The tow truck driver never showed up. I shared my location with him multiple times. A good person with a jack stopped and we change the tire. I called and asked for my money back and was told id only get 50 bucks back. Im fine with that. What im not ok with was how rude the tow truck driver was. I explained to him I had sent the pin location through Google maps and that he was going to have to convert it to apple maps. I gave him an address near by and he still complained. What a joke.
Worst tow truck experience I have ever had. I made a roadside assistance claim for a vehicle tow through insurance on 5/11 and was told the truck would arrive in an hour. It didn’t. I called and was told it was running late by 45 minutes. Waited again. No tow truck. Called again - was told it would be another hour because of a police call. At this point it was 11pm. So, to avoid the late tow, I scheduled a tow for 8am the next day 5/12. Was told the truck would arrive right at 8am. At 8am no truck arrived. I called, was told it would be another 45 minute delay. I called again 45 minutes later and was told there was another delay. During that call, a woman working for dispatch told me that my tow request was not important because it was an insurance claim and therefore low priority regardless of the consistent delays dating aback to the night before. Finally received a tow after significant delay.
My car broke down on the freeway, and I called them to tow it to my house which was about 10 minutes away from where my car broke down. Initially they quoted me about $250, but then the raised it to about $300 after I gave my card info, saying that they forgot to account for my car being an SUV (I had already told them the make and model).
I waited about 2 hours, and as they were almost there, I got a call saying that they took a wrong turn because a road was closed due to construction, and that because they had to turn back around, and drive a few extra miles, they were going to charge me an extra $100. I asked to speak to a supervisor because it didn’t feel fair to pay for their mistake, but it was after hours so they said my only options were to dispute after the fact or cancel. At that point I had already been waiting so long I just decided to go with it and dispute. I tried calling a couple times during business hours the next week and just kept being forwarded around, being told I’d get an email back, etc. but I never got any emails.
All in all, I left the experience feeling like I had been scammed.
I had a great experience with this towing service. From the moment I called, their team was professional, responsive, and reassuring during a stressful situation. They arrived sooner than expected, which I really appreciated.

Got a tow and they showed up over an hour later after my car had to be towed by someone else and still charged me 250 even though I was 12 minutes from home . Asked if they could still pick up for car from the storage it was taken to since I already paid for them to tow and they wanted to charge me an extra 200. Oscar said they could refund me 130 but would still charge me even though they were late to pick up my car.
They are not who they are. There are some fraud workers in the billing department. They will charge you more than what negotiated. For me they charged me twice, they took out money from my account without authorization. I tried to call them but after the first call they never picked my call again. They withdrew $250 extra from my account without authorization. Use them at your own risk

The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY CONTINUALLY LIE ABOUT THEIR ETA. THEY CHARGED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE THERE IN 45 MINUTES. 2 HOURS LATER WE CALLED AND THEY SAID 30 MORE MINUTES. THAT'S SAD. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE 👎👎👎👎👎
The call center representative was very helpful, courteous, and professional, and I appreciate the support she provided. Unfortunately, my experience with the tow truck driver did not reflect the same level of service.
After my vehicle was picked up, an additional $50 “labor” charge was added, which was not clearly communicated or explained in advance. Additionally, the driver’s conduct was inappropriate and unprofessional. He made a disrespectful and offensive remark to the individual receiving my vehicle at the mechanic shop, questioning his presence in the country based on language, despite the individual clearly understanding the situation.
This behavior, along with the unexpected charge, made for a very disappointing experience. I hope the company addresses these concerns to ensure better service and professionalism in the future.
DO NOT TRUST THEM. This is FRAUD. I called them to get my car towed and she said 30mins and after 1.5 hours no body showed up. My car got towed by the mobility. They charged me full amount even though they said they’ll cancel it. They signed a receipt on my behalf, I saw that when I sent the charge for dispute.
They suck ! I was charged $125 , my house was 10 minutes from the place. I Waited on Tuesday 02/10/26 30 min I called and cancelled and they took $129 from my debit and refund only $62 dlrs . They don't tell you up from that if I cancel they stay w 50% !!😡😠.
Had a flat on the freeway. had a spare but my jack was missing they charged me 139 and needed it before they dispatched a driver. They said he will be there in 30 min. Waited 1hr and 15min till someone else helped. Called to cancel they said that they have to keep 50% for inconvenience fee. Five days later still don't have a refund. Everything they advertise for fast reliable cheap service is not true.
My truck axle locked up while hauling equipment, and Texans Crown Towing came through big. They gave me a clear estimate, stayed in touch the whole time, and fixed it faster than I expected. The driver was knowledgeable and respectful. Excellent service from start to finish.
