I have found this co to be very uncooperative.
I broke down and was towed on 5/2/2025 to local auto shop. They put on the bill the date of toll at 10/2/25 which has not arrived. Since I have road side assistance the insurance will not pay bill because of incorrect towing date. Owner has been notified and will not correct date. What am I to do?
Fast and friendly service , been needing help since Friday and road side assistance was worthless I called them less than 20m laters was hooked up and back home safely will use again if needed for sure
Had to deal with these people for a tow. First very rude, unprofessional and unorganized. It took them a whole day before they were organized enough to tell us our car had been released AFTER we had to call the company above them, for them to let us know our vehicle had been released since the day before.THEN when we go to pick up our vehicle, they’ve stolen my key chain off my key knob, and inside our vehicle it looked ransacked. They stole a handful of thing and new things keep coming up missing since we’ve picked up our vehicle. If you don’t have to deal with them….DON’T DO IT!!!
I don’t recall asking for the name of the driver but according to my caller ID Mr. A. Salgado was amazing. Definitely recommend. 10/10 very nice and made me feel so comfortable. I had to tow my bf truck to his work place and at night it’s dark and scary. I had to open a large gate which he offered to close and open. But I was okay doing it. And he waited till I closed the gate and safely got in my car. I really appreciated such a generous gesture. Very approachable person. It was quick and easy . This was truly an amazing experience. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend to anyone and I will be contacting them for help if I need it in the future . Also ..I didn’t have the key so he had to pop the lock. He did it so fast without damaging the vehicle …very smooth. That’s key.
These guys don't mess around. I was stuck in the middle of the street with a broken something under the truck and needed to be moved quickly. They showed up real quick and the price was reasonable. Very polite too. Thanks guys!
They were quick to get to me an driver was really great at his job an professionaly to hook my Jaguar an get it to dealer safe Will use them again if I need a tow
Extremely rude and unprofessional. They left my parents waiting for two hours and when they called to check on status the guy told them they had a lot of things to do and were busy and they could cancel the towing request if they didn’t like it. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! With service like that, one would prefer to walk instead.
