my time. Negative stars if it was possible. Now this situation left me scrambling to find a tow company in such short notice and I ended up having to pay a premium because of it. Thanks Capital City Towing!

My son got stranded when his car broke down on his way to his friend's house off of 281 North. We were so lucky that his friend gave him the number to Capital City Towing. The driver Trevor was extremely professional courteous and did a phenomenal job helping my son not only helping him tow the vehicle home but also making sure he was safe and out of danger from all of the other vehicles passing by. Needed towed 10ft out of mud back onto the highway, it cost me 360 dollars. Literal highway robbery. When I called and asked for an estimate, the woman on the phone said that I would have to ask the tow operator. When I asked the tow operator he told me that I needed to call the woman to find out how much it cost. Told me the wait was going to be 7 minutes, but they didn't show up until 3 hours later. The state troopers in that area are really nice.

Changed the agreed price multiple times, damaged my vehicle, verbally abused me and prevented me from obtaining personal items from the cabin until they got paid the exorbitant amount for their sub standard service. Hopefully nobody else will do the mistake of hiring these deplorable people. I wish I could give 0 stars. Truckers beware, you are better off dealing with the cartel than Capital City Towing.
Liars and manipulators. Stole personal items from the vehicle they towed, overcharged me and threatened with violence. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism.
