Had my vehicle towed by them, although I asked the police to call another tow service. The pick-up rate was a rip off. Charged individual prices for towing, labor, and clean up. I did some of the clean up. I wish the tow service I asked for had been called. Was just rattled after having car totaled.

I was stranded in Kountze on a Wednesday evening. I called my insurance provider to get roadside assistance. They called Paynes to tow my vehicle. We waited over 4 hours. They never came. My agent had to contact another tow company.

Good Body work. Fixed my car bumper. No problems.

My bike was stolen after I crashed it bc I couldn't stop them from taking it away to sell it and told me I need to pay a couple thousand dollars to get it back I can barely pay for my on Bills that bike was all that I had for fun I wont forget this! I pray no one gets there stuff stolen from them ever again

There a good company, from a driver's point of view eh I'd rather not go back there (worked for em about 3 years ago) but as far as equipment goes they run some good rigs.

Very good place to take car to be worked on, reasonable prices, nice people.

Me and my family were broke down last night in Saratoga in the middle of no where and paynes wrecking came through big for us. We were almost 4hrs out of town and they came and took us all the way home straight shot no problem. Jerry the driver was awesome, nice and friendly. He was definitely our hero that night.

When crossing into Texas we took an exit to stop for gas. It was a sharp turn. There were no reflectors or barricades. Nothing. We ended up bouncing around before landing in ankle deep water in a field. When Payne's wrecker service arrived he had us out in a matterog minutes and we were back on our way.

Came to tow my car quickly.

Towed my car disengaged the transmission arm and somehow broke it now my vehicle will not shift. Owner blamed the driver who cannot be located.. They tried to replace the cotter pin in the shift lever with one from the garage they admitted to altering my transmission arm but gave me this "oh well I got to go" attitude, then come to find out after paying almost $300 that they towed the car 1/2 a mile and only had it an hour when I called to get it back.. These people are incompetent and dishonest, I wouldn't urinate on the business if it was on fire.
