Highly recommend! We were stranded with a flat. My husband had a broken foot and couldn't change it. Frank's came to us in 10 minutes and changed it quickly. The young man who arrived was very polite, and it was a seamless experience.
Had my car break down while I was on my way to back home from Houston a little ways from Navasota and Joseph helped me out with a tow late at night. He made sure I was safe and got my car checked out the next day by the mechanics here. Rates are fair as well. Phenomenal customer service. Definitely go with these guys for a tow.

Highly, highly recommend Frank’s Towing for your towing needs. Joseph provided excellent customer service! He was there in a heartbeat when I was stranded on the side of the highway. Went back to the shop without hesitation to get a different tow truck when my car couldn’t go into neutral and had to be pulled instead, and he offered suggestions for repairs that were in my best interest and based on my circumstances. Joseph was super friendly on our way to the shop. Call them if you ever need them and you find yourself near Navasota, College Station area. Glad I did!!
Our roadside assistance program contacted this company and the driver who showed up to help was Joseph. We were (obviously) having a VERY bad night, but we couldn't have asked for a nicer or more helpful person to come to our aid. What a great person. He truly went above and beyond and because of him, I highly recommend this company.
A few weeks ago two vehicles got stuck in the mud outside because of all the rain we've gotten. Service was great, and they were very understanding about the second vehicle, considering it was a big rig with no trailer. The price was very good considering the great service we received. Very polite. Would use again.

I'm so impressed with Franks. For example, I drive a delivery van for my employer, and unfortunately hit a deer at 1am. Franks team answered the phone, got me in the next day to assess the damage, and got me back on the road almost immediately. I got great personal attention from both the supervisory staff and the team. I highly recommend Franks.

Great team of people here. 4 employees came together to creatively help me load my motorcycle when my ramp failed. I took off 1 star because they charged me $530 for the exact same service that only cost me $430 at their competitor.
Tyler with Frank’s Towing came through with a flat bed tow on a Sunday night when AAA and their Bryan, TX contract choices left us hanging for four hours. When AAA said we needed to find our own tow and then get reimbursed from them, I was lucky to find Frank’s towing with good reviews. Tyler said he could do us and didn’t try to price gouge us.
We broke down on a Saturday and called Frank’s Towing. They made it to us in under 20 minutes and were some of the friendliest people I’ve come across. Monday morning they called with a diagnosis. Their prices were amazing and the service was quick. It’s 45 minutes from home but I’ll be taking any vehicle I have issues with back to Frank’s. Highly recommend
Used them for years. Friendly ppl, and knowledgeable as well. To top it all off, they're pretty cheap! And not cheap in a "corner cutting, subpar replacement parts" kind of way. They def use quality parts, and know their stuff!

I cannot give good rating to a place that preys on cars broke down. They dont give you information regarding the tow and have an excuse for every question. Dont break down in Navasota,Tx cuz they are the only ones there.
Frank's is an honest business, and a family run business. They will help you in times of emergency and constraints. They are fair and won't pad the bill.

My F250 broke down on Hwy 6 while I was towing an RV home. Google searched the best place to get a diesel repaired and found Frank’s. Tyler, the driver of the tow truck was incredibly polite, professional and got to us super fast. My husband came and took the RV and we left my truck with them to be repaired. We live in Katy almost an hour away, and they did such a great job getting the truck off the road and repaired within two days and the price was excellent, we will be using Frank’s from now on to service our 250! Can’t say enough good things about how friendly and professional they all are!
John couldn't have been more helpful in his knowledge and advice in saving us thousands of dollars in our car breaking down on a trip from College Station to Houston. If I lived in College Station today I would travel to Frank's Auto for all my service needs. Without question. He went way above and beyond to help us sort everything out.
Over 3 hours from home, our van broke down not far from Frank's. This was a situation where they could have taken advantage of us, but that did NOT happen. Frank's towed, looked at the vehicle, and took care of us very well. And they were more than fair on the charges -- I expected it would have cost more. A+ for Frank's!
