Jimmy was quick to answer the phone and get to our car. When he got there you could quickly tell how experienced he is. What could have been a stressful situation, he made it go so smooth. Prices are great and he is such a nice guy. I will recommend him to anyone in Waller that needs assistance with towing or hauling.

Yesterday, I found myself in the grassy median strip of the Grand Parkway. Going over 70 miles an hour in the right lane. My truck pulled me to the center. It was scary! He also was very understanding with my situation, and I highly recommend him for any towing services. This was the best experience I've ever had with a tow truck driver. My car broke down and even in the rain he was super quick to my location. He was very kind and was very economical. I was greatly appreciative of the outstanding service and kindness.
My car lost a tire on Hwy 99 this afternoon and I had to pull over. It was a pretty stressful experience. I called my insurance company and they dispatched a towing vehicle through a contractor company; after an hour they called and said they’re canceling. I got in touch with the insurance company, Travelers, if anyone is interested and they dispatched a second towing contractor. After about an hour they also canceled!
I took the matter in my own hand and called a few companies, luckily Jim answered and said he’d be there in the next 15-20 minutes. He showed up on time, took me to a nearby tire shop and dropped me off. He said that get your car fixed and pay me when you get back home! I was pleasantly shocked. Who does that? I’ve rarely met anyone who would do it for anyone. This level of customer service is beyond imagination.
I paid him and the least I can do is to share this wonderful experience with you all.

Jim the owner and operator is the best at what he does. He is professional, timely and courteous. He is the only tow service that I use. He made me a believer when I had a ball joint break on me in my precious 93 Cadillac Fleetwood 5 years ago and he is the only person I have used since. Jim towed my car and handled far more delicately than I could have ever imagined. He even back the car into the garage with the wrecker truck for me when he dropped off. Me.
