Not knowing a thing about a car I depend on the people who know that business. Today I went into the store on 92 and 418 and the manager I think she said Shelly anyway she is great it's getting cold and going to be freezing i don't want to lose my car so I ask her about antifreeze and she knew what to do and helped me with it. This is the only place I go to for help. Thank you for n being so helpful.
Just left the Silsbee, Texas location and wanted to send a big thank you to the manager, Stacy, who went above and beyond on making my exchange and purchases smooth and easy. She took the time to painstakingly look through the various numbers and references for the members of my family to try to find the correct return part number when I was unsure of which was used. She was patient, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable in her work. Her many years of service there shows up in her vast knowledge of the parts and vehicle details, asking all the questions as to whether I needed the little extras I wouldn't have thought to consider to go along with my parts and purchase. They don't just carry supplies for your vehicle. If you own an atv, outboard, or motorcycle you can pick up parts for maintenance plugs, oil, filters. Check it out.
Steven at o’reillys in silsbee tx is a complete jerk very rude and disrespectful is most definitely not worthy of holding a managers position definitely needs to be demoted.
They usually have what I need and if they don't they will order it and it will be there the next day. The bad part is that they hire people that don't know how to open a car door let alone assist you with parts. I stay away from Master pro (oreilys brand) drive train parts as they wear out within a year.
Prices are always fair, the staff is always very knowledgeable and concise. I've run into a few little issues here and there before and the manager Steven, has been very helpful. I do all of my auto part purchasing here, it's the best service I've encountered in Hardin County.

On our way to a Rona pandemic picnic, stopped to fuel up and the battery decided to give up. Got a jump from a wonderful young man, called the local O'Reilly's and Robert said " yes, we have a battery for your car" within 30 minutes of needing a jump we were able to get to our picnic destination. Robert went above and beyond expectations and installed the new battery in the parking lot. Thanks Robert, you made our day!!
I needed some parts for an old pick up and they went above and beyond to help me. The store manager as well as the other employees always are willing to help great people
Weren't very helpful and when I asked for something they didn't seem to wanna help me find it... it's good though, I went to Auto Zone and the got exactly what I needed...
Needed a new water pump for my old truck. The guys at O'Reillys made sure that I got the correct pump for my application, then when the bolts were different they helped me get the right ones for the new pump.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely shop there to keep my 'project truck' on the road and running great!
