Wrecked showed up but couldn’t tow because I have an independent front suspension. Said the right wrecker would be there 7:30 am the next day. At 8:30 I got a call that it was on its way but the price would be $800 higher. I obviously questioned why and said I felt like I was being taken advantage of. The employee lowered the price. 5 minutes later the assistant manager called saying he was canceling the contract and would not tow my RV because he just knew I was going to be a problem. He would not budge and hung up. Fortunately found another local company that properly towed it for far less.
B. Hunter was my tow truck driver @ Commercial Towing Services. He arrived in a very timely manner. From the very beginning he moved with a sense of urgency, and purpose. He exhibited the proper knowledge and attention to detail for the task. He is very courteous, professional, and engaging. It was an absolute pleasure to speak with him on the ride to my destination. His personality and life experiences made me not only smile, but we had a few laughs and trust me I was NOT initially in the smiling or laughing mood while towing my big rig and tanker behind us. This young man is definitely a value to the company and a positive example to the world. His compassion to me the customer matched with his commitment to his company was a delight to witness. I wish him and commercial towing services all the best.

Mr Hunter, had to rescue me this morning. On a heavy haul job. He showed up exactly when he said he was. He was quick, professional, and very detailed in his work. He dropped my rig exactly where I needed it and kept me moving forward. Very skilled operator. 10 out of 10, I pray my company uses him again in the future.
Só I had the privilege of having Mr B. Hunter come and tow my truck to the nearest safe haven. Not only was he professional and well educated on his profession but he moved at a great pace. From the dispatcher, Bryan was his name I think, helping me get the address closest to where I was broken down, to the payment link that ensured it was all handled bu the time the driver Roy showed up. To Roy being a complete badass, quick and efficient and professional asking if I was alright before starting and then getting hooked up and pulled to the repair shop. I have been in the automotive industry for 30 years and have met hundreds of tow truck drivers. Roy stands out in my mind as a true pro! Thank you to the entire team, you were the best part of a bad day! Would reccomend to anyone in my business or any medium/heavy duty truck owner! Thank you gents! SLOW DOWN AND PULL OVER for these folks, they deserve to go home safe to their families as well!
Was broke down on Thanksgiving, most places wouldnt come get me except this place. The driver Kyle, was very professional, great and getting me hooked up and got me to where id be waiting to get fixed. Even gave me some info about the area so I wasnt totally in the dark. Great service!

Brandyn Hunter made sure i was safe before starting to hook my vehicle. Very professional. Helped us deliver a package we had in the vehicle. After the vehicle was in tow, he even offered to stop and get me something to drink. Overall great experience, will be using this row service again in the future
The worst experience ever in my life. This company teamed up with the cops and screwed and took advantage of the working man royally. These evil people including the cops charged me 4,430$ to tow my truck 5 miles. They impounded my truck for no reason. All I had was a flat steering tire. Didn't cause any accidents. The only thing is I got stranded in the medium. On top of that, it was 785$ to fix the tire. Pure evil, all these people of Buda, Tx. Never ever trust the cops or this towing company. If I could, I would give them a negative star rating. Can't wait till all these people get what they desire on doomsday.
Commercial towing was fast to get to my location, Kyle was the operator, he hooked up my rig, disconnected the drive line and got me back to my yard quickly. He reconnected it when the tow was completed that helped me the next day. Their trucks are cleaned and comfortable for riding shotgun and Kyle was great to talk to during the drive. The first time we had to tow our 44' Newmar Dutch Star motorhome, it was a difficult decision to trust a tow company to do it right. After our worthless tow insurance company couldn't locate a truck for us, we hired Commercial Towing Services to haul our 'baby' from Waco to the Doggett Freightliner in Buda. From the first conversation with Scott, I felt at ease that they knew what they were doing and could deliver it safely. That confidence was reinforced the next day when Ernest arrived in his incredible tow truck and went to work securing my vehicle. He was timely, professional, courteous, conscientious, educational and such a nice guy. He explained what he was doing and why; very much appreciated being my first experience with towing a motorhome of this size. Companies and people like this are rare in today's service industry - truly best in class. They aren't inexpensive, but neither is my motorhome; you typically get what you pay for. I HIGHLY recommend Commercial Towing Services if you are ever in a position to need their services. Thank you guys so much for taking some of the stress out of my situation.

Commercial Towing has always taken care of our towing needs. Our operator Brandon Hunter provided excellent and professional service. He was very communicative and walked me through the process and notified me when he was picking up and drop off of the vehicle. We had slight issues with locked door but he was so patient and was able to remedy the issue quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for a dependable company with professional and polite employees for a tow; look no further!
These guys were good. Maybe not the cheapest,, BUT no heavy is. They definitely take pride in what they’re doing. I’d for sure use them again. Ernest G.(my driver) was very professional, and super relaxed (considering what he was doing). I could tell Ernest G. was a master at his craft. I was grateful to have my truck back in a safe spot.

I have 4 words to describe Commercial Towing/Lockhart: My Hero, Tucker Kane!! Tucker was there for me, more than once! He's the best worker in the Towing business, of any company!!! Tucker picked up my car on the call about the wreck I had just been in. He's multi-talented! He's a humble person, and he's very kind. Well, he was to me. My situation was grim!Pieces of my car were all over the road. I am truly blessed to be alive! Tucker picked up every piece and put them all inside my car, b4 he left the scene. 1st responders took me to a hospital, becoz I was not well. When I got to the wrecking yard, late Tues, afternoon. I was late and the yard was closed. Tucker was there to greet me. He took me in and opened my car so I could get all my belongings. He was Johnny on the spot! By the time I made it to Lockhart, my phone was dead. I asked Tucker to take pics of my car. He did and sent them to my phone. And, he helped me take all my stuff to my other car, up the road from the tow yard. He's probably one of the nicest people I've ever met!! Losing my car was very hard. But meeting Tucker reminded of how blessed I really am to be alive. I can never thank him enuff! I believe Tucker is a super Hero! He deserves a nice, fat raise or some type of reward for giving excellent svc, beyond the call of duty!!!
