I drove from Austin to get a better quality part that was just a few dollars more then the cheap stuff sold here. Service was excellent. They often times have OEM parts for my Ford

Needed unique parts for an old International Scout I’m restoring This is no box store auto parts store. Go to Walmart for that stuff. This is a “high end” auto parts store with very knowledgeable staff. They’ve helped me out on every visit.

I needed my mower blades sharpened next door to auto parts. At $12.50/ I'm seriously thinking of buying a bench grinder for $80

Needed a new serpintine belt. Was in-and-out in less than 5 minutes. This was my 3rd stop today. Two other parts stores were unable to help me with this belt size. In 5 minutes at A-line, he examined my belt for numbers, measured my belt, went to the back got a new belt, asked me if there was anything else, and charged me. Friendly and efficient.

Haven't been there in years..Robert bobby..their ace mechanic has cost me thousands of dollars..and fix nothing..I had to throw away 2 riding lawn mowers..I took a good John deer tractor in for belt problems..when I took it home it smoked like a freight train..it's never smoked before..you know the rest of the story..does no good to call because their manager is going to back him to the gills..if Robert..bobby..still works there.warning

Dropped off a Craftsman lawnmower for a tune up. $50 deposit plus tax for labor. Picked up a week later and charged $134.00. Additional $95.00 for labor. We are talking $190.00 for a tuneup on a $375 lawnmower. Ridiculous!! Didn’t even put a new blade on it. Rip off!!! Taking advantage of people. Will not recommend.

Almost always have what you need, if they don't they can get it, if they can't can tell you where you can. Good place to get what you need.

Great service from these guys! I've turned to A-Line on several occasions for parts I needed and between the Buda and S. Austin location, they have been able to accommodate me every time!

I called for a quote on a battery, ask Bill what the full price would be and he just quoted the amount, n tell me how much tax would be didn't tell me how much you know the full amount would be. Give me this attitude like you know I can't be bothered to do math. I'll take my business into Austin rather than deal with these people.

In my opinion, A-Line Outdoor Power went above and beyond for my needs. I went to the Dripping Springs location on Highway 290 and they did not have a part in stock BUT they did say they could have it ordered. They also located the part at one of their other locations and said that they could put it on a truck and have it to their store in a few hours. That is quality service when we are trying to run a business and need parts fast. The guys behind the counter were great and gave me the good ole boy attitude. I dont mind paying a little more for the part if the service is as good as they gave me. I did not know they offered small engine repair either. $80 per hour shop rate is pretty fair for the area, compared to a few shops in Austin are at $90 per hour not including parts.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Purchased a brand new Cub Cadet and bagger about a month ago. After first mow, the headlight went out....no big deal. After 10 hours, I was told to be sure to change the oil or bring it in for service. I figured since the headlight was out, I'd just take it in and have fix it and change the oil. The guy outside, who was burning some wood pile, informed me it would be two days. I was surprised, but didn't say anything. He told me he just fixes the mowers and could not tell me what it would cost to change the oil, but told me I had to pay a $40 deposit, plus tax, for labor. I did. I got a call the next day it was ready. I was pleased. When I came in, I was presented with a bill for $81 dollars (on top of the $40 deposit). A total of $121...for an oil change!! I asked for an itemized bill. I was charged for the bulb (99 cents, but still) and an air filter. I just wanted the oil changed. Even without these things the oil change turned out to be $110. I can change the oil in my auto twice for that price. I argued the price and asked to see the manager. He wouldn't come out, but told the cashier the price was correct and that labor was $80/hour. When I got home, I checked the oil filter....the outside of the filter was filthy and covered in grass....hmmm. Needless to say, I feel like it was a total rip off and will not be recommending anyone go there in the future.
