The guys at Busse were able to help me out a few times over the last couple of months. Michael and Robert were able to provide great service and every associate I felt with was kind and professional. Appreciate the good work guys, keep it up ✊🏼

Locked my keys in my truck with it running an hour and a half Away from home and my spare on a Saturday. Called a few places that were no help before getting ahold of these guys - they were there in about 20 minutes and helped me back into my truck. The man that helped us was very nice and I would definitely recommend using them if you are in the area and in need of the services they offer.

Today my car had a major blowout and Brice with Busse drove 40 minutes out of his way to come help me. I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service. Brice was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making a stressful situation much more manageable. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated a thorough understanding of the issues I had with the car and swiftly took action to resolve it. He was very friendly and he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was back on the road safely. I hit a deer which was very stressful but Brice made sure I knew what I needed. He recommended a tire shop I should go to and they were also amazing! I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of roadside assistance. Thank you, Brice for all of your help!

I just accidentally locked my keys in my running car while delivering orders at 4am. I immediately submitted a service request through tripple an and found this was the company supposed to be providing service. After about 10 missed calls I left and 45 minutes later still did not hear from them. Even the police could not contact them. I then submitted multiple more service requests as at this point I’m having a full blown anxiety attack, I can’t afford to have to pay and 911 was refusing to help. Finally a civilian who just so happened to come outside after hearing my distress came to my rescue. Whoever was on call and did not see the missed calls nor service requests then proceeds to call 911 back and basically call me a liar that a request was never submitted..

The response time for Busse wrecker service was less than 15 minutes on a dangerous 100 degree hot August day. I am very grateful for their assistance under difficult circumstances. I will use their service again. All the best!!

Had an excellent experience today! This man offered extra assistance he didn’t have to and was so kind while doing it. Made sure I made it home safely as well!

I called through AAA and scheduled to get a tow for a flat tire. I waited for over 3 hours and spoke to multiple different guys, no one returned my phone call with any information until 4 hours had passed. No one ever came to tow me, Terrible service.

Best tow service EVER! Carl was fast to get to me, professional, polite and my hero today! Can not say enough wonderful things about him! He made a stressful situation seem like a piece of cake. So grateful for honest, kind business people like him. The world needs more of these type people.

We broke down on Tx #6 on a holiday weekend. The team went above and beyond for us. They made sure we were safe and took our vehicle to a secured location. We were traveling in a state where we knew noone. Our driver Mike was kind and thought of our safety every step of the way. This team went above and beyond for us. I really appreciate them and their service.

I'm very disappointed I got my air conditioner fixed at boogies, which Brian is the owner And now during this summer heat my A/C isn't working and it was replaced less then a month ago. So I called the number I was given and Steve answered told me he would contact Brian and let him know I reached out to me and twice no response.Will remove rating or issue a new a once this matter is resolved

The driver arrived within 15 minutes of me calling. He was courteous, quick and careful. The cost was much lower than some other wreckers. I was very pleased!

I needed to leave a 5 star for this company. I was down and out in Navasota TX while on my way home while riding my Honda Goldwing. I ran into a situation and it left my motorcycle lame and I was stranded. While dealing with finding a way to get home and all the stress that came with this I reached out to Busse Wrecker Service and they got me home. Additional, the owner Ronald, his wife, and his grandson came out to visit me while one of their trucks came to pick me up. The driver loaded me up and drove me where I needed to go. The price was very reasonable which eased the stress of the situation. You guys rock and I greatly appreciate you!

Absolutely the best company you could turn to in the area. I was returning on a long cross country trip when my car became disabled. My girlfriend got on the phone with AAA, and Mike was there within the hour. Extremely fast tow hook up, and he drove us about 40 minutes to the car mechanic. Mike had solid advice about local mechanics, car dealerships, and was generally pleasant to talk to. He even offered to take us home from the mechanic.

Brice was amazing! He was communicative, kind, and efficient. He went above and beyond taking the car to the shop for us and letting us know once it was dropped off safely! 11/10 service and I was very grateful to know our car was in such trusted hands.

The service was amazing when I needed it the most. After requesting a tow through the AAA app Bryce called within 10 mins to verify the location of my wrecked car and was there quickly. Not only did he share his knowledge of vehicles and what he knew of my cars situation, I was able to get my car dropped off at the shop and got a ride home. Top-notch service thank you Bryce!

Brice was so helpful and kind when we had a tire blowout on the highway. He took control of the situation and made us feel at ease. He even checked all the other tires before putting his tools away. If we ever need tow/roadside assistance again, we will call Busse Wrecker Service.

I called AAA when my car stalled out today. Carl came within about 30 minutes and took me to the shop right near my job, so I could still make money today! He was really careful with my car and had some good conversation on the road to the shop, too. Really nice guy, took a lot of the frustration out of my day.

Broke down off highway 6. Called AAA and they sent Busse's who got here within 20ish minutes. Super friendly driver, super easy process. Not ideal circumstances but was thankful for their great service despite it.

Robby came to my location in less than 30 minutes of my request and fixed my tire up super quick!

Carl was absolutely fantastic! My car wouldn’t start, and I was told by another technician that I needed a new starter and that my car would have to be towed. However, when Carl came out the next morning, he was actually able to jump start my car and told me the issue was just my battery. Instead of simply leaving me to take my car to the repair shop to have the battery replaced, he had me follow him to make sure I got there safely. I cannot recommend them enough, especially Carl!

Service was prompt (after hours) and driver was very friendly. Car was towed to dealer and driver was able to successfully drop the car for service and complete key drop off. The driver (who's name I forgot I'm so sorry) sent ample photos and took extra care to make sure my car was secured. I'm very appreciative of his work and the care that was put into it.

My car would not start, and Bryce made the towing stress-free, fast, and he was so nice!!
