I was making a quick trip to Dallas to catch a state championship football game and had a flat. These guys were so kind, quick and helpful to get me right back on the road! I was so thankful for their help and they will be our stop anytime in Memphis!
Patrick never complained once about the cold. The way he parked provided protection from traffic for all of our safety. He had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes from the call. Great company with great employees! Highly recommended
Needed a tire for truck and these ppl are charging almost $500 for used tire and that’s the price for there open hrs almost 800 for after hours bad place don’t even think about coming here for your services!!!!

Needed an RV tire on 5/25. We were headed back to Washington for a family emergency. Paid top dollar for holiday service. Two days later the same tire and the tire next to it (dualy) blew due to improper installation by 287 Diesel. When we notified the owner/manager, we were told that it was "a difference of opinion" as to the cause. The tire stem was sticking out and damaged both tires.
They were so knowledgeable. They were able to identify the problem with our vehicle so quickly. Kaithen and Patrick worked so quickly to fix the problem and Joey was willing to take us in for an emergency. We were able to continue our trip quickly and Joey gave us a really great price! So thankful for Patrick, Joey, and Kaithen for all their help and great service!!
They were very concerned and wanted to help the best they could. They went beyond what they needed to do, I was called that night to make sure we were ok.
My tire blew out just before the Memphis TX. Had to travel to love stop but they were close by that time. Called 287 diesel service and this lady that picks up the call was of no help and use. I called like 5 time but everytime it seems like she wasn't interested to do his work. After keeping me wait for 30 minutes all she had to say Was no one is available now maybe In morning which earlier she said someone gonna be there and even though I agreed to their night charges but still left me hanging out. Won't recommend

Called these guys after the loves refused to lift my trailer up and change 2 tire for me. They were professional and went above and beyond to come help me! The tech showed up shortly after and got the job done quickly and correctly. I wanted to tip the tech but would not take it! I highly recommend for any break downs!! Thank you guys much appreciated!!

We had a blow out. Jose came out and took care of us. He found a crack in our rim and replaced the rim as well. He was very kind and got us back on the road quickly.
We had a horrible tire experience with a tire but good experience with 287 Diesel. The tow truck arrived when they said it would, they took it to their shop and worked on it on one of the coldest days in recent memory, and were reasonably priced. We were passing through with our 5th wheel and it was right before Christmas that day a terrible cold front came in. They could’ve taken advantage of our situation and charged us a lot more. They did not. Reasonably priced, did what they said they would do, and didn’t overcharge us. 😀
Blew a super single after midnight on a Friday. Keithan (think that’s how you spell it) came out and fixed it super fast. Very impressed from time of blowout until wheels turning again was under 2 hours. Highly recommend very good service.
