The service was amazing when I needed it the most. After requesting a tow through the AAA app Bryce called within 10 mins to verify the location of my wrecked car and was there quickly. Not only did he share his knowledge of vehicles and what he knew of my cars situation, I was able to get my car dropped off at the shop and got a ride home. Top-notch service thank you Bryce!

Brice was so helpful and kind when we had a tire blowout on the highway. He took control of the situation and made us feel at ease. He even checked all the other tires before putting his tools away. If we ever need tow/roadside assistance again, we will call Busse Wrecker Service.

Carl was absolutely fantastic! My car wouldn’t start, and I was told by another technician that I needed a new starter and that my car would have to be towed. However, when Carl came out the next morning, he was actually able to jump start my car and told me the issue was just my battery. Instead of simply leaving me to take my car to the repair shop to have the battery replaced, he had me follow him to make sure I got there safely. I cannot recommend them enough, especially Carl!

I called AAA when my car stalled out today. Carl came within about 30 minutes and took me to the shop right near my job, so I could still make money today! He was really careful with my car and had some good conversation on the road to the shop, too. Really nice guy, took a lot of the frustration out of my day.

This tow company took great care of me after I ran into a ditch/culvert. The driver explained the situation of how he was going to pull my vehicle out. Gave me a couple of options and totally took care of me. I am so grateful to them.

Carl took great care of my daughter and made sure to get her back to her apartment after leaving the vehicle at the repair shop. When that shop could not make the repair, Brice with Busse Wrecker picked the vehicle back up and took it to the dealership. Reliable and fast service!

I needed to leave a 5 star for this company. I was down and out in Navasota TX while on my way home while riding my Honda Goldwing. I ran into a situation and it left my motorcycle lame and I was stranded. While dealing with finding a way to get home and all the stress that came with this I reached out to Busse Wrecker Service and they got me home. Additional, the owner Ronald, his wife, and his grandson came out to visit me while one of their trucks came to pick me up. The driver loaded me up and drove me where I needed to go. The price was very reasonable which eased the stress of the situation. You guys rock and I greatly appreciate you!

Bryce came out to tow my son's truck that had stalled out in College Station. He was able to diagnose the problem (faulty mass air flow sensor) and my son was able to drive away and get it to a mechanic. I thought the way he handled himself and the situation was professional and he went above what he "needed to do" I would recommend them without reservation.

Been towed twice by these guys through AAA. Can’t remember the first guys name but the second one was Bryce. Super quick and honest guys. Totally trust them with my truck.

Service was prompt (after hours) and driver was very friendly. Car was towed to dealer and driver was able to successfully drop the car for service and complete key drop off. The driver (who's name I forgot I'm so sorry) sent ample photos and took extra care to make sure my car was secured. I'm very appreciative of his work and the care that was put into it.

Broke down off highway 6. Called AAA and they sent Busse's who got here within 20ish minutes. Super friendly driver, super easy process. Not ideal circumstances but was thankful for their great service despite it.

Great service except started off wrong due to AAA not communicating the requirements for the tow due to the type of car. Dispatch was very nice and helped us more then the AAA dispatcher. Would recommend again.

The flatbed driver you sent was a complete gentleman with perfect customer service skills (I think his name was Johnny). He was there within 30-35 minutes after getting off the phone with USAA. I had been stranded since a little after 6 (Hwy 6 @ OSR) waiting on another wrecker service out of Bryan through AAA. Had I known you were with AAA (noticed it on the truck), I would have asked for your services over all. Thank you!

Went to pick up a vehicle that had been stored on their lot. The person that we dealt with (Joe) was super nice, knowledgeable, and was a great help in getting the truck started and ready to roll. Friendly staff, reasonable costs, and overall a great experience.

Brice did an amazing job. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my truck home, he even picked up the second tow, so I wouldn’t have to wait another two hours. I’d still be out there waiting if it wasn’t for him. Very professional, respectful and fantastic customer service. I’d recommend this company to everybody I know.
