The first time I called comma towing I was mid panic attack because I thought my axel had broke ,they arrived quickly the operator got down and looked under my van and reassured me it was not the axel (the brake caliber feel off due to a faulty bolt) he got me and my van home safely was very pleasant to deal with. Today after all the rain yesterday we came out for church to find our truck stuck in the mud I called Comma Towing the operator was pleasant , gave us a great price and had us on our way to church in no time. I am unfortunately terrible with names but the two men who responded to our calls were great 10/10

These guys are absolutely amazing. I was broken down on the shoulder of the interstate and when I called them, I was greeted with some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. The best part- from the time I called to the time I was loaded on the tow truck ready to go was 20 minutes. All the way around- fantastic, rapid service and wonderful people. I cannot say enough good things about Justin — he is by far the kindest and most professional wrecker I’ve ever encountered. After experiencing an unexpected and stressful incident on I-35, the West Police Department referred me to him. What I initially thought would be a simple spare tire change turned into a far more complicated situation, requiring much more time, effort, and patience than anticipated.
Not only did Justin go above and beyond in handling the mechanical difficulties, but he did so with incredible compassion and calm. I had my dog with me at the time, which added another layer of stress, yet he remained understanding and accommodating throughout. After spending over an hour troubleshooting in a Starbucks parking lot, he ultimately had to tow my vehicle to his shop to continue working on it. Despite the inconvenience, he remained patient, kind, and committed to helping me.
His wife was equally generous and thoughtful, assisting me while I tended to my dog and ensuring I felt safe and supported during the entire ordeal. Together, they exemplify a rare and genuine kindness that is increasingly hard to find.
Justin is truly a godsend, and I am deeply grateful for his help during such a chaotic and difficult time. I sincerely hope that he and his family are blessed in every way. People like this restore your faith in humanity — their warmth, generosity, and dedication were a beacon of light when I needed it most.

The long story of my experience, if you’d like an illustrated example of how amazing they are:
My tire unexpectedly blew in the middle of the night as I was heading down I-35. I pulled into the parking lot of the closest gas station I could find, and called several towing companies in a haze to see if anyone could help me, but to no avail. At a loss of what to do, I spaced out in my parked car, when suddenly, I heard a knock on my window. Outside there was a man, who offered to put some air in my tire since he was on his way home already. In my panic I nervously accepted, not knowing what else to do.
He proceeded to pump air in my tire, help diagnose where the puncture was, and aided me in applying Fix-a-Flat to my tire. I hadn’t ever had a roadside emergency like this before, and had no idea what I was doing. He was so helpful and gave me advice on my immediate next steps, even recommending the area I should lodge in for the night.
In my stupor, I realize I neither got his name or got to properly thank him for what he’d done for me, but as I pulled away (he’d told me that the air was going to run out fast, and instructed me I should “drive it like [I] stole it”!) I saw the name on the side of the tow truck that had stopped to help me: Comma Towing.
After I arrived at my lodging, I scrolled through the numbers I had called asking for help. Sure enough, Comma Towing was the first one I’d called, and though he said he couldn’t help me at the time, he somehow made it out there in the middle of the night to that lonely gas station to help someone in need.
Sir, if you’re reading this, thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. I don’t know what I would have done without your aid. This towing company is off the chain. They were so kind and so nice and so helping in every capacity possible they did everything they could think of to help us in the situation that we were in I pray blessings on them and I'll let you know if you ever need a towing company, I recommend them.
Justin is absolutely fantastic! I will recommend him to everyone I know. My truck broke down late in the evening and I was in a pinch. Justin was such a huge help when my Truck had something come crashing through my windshield while driving through the town of West Texas. Justin picked my Truck up within minutes of the accident and kept my truck safely in his wrecker yard over night and also took me and my wife to a nearby Hotel to spend the night! Then the next morning he picked me up with my Truck in his wrecker and took us to the windshield repair shop nearby. All of this at a very reasonable cost! Thanks again Justin you are the man!

I was broke down on the side of the road, USAA dispatched a company from Arlington. That obviously wouldn’t work. Next, I was given Cody Harris’ number and no answer, straight to VM. Then a friend sent me Justin’s number! He answered immediately! Was there in maybe 5 minutes! He had the truck loaded and dropped in about 20. He made sure I had an emailed receipt so I can make ISAA reimburse me. Super fair priced and awesome to work with! Thanks for getting me out of a bind when everyone else failed!!! I would recommend Justin any day of the week to everyone I know!
