My clutch gave out while I was driving. I called Q & Y Towing. They sent someone and he arrived quick. He towed my car to the Ford dealership, after he had left, I called him back to come tow my vehicle again because dealerships was trying to low ball me and I needed to take my car somewhere else. He recommended me a mechanic and offered to drop me home afterwards. That was very kind.
Absolutely excellent experience! Before yesterday, I was a cynic. I had a bad experience from a previous accident with a tow truck company. But my experience with Y Towing was fortuitous and exceptional. (1) FAST - I called the main number for dispatch and within minutes I received a call from the gentleman who was going to help me. He came and took my car to Timbuktu (aka Tomball, lol) to my dealership. It was an hour drive and they gave me a fair price for the tow there. (2) KIND - The nicest, easiest people to deal with, from the dispatch call to the drop-off. He even sent me a photo of my car in the parking lot of the dealership! I honestly could not have had a better experience. We even became repeat customers after less than 24 hours later (deciding to move my car from the dealership to a repair shop closer to home). They even waited patiently while a handicapped person moved their car to make way for my vehicle. Through thick and thin, they were so helpful. I highly recommend this company to all!!
Y Towing customers’ service is excellent, my car powered off due to drained car battery, Mr Began instantly arranged his knowledgeable staff member, named Mr David, to provide me a service. David, with Q & Y Towing did a wonderful job after our car was involved in a hit & run accident. David pulled his tow truck in front of us and waited for over an hour and 15 minutes for the Deputy to arrive and complete the police report.

Pray that these people NEVER tow your car! My vehicle was stolen and was towed by this company and i was given their information to call and find out where my vehicle was. The person i spoke to was VERY RUDE AND NASTY. He refused to look up my vehicle or even attempt to try to help me. Hung up on me and refused to tell me his name. His response when i asked for his name was “my name is we don’t have your car!” And even lied and said they don’t service the area my vehicle was towed but their company was listed on the police report. If you need your vehicle towed, take your business elsewhere!

This was a really great experience!! I needed my car towed from a repair shop to a dealership in Brookshire. Sometimes simple me forgot to leave my keys behind lol. My driver offered to come to my home to pick them up from me.( of course that was a bit much so I told him not to) He was patient as he waited at the repair shop for me to bring my keys. He dropped my car off, let me know when he made it and who he left all my info with. Service was really great. Nice gentleman, if I ever need help again I will definitely call him again!!

My car broke down right before Christmas but David was amazing! Very friendly and helped keep me calm in a stressful situation. Made me feel very safe by wearing a mask and sanitizing his vehicle BEFORE and AFTER my ride. The price was unbelievably reasonable too! I highly recommend them!
They were very prompt with picking me and my daughter up even if it was around midnight. The guy (sorry I forgot his name) was very nice. Suggested i call a mobile mechanic to fix my car (i never knew they existed) which probably ended in me saving a lot of money with my car repair.
