****response. I stand by what I said. This company was predatory during the pandemic. Not being Hispanic and my limited Spanish made it even harder for me, yet easier for them to dismiss any calls and in person visits to settle this theft. The border was horrible during the pandemic thankfully it's not as bad now.
I had an incredibly positive experience with NA towing service. From the moment I called, he was professional, polite, and quick to respond. He arrived right on time, handled my car with care, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Ahmad went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and even gave me helpful advice about where to take my car for repairs.

Fraud charges and corrupt working with constables , they were called directly by cellphone not dispatch , charged over 650$ to get my car out , rude and corrupt people and liar ………
worst costumer service ever. The owner of this place very rude, he starts yelling at you back when trying to get information of why of all those unnecessary charges! I don’t how they’re business is still running. He charged 58 dollars for a credit use and other unnecessary charges!!! Don’t go here at all
Where is the 0 Star Button here? These people are a complete fraud, record a video if you can every time you use them, I had a car accident and they towed my car to my home. I paid them cash, then the insurance called them to request a receipt 3 days later , and these thieves created an Invoice stating that the insurance owed them the tow and 3 days of storage, when My vehicle NEVER NEVER stayed in their Junk yard, they call facility. WACH OUT, these people should be reported to the State Trade commission
Unprofessional, Rude and Rip Offs. I tried every day for 3 days to pick up my car and would run into a situation each time from different vin # on window and door to plates not matching or car not showing up as registered.(salvage title ) The gentleman named Ignacio kept giving me all sorts of excuses as to why he had to hold my car, appropriately on day 2 he mentioned a state investigator from Edinburg had to come in for investigation as vin numbers were different by the end of day 2 car was cleared but he then told me I needed to update the plates on the vehicle for it to be released ( it was a parked car) and I having the title and proof it was mine. He refused to release it. Day 3 I got upset and told him I do not need updated plates to pick up my car, I will walk in with the title and insurance and expect it released. He then charge me close to $600 for 3 days with all kinds of ridiculous fees , in which I was given several different stories from the receptionist (who is rude to say) and from the presumed business owner Ignacio. When asked for the investigating report or contact info, he could not present any information so it’s safe to say it was not done and they just wanted to hold my car to rip me off. May I add… all paperwork generated by them had the correct VIN number so they did have it all along.. not once did the receptionist glance at my title when I presented it for comparison. (Complete lies in their end)
I am blessed to be a professional myself with a solid career that allows me to notice when something isn’t right! I recorded every call with them and thank God for that. When I informed Mr Ignacio that all calls I made to them have been recorded, he said “ I will no longer take your call!” And hung up! (Typical move when caught with fraudulent lies) . This is why I was getting all kinds of different stories.. when it’s a lie they have to cover it with another lie and so on! The truth does not change!
I will be making a report with the appropriate authorities as they held my car as I was making all effort to go pick it up since day 1 and I will report this with Texas Licensing! Please watch out with these fraudulent individuals and company!
(Read up the TDLR rights when it comes to Towing. Notification fee is up to $50 they charged me $85 and I was not notified by mail or publication as the receptionist claimed). Definitely will be filing fraud charges against this company )
Please please be careful where you park my family made a mistake of parking in a private property. Should’ve paid attention but to charge and arm & leg 500 dollars is beyond ridiculous like come on. Guy got offended because I asked him why charge that price and threatened me with taking the truck.
Made me wait another day on purpose fue to fact they left there office around 4 pm when he told me i had till 5 pm sharp then i told them that and when they got back they said i was missiong a paper when i had all the documents they had asked me for very bad service
Unprofessional and rude owner and receptionist. They towed my truck and my wife went to take it out. The owner was very rude to my wife, spoke to her very Unprofessional. He was requesting an original title for the vehicle even though she had all documentation except original title which is not needed as long as you have registration info and insurance. Owner told her maybe he would be able to help her but when he would go to the office not now. Rudely said he didn't know when he would go and she just had to wait. No effort in willing to help. After about an hour they call her to tell her with copy of title is fine. They probably just wanted to charge extra days while she would try to get the original title. Very overpriced too. Would not recommend.
Very BAD service UNPROFESSIONAL owner and receptionist. My truck was towed, when I went to take it out, they gave me a hard time saying I needed the original title. There is no policy in needing the original title if I would owe my truck to an agency I would not have any title at all. I had all my proper documentation. When I asked if I can use the title copy, receptionist called owner and I heard him say he needed the original with foul language. After I left to try to get my original title, about an hour later, receptionist calls back to tell me she can use the copy. Goes to show, it could have been done since the beginning. Owner did call back to say I cought him at a bad time... which was not my problem in the first place. Just because he had personal problems he did not have to be so unprofessional and try to change policies on his business. I would NOT give even 1 star if I could.
They should train a little bit to be more responsible this guy hooked up my truck and messed up more my vehicle. It wasn't like if my vehicle was in a crash I wouldn't recommend it to no one
