I am from out of town and my car broke down, and they got to me quickly. They even took my car to the lot and repaired it for me. Richard was very nice, helpful and caring. He worked with me until I could get my car at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them.
A big thank you to Big E towing, we tried for weeks to get a company to move a building for us with no response or promises and never coming through. We got a recommendation to try Big E and he responded right away, came out the next day and got our building here with no issues! He was friendly fast and did it for a fair price! Would highly recommend giving him a call!
Good company showed up to help me out after-hours on a Sunday. the operator Richard was knowledgeable and friendly He even helped me diagnose my engine trouble ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Broke the tongue of our travel trailer and was unable to tow it. Called Big E and they showed up same day and towed it an hour away for me. Nice people, reasonably priced and willing to do the work others wouldn’t touch.
Bad service charges were way high for car being there one and half hour never will I call them and plainview police department should give person the choice
Straight up trustworthy, good people!! They do towing, but also do mechanic work. Very knowledgeable with your ol school carburated or JDM.

They overcharge they have no care about your car. Mine was there 9 days with window down . They got to charge $600 can't put a piece of plastic over window

Business kept my truck 10 days, did not work or fix the issue. They still charged for the service. After no return call from mechanic, I decided to go get the truck from business. I’m on a fixed income, on kidney dialysis and numerous other health issues . I am now out of $200 plus , truck is still in same condition as it arrived to this business. I’m looking for a more trustworthy business. I hope they treat their next customer better than they did me - Lucio Zermeño
Big E towing did a phenomenal job towing my semi. I broke down right off of the cap rock in Silverton. They answered the phone late at night and came to the rescue. They were so kind , got there right away and went over the top to make sure everything on my truck was going to be towed safely. I called them later in the week to tow it to another shop and they were so quick to accommodate me and gave me a more than fair price. I will be telling everyone I know in the area about these guys. I think they will soon be everyone’s first call! If you are reading the reviews please take my word that they will do an outstanding job!!
Greatly appreciated the hospitality given during my mother-in-law's fender bender! Both the owner and associates were extremely helpful during our visit and answered all our questions and made the experience very pleasant. If we need any help with towing or transporting a vehicle, we will be calling them.

I got a flat on the corner of Date & didn't know this place had tires..still new to Plainview. He was awesome! I didn't know what the hell I was going to do or who I was going to call. I had no spare either. He fixed me right up, gave me a lil pep talk because in reality that tire was dangerous & was very generous! Thank Yall!
RV broke down at 11pm, called our road assistance service, they contracted this towing company to help us out and they said it would be 4 hours ETA.
4 hours later, we call this company, and they say it would be another 4 hours.
4 hours later again, we called and they said it would he another 2 hours.
It took them a total of 10 hours to finally get to us - they are only 1 hour away from where we broke down.
They get to us finally, just to find out they aren't equipped to tow us so we have to find someone else and they left.
Worst service ever, we had to constantly call them to know where they were and if they were coming multiple times. They never once reached out to us to let us know anything.
Do NOT rely on this towing company. Unless you want to wait 10 or more hours for them.
My son wrecked his car, and they charged 500.00 plus to take it to their yard. It also cost me another 100.00 to bring the car less than 10 blocks to my house. I got the car here and when I took it to the shop the mass air flow sensor was gone!
Our truck broke down in plainview on the way to killeen from Denver. Big E came out very quickly and took us to a good shop in Lubbock and even offered to take us to a rental care place.
From my personal experience I was very disappointed I called in because I got my truck stuck down a dirt road and I called them and they said they would be there in ten minutes and an hour and a half later so I call back in and they says the tech was out and would be there in ten minutes once again an hour later and once again was told they would be there in ten minutes . This continued for 3 hours and I eventually just said forget and called a friend to come pull me out . I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
They were fairly quick getting to my vehicle, but were not upfront about the fees. They told me $125 towing charge, but it was $135. I was told it was $3 a mile, but was actually $4 a mile. Just wish they would have been honest about the fees.
