Gotta get here early...Parking lot kinda tight..Took about 1hr30min to unload..if you come overnight just park at the door..its only about 5-6 spots..Its right here where alot of traffic is at..Hope you can drive.
People were very friendly it's a fcfs so if there are a lot of trucks waiting it's going to take awhile but once I got a door it only took about 40 minutes and I was loaded
This is the worst place ever to be unloaded. Got here @9:30am and I'm still here @1:30pm. They unload 1 truck every 3hrs. No restroom.. barely any room for trucks

One of your drivers came across two lanes of traffic and almost slammed me into the divider. He's now going about 85 in a 60 MPH Zone and cutting off people recklessly. License plate jxy 0488.
Very snug getting in with a hood, there are 3 lanes for checkin, but no real parking before or after unloading. Folks inside seem nice. No facilities for drivers as well.
i had appointment early in the morning and i slept there night before delivery and they have overnight parking nice guys but make sure you have appointment, no restrooms but doesn't have to worry there is mcdonalds 24 hours near and couple of restaurants and grocery store also
Delivered Used parts here for 6:15 am appt Overnight parking available until further notice from owner either receiving site or shipping side close each other. They unloaded me in 30 minutes . They go by your appointment time. No restroom available to use but there are stores closed by no problems.
Went to get a drive shaft for a 2008 Kia Sorento and the gentleman at the first gate looked it up in his computer and showed me and my uncle a gold 2008 Kia Sorento with a rear drive shaft, and charged us $3 each to get in and go get the part. So we pay $6 to go check it out row "I" Space "3". We come across another gate that's 2005 or newer and they say we have to pay another $2 each person to go see that same Kia Sorento 2008, why charge us again and not tell us your going to charge us twice for the 2008 Kia Sorento! The guy at the front should have told us we have to pay again. ...so we pay $10 total to go see that 2008 Kia Sorento and when we get there it's not even the 2008 gold Kia Sorento displayed on the screen it was a blue Kia, Year model incorrect, and no driveshaft! Waist of time, money, and frustrated that this company stole money from us like that. (Telling us and showing us something that wasn't even there to begin with just so we could pay the entrance fee to get in there and have to leave) "you shouldn't charge people to go look for parts/car, showing people on the computer it's there when after you pay to go get it it's not even there!"
by Law they have to provide us washroom to use .nice people u can come park here on nights then DEL but after delivery after no space to park here so make sure watch ur logbook
well I have been calling for over a hour nobody will answer and it says to press 0 for operator then it says you have pressed a wrong number or stay on line a operator will be with you shortly never happened leave a msg someone will call you back never happened worst customer service ever!!!!! called corporate no better cant talk to a live person!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No public restrooms...not even for truck drivers delivering them their products....the f*** we look like?? Savages?? U can tell when management is straight trash by such policies. No worries next time just wont pick up any of there loads.

What is it that they stole from the innocent public? How is their evil monopoly conspiring against us? I found their products to be of accurate description and well under fair market value.
