This place only gives 40 cents for a pound of cans while the other's give 80 cents a pound.. y'all aren't going to get anything from them they screw over everyone. It's ran by two brothers
My first time going the gentleman very friendly great customer service they both help me pull a safe out my backseat the gentleman inside the booth I'm taking it was a manager very sweet I asked him for some water and he got me some water never had great customer service before from any scrap metal place I've been to we'll be coming back again and again.
Lot next to them was completely empty. Parked next to the building where one of the workers cars was parked to unload. 2 guys came yelling at me to move cause I was blocking the other business parking lot. I tried to tell them no problem I would moved but they kept yelling. Tried to pull in their lot which was very packed with stuff and they let another guy park their first. But then told me sorry first come first serve. First and last time coming here. Very rude and unprofessional.
Been doing business with this family for years. They pay a fair price for scrap and offer their services with integrity.
I’ve sold scrap to other companies that offered more per pound but took home less money than from GTMR. I guess everybody’s scales aren’t the same.
We replaced the metal roof on our shop and GTMR supplied us with a large
scrap container for all of the old metals. They were very accommodating, delivered then picked up the container in a timely manner. Highly recommend
They don't let u see how much your scrap metal weights. And they give u a lot less then what the metal is worth. Don't recommend anyone going here unless u have to walk here and u live close by -_-
Also it's closed on black Friday and nowhere not even on the company website it says that. Waste of gas and time for nothing. -.-
I used to take my aluminum cans here, but not any more. After calling a few other facilities, I discovered that this facility is only paying 1/2 of what Dwyer Recycling is paying, and 2/3 of what Richey Recycling was paying. They may be easily located off of I-45, but it's worth it to drive to either Pearland or to Pasadena.
Go to another place. They pay very little & their hours are listed incorrectly on here. Just arrived (on a Saturday at 2:30) and they're closed. Been here a couple times and they aren't very helpful or friendly. My advice is to not be a patron of this place and go somewhere else.
