Parts are way too expensive I was just quoted $2800 for a engine with over 110k miles. I can get a remanufactured engine with 5 year warranty for $3200. No wonder nobody uses junkyards anymore
Order parts with a Luis went to pick them up and took them to my mechanic and he told me parts were order wrong, called luis and is excused was that when I went to pick them up he was out to lunch, But that they have giving me the wrong parts, really bad service NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP THAT STORE OR PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THERE.
LKQ is the absolute worst salvage company in north america. They are always confused, never keep their word , never inspect what they are sending you, wont work with you, You can't even prepay them for items and get them delivered. This is all happening in deep south Texas. I have dealt with LKQ in other parts of the country and had good to fair resultz . But nothing as bad as south texas area . I had to give them one star in order for this software to work. Dana Libby

Pesimo servicio, en cuanto alas piezas, siempre te dan las que no son y tardan demasiado en contestar el telefono, precios altos a mas no decir, nada recomendados la verdad
que mal servicio les estoy marcando desde hace dos dias y no me contestan el tel no se para que quieren que uno ordene una parte si ni contestan y aparte ordenamos algo y les pagamos con ck y nos mandaron un cobro que no se pago la parte que compramos entonces para que tienen gente que no les reporta que la empresa les pago que mal servicio
