AAA selected the best ... even the driver owned a Z24 like mine, was able to relink trans to eng to jockey it in position for the tow to Oliver Bros Trans ... EZ PZ ... 1st Class ... a tip was in order!

Brice was such a kind young man. He offered to try something that he thought might get my truck to start before he towed it. Unfortunately, it didn’t work, but I appreciated his willingness to help me. This company will take care of you!

Yesterday i had the unfortunate need for a towing service. To my surprise, the tow-truck driver David and dispatcher Steve from Busse exceeded expectations by a mile. David saw our confusion and dismay after the wreck as an opportunity to provide great customer service, comforting my wife that EMS and Busse would take care of her (broken collar bone and sternum) and our badly mangled car. He moved the wreck off of the busy highway so we could off-load the full car to my buddy's car. There were probably 15 people, law enforcement included, on the scene. When we returned home, two items, presents for our to-be hosts, were nowhere to be found. I called and Steve the dispatcher went to the storage yard and retrieved the two items from the wrecked car and offered to mail them to us, a welcome offer as the wreck site is a two hour drive from our home. I cannot say enough good things about Busse!

Wonderful experience from these gentlemen. High quality work with no nonsense. Especially the gentleman Brice who works with this company was able to get my car back into action quickly. He deserves a raise!

Locked my keys in my truck with it running an hour and a half Away from home and my spare on a Saturday. Called a few places that were no help before getting ahold of these guys - they were there in about 20 minutes and helped me back into my truck. The man that helped us was very nice and I would definitely recommend using them if you are in the area and in need of the services they offer.

I just accidentally locked my keys in my running car while delivering orders at 4am. I immediately submitted a service request through tripple an and found this was the company supposed to be providing service. After about 10 missed calls I left and 45 minutes later still did not hear from them. Even the police could not contact them. I then submitted multiple more service requests as at this point I’m having a full blown anxiety attack, I can’t afford to have to pay and 911 was refusing to help. Finally a civilian who just so happened to come outside after hearing my distress came to my rescue. Whoever was on call and did not see the missed calls nor service requests then proceeds to call 911 back and basically call me a liar that a request was never submitted..

My vehicle died on Hwy 6 near Navasota. AAA sent a tow truck out. The young gentlemen who arrive to tow us back into college station, was professional and personable. His name was Brice! Would absolutely recommend this company!!!

My daughter is currently a student at Texas A&M in College Station. Her car wouldn't start! Busse Wrecker Service was sent to help. BRYCE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! Today my car had a major blowout and Brice with Busse drove 40 minutes out of his way to come help me. I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. Brice was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making a stressful situation much more manageable. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated a thorough understanding of the issues I had with the car and swiftly took action to resolve it. He was very friendly and he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was back on the road safely. I hit a deer which was very stressful but Brice made sure I knew what I needed. He recommended a tire shop I should go to and they were also amazing! I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of roadside assistance. Thank you, Brice for all of your help!

These guys are absolutely awesome!!!! Had a blow out around 11:30PM due to me misjudging a turn. I hit a curb and blew out my tire, thankfully I was able to pull into Walmart parking lot. Contacted AAA they noted that someone from Busse Wrecker would be out within an hour. Another hour lapsed from the time it said through AAA. I called Busse Wrecker and was informed that AAA never sent over a service and that would be the only way someone could come out. After telling the guy I was out there for 2 hours pure humanity kicked in and he immediately dispatched a driver out and just had me called AAA for them to send over a service order. While still on the phone with them a driver pulled up.. I hate that I don’t remember the guys name(my Louisiana brother) because he’s so awesome, knowledgeable, and was willing to do everything to assist me. While loading my car on the back of his truck he had to straighten my car out, without hesitation he asked for permission to get into my car and do so. He’s doing his job yet he still respected me and my property….He noticed that I needed a key for the lug nuts to change my tire. He and I (mainly he) both searched my car and couldn’t locate it, he even went beyond to calls his fellow truckers to see if there’s any place else it would be and to no avail we could not locate it. He was so kind to tow my car back to my hotel While loading my car on the back of his truck he had to straighten my car out, without hesitation he asked for permission to get into my car and do so. He’s doing his job yet he still respected me and my property. Afterwards he gave me a list of places I could possibly find one at. (Knowing that I was here visiting from out of state and now without a car, he offered to stop at a store in case I needed anything for the night) While towing me back to my hotel a car behind us swerved around the tow truck and ended up having a blow out themselves. He stopped to check on them to make sure they were okay. The next morning I got up to check my car again and happened to find the lug nut key wrapped up in the trunk in a kit. I then called AAA again for someone to come out and that’s when Robbie came out. Robbie is very cool and a great guy as well. He’s very knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He even gave me suggestions onto where I can go to get another tire. Thank you 🙏🏽 Busse Wrecker…

Great guys! We had a blow out of Highway 6 outside of Navasota and had to be in Houston pretty quick. While a friend took us to Houston, they came and picked up the car and we were able to pick it up on the way back from to College Station that evening (10PM on a Sunday). The prices were actually way less than we expected and they even put our spare on for us and gave us some tips for using the spare on our way home! 10/10 would recommend!!

I needed to leave a 5 star for this company. I was down and out in Navasota TX while on my way home while riding my Honda Goldwing. I ran into a situation and it left my motorcycle lame and I was stranded. While dealing with finding a way to get home and all the stress that came with this I reached out to Busse Wrecker Service and they got me home. Additional, the owner Ronald, his wife, and his grandson came out to visit me while one of their trucks came to pick me up. The driver loaded me up and drove me where I needed to go. The price was very reasonable which eased the stress of the situation. You guys rock and I greatly appreciate you!

Brice with Busse is the Greatest tow trucker out there. He's helped me out of a jam twice now with the same vehicle, and made sure I was taken care of. Above and beyond!

I'm very disappointed I got my air conditioner fixed at boogies, which Brian is the owner And now during this summer heat my A/C isn't working and it was replaced less then a month ago. So I called the number I was given and Steve answered told me he would contact Brian and let him know I reached out to me and twice no response.Will remove rating or issue a new a once this matter is resolved

The response time for Busse wrecker service was less than 15 minutes on a dangerous 100 degree hot August day. I am very grateful for their assistance under difficult circumstances. I will use their service again. All the best!!

I needed a tow truck on a day that it is raining. Buses wrecker was covered up and gave me a number to another wrecker service. I appreciated their help.

Absolutely the best company you could turn to in the area. I was returning on a long cross country trip when my car became disabled. My girlfriend got on the phone with AAA, and Mike was there within the hour. Extremely fast tow hook up, and he drove us about 40 minutes to the car mechanic. Mike had solid advice about local mechanics, car dealerships, and was generally pleasant to talk to. He even offered to take us home from the mechanic.

I called through AAA and scheduled to get a tow for a flat tire. I waited for over 3 hours and spoke to multiple different guys, no one returned my phone call with any information until 4 hours had passed. No one ever came to tow me, Terrible service.

Broke down off highway 6. Called AAA and they sent Busse's who got here within 20ish minutes. Super friendly driver, super easy process. Not ideal circumstances but was thankful for their great service despite it.

We broke down on Tx #6 on a holiday weekend. The team went above and beyond for us. They made sure we were safe and took our vehicle to a secured location. We were traveling in a state where we knew noone. Our driver Mike was kind and thought of our safety every step of the way. This team went above and beyond for us. I really appreciate them and their service.

Prompt, professional, and detail oriented. Dealt with an unfortunate circumstance regarding a collector car and they were able to securely transport my car to the shop for service. Brice & Carl are both top notch! Highly recommend.
