On a random Wednesday afternoon, I walked in needing a full maintenance and brake replacement on my Camry. Although they were busy, he made accommodations and got it done in 3hrs time. Not only was the turn around impeccable, my car feels brand new!!! They provide the parts and the prices including labor/taxes are unbeatable. He was very nice and helpful, this is now officially my new go to spot for ALL my car needs! 🫶🏽

The shop was very thorough in finding the issue with my car. They even took initiative to ride along with me to hear for themselves as to what the sound was. The employees were very courteous and were prompt in fixing it. I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

Took my 370z Nismo, was stuck in 1st gear. I knew it was likely the valve body. Everyone else wants to swap the transmission for $7k+. Tony knew all about the valve body problems and was able to fix it and car drives better than before now! It was about $4k out the door in a couple days time. True pro. Highly Recommended.

Just bought a 2003 Toyota Highlander for my wife the guy that sold us the vehicle said this and that about it but 24 hrs later the power steering pump went out he did in fact fix it then this morning the car didn’t want to crank dead battery I panicked called EZ auto today and Tony was beyond help! I brought in a bad chevy cruze 2011 off the bat he did a free inspection because we mentioned how great his reviews was. did a repair on an oil leak was initially 950 but he dropped it to 650 because the car was in really bad shape. it wasn’t his fault. we only knew of one problem but he gave us info on it more. instead of taking more of my money, he insisted that I resell it or trade even referred me ( I know nothing about cars ). I had some low ballers come to buy the car and he helped me understand my side of the deal and translated everything for me so that I wouldn’t get taken advantage of . He’s a really great man because the damage on my car was an easy money grab. I respect that he took me for a person and not a customer ( as a female ). I wouldn’t go anywhere else . I can tell he has years of experience the way he got my car in and out and our wait time to get it inspected was 4 hours. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

You can trust E-Z Zone you have nothing to worry about. Besides being great people they do an outstanding job. They still know how, can & will diagnose your vehicle. I have never trusted a shop to work on anything but since I became disabled I have used several different mechanics as I don't have much choice now. And like most everybody I went online and found what I thought the problem was confirmed it video after video talked it over with a Ford mechanic and was looking at a $2,500+ repair job. So I decided to get a fourth opinion. I went online, I saw the positive reviews called the shop they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle it counld not be driven. A couple of days later I went and picked it up. It ran better than the day I got it. And they only charged me 300 and change including the price of the tow truck. They could have took advantage of me. I would have never known it, they could have said yeah it's a $2,500 problem. But instead they found the real problem & fixed it. They didn't do anything unnecessary they didn't do anything I didn't ask for, they even called me to ask me if they could proceed. I couldn't be happier with them. Communication was excellent. Most importantly they do Quality work they get it done fast and they are a lot less expensive than most places I've checked. Don't hesitate if you need a mechanic this is where you take your vehicle. And from what I saw they do everything from changing wiper blades to completely rebuilding Motors and everything in between they even have the machine and do alignments. Did I mention you could trust them. I would stake my entire reputation on Google in my church anywhere, to attest to this being the best shop anywhere. I am not affiliated with them in anyway other than I'm a customer that's really impressed.

This the worst shop on the east side all he want is your money,he will charge you something that cost 250,but end up charging you almost a 1000 for nothing,I'm sorry but mr.tony is a smooth talker all he want is your money,he beat me out of 2000 and car still ain't fix smh this shop is overpriced,bad experience

I thought they were good guys so took my car in for a diagnostic. They wanted to replace the whole turbo for more than 6,000 dollars. I got a second opinion from the dealership and I just needed a 400 dollar pressure regulator. So they either dont know what they are doing or they tried to scam me. Also charged me 300 dollars to diagnose my car wrong. Dealership diagnosing was 229, diagnosed right, and waived the diagnosing fee for giving them the job. Truly disappointed with them.

I tried to put a seat in my Honda Odyssey today. However, one of the hooks of the seat got stuck, and I was unable to remove it from the hook. Me, being a woman and not strong enough, had to ask for help. I drove to E-Z Zone and asked for assistance. They were amazing! They helped me place the seat correctly and had a wonderful attitude! Several months ago my under panel in front started to drag and come apart, Mr.Tony repaired it and said if any problems occur to bring it back. Well it start dragging again, and this time when I went back he removed it. Perfect! Mr. Tony said 2 hours it was done in less than an hour on a Saturday. Superb customer service and efficient.
