Second or third time coming here over the last decade. Owner is very nice. Brought in a pretty small load this time getting rid of some junk left over from a vehicle we sold. Paid out a fair amount
The owner claims to be the only son is rude no customer service skills seems like a know it all kind of guy who was probably bullied as a kid and tries to be tough
I was expecting good and honest service with the all the good reviews, but instead I got lowballed and treated like I was dumb. While all the other customers were in and out fast, I had to wait just to get a quote. What’s funny is that he told me the part I had was not the right one for my car, but as soon as I told him I had photographic evidence, he changed his mind and said “ I don’t usually do this, but I’ll roll with it”. If you ask me that’s kind of sketchy and very dishonest.
These guy’s get it done! I needed some help with my son’s car and they took care of business. They waited for me to get them the title of the car (which took 1 month) and handled every aspect of our transaction like true professionals. I would recommend Roadrunner 10 out of 10 times!!!
My business decided to use Road Runner service and have finally ended our three year contract with them. I do not recommend this company to anybody. They reduced our days of service without notice but continued to bill us for service days we did not receive. When my company brought it to their attention, they offered only a fraction of the credit and still want us to pay our last invoice and removal fee. They are also supposed to save you money, but I was offered a cheaper rate direct from the trash company than what Road Runner has been charging us.
Excellent service! Willis picked up a scrap car for me and gave a fair reasonable price. He was a gentleman and ensured a win win situation for us both. I would come back here again anytime.
I am very pleased with my experience here and dealing with Willis. He was honest, helpful and more than fair. I got the impression I could trust him from the first phone call I had with him and I was right. He went above and beyond, even compensating me more money than we agreed upon after the wrecking company charged me more than they should've, bc Willis knew the dollar amount I was trying to get from my truck. Who on earth does that these days other than a fair and honest man? Nobody!!!

The owner Willis is very nice and his son Josh is to, they are very fair and honest what they pay you for anything that you want 2 sell. It doesn't matter if it's copper cans,brass whatever, they also sell some parts for vehicles, it depends on what you want and inventory, they are the only people I will ever deal with when it comes 2 selling scrap metal.
I just called and asked if they bought car parts, even though they didn't the man on the phone took the time to help me figure out what I should do. So impressed with their customer service.
Never tried to sell them anything but i give them one star for trying to buy from them. perhaps thats not roadrunners bag. But ive never been to a recyclers that wouldnt sell you scrap at scrap prices. Like i said maybe they just buy junk and like to sell it on in bulk but i will never go back and try to do business with them again. Kinda aggravating to because the yard is a pickers/welders gold mine.
