Was quoted almost $900 for front and rear brake pads and rotors at a local shop to have put on my car. Went to ABC and O'Reilly to get the parts. Lobo charged $80 to put both sets of brake pads on and told me I didn't need the rotors because mine were still good. All in all I spent a little over $150. Saved close to $650 had I gone with the other place. Lobo tire had me in and out in no time. No more sqeaking sounds.
Called before I went up there. Was told they had the tires I needed in stock. Did not have them in stock. They stranded me in town and did not give a damn about it, told me the guy I spoke to was wrong and walked away.
I went there without any check engine light on and when I left the light was on. I went in for an alternator replacement( brand new). Fast forward I’m driving down 20 and my transmission fails . I didn’t have any major problems until I went here. I’ve heard good and bad things about this place but didn’t expect myself to go down in a bad way…

Oscar and his employees are fabulous! I’ve been coming here since September of 2023 and I have never had any problems when it comes to fixing my car after a wreck or simply needing an oil change! These are the BEST prices you’ll see here in Longview! These group of men are genuine and honest! They will explain it to you and make sure you understand what is going on before they move forward with anything! I needed my tire replaced my sensor and my rim fixed! They were able to not only do it quickly but worked with me and my busy schedule and for that I really appreciate them for doing that! This place deserves more than 5 stars!!!
I won’t go anywhere else! The owner is exceptionally nice and doesn’t want to just rip you off! I can’t tell you how many times this man and his employee have gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of before leaving out of town and it’s always waaaay cheaper than anyone else!

I been getting oil changes regularly at Firestone for 3 years on my car. I visited lobo tire abt two weeks ago for an oil change & asked if they could do it on my 2019 Malibu and they said yes. A week later I start to hear tapping so I took it back to them and my oil was low. They added oil and it wouldn’t crank. One of the employees was looking under my hood so I said what you think is the problem. He said he didn’t know he wasn’t a mechanic. I guess he just a janitor or ground s keeper but it made me wonder why he was under my hood? They told me it was my battery in my key fob first then it was censors. Then he tells me it’s oil leaking all over my engine which coincidentally wasn’t there wen they did the oil change. I went to them because they have been in business a long time but I’ll NEVER go back because they don’t know a damn thing about cars. They need to take transmission down off the sign and just focus on tires. They allow unlicensed mechanics under the hood & I felt like he had been going through my things in my car. I had to get a new car and I know it’s due to their incompetence. If it’s more than a tire u need I’d keep going! Thanks
We had two tires start losing PSI and begin shredding on a road trip that was a nightmare. We were stuck on an exit off I-20 in Hallsville and fortunately Lobo Tire and Auto Repair went the extra mile to not only find the specific tire we needed when others in the area did not have it available same day. They went to their warehouse to pull the tires to help resolve our problem. We were so grateful for their time and efforts to help us get back on the road.
Owner goes above and beyond. He is very friendly and his employees seem to know what they are doing. Their prices are more than fair. I would definitely recommend at least stopping by and letting them take a look at any problems you are having with your vehicle.
Needless to say due to all the construction around town I ended up with a flat tire. I was close to this location so I hobbled myself over and found out there were three Nails in my tire. I ended up just buying one tire as it was cheaper than trying to plug up the holes.
Now let me just say as a woman most mechanic shops like to take advantage of us thinking we don't know much about vehicles. This place could have easily taken advantage of me considering the situation I was in but they didn't. They were so accommodating and actually gave me a discount for what I needed. They went above and beyond to help me and that is very rare now a days. While they were fixing my car I noticed three other women coming to the shop to have their car worked on so I generally believe that they help women instead of trying to take advantage of them like other places in town do.
After a little Chit Chat the owner found out that I was new in town and he told me to call him if I ever needed help not just with my vehicle but with anything else. He recommended restaurants and businesses around town that I should check out and I appreciate that information.

Highly recommend! Especially if you are a woman! They won’t mess around and will even show you what needs to be replaced! Oscar is amazing and so are his workers. Can’t thank them enough for the work they did for me after other shops tried to get me to pay way over for parts that weren’t even broken!! So worth the drive!!!
Rude with a capital R. Called to ask about tires and prices. Guy on the phone asks if we want new or used so we asked the price difference. He straight up hangs up on us. So we called back and asked why he hung up he says if we're asking about the price difference then we obviously don't know what we want and he doesn't have the time to help us. Absolutely disrespectful. Will not being going here or recommending anyone do.
These guys at this tire shop treat you like your family!!! Make you feel at home it's why I've been a long time customer and, will remain one for a long time to come. If you need your tires and, other things done go to these guys you won't regret it...

I can’t say enough good things about Lobo Tire & Auto Repair. I was about 25 miles away, in a very rural area, when I noticed things started going wrong with my truck. I was heading out of town. I thought if I could just get to Longview I would have a better chance of finding a repair place that could help me quickly. A Google search ensued and one of the first calls was to Lobo however by this time the radiator was overheating and I needed to be towed in the rest of the way. While other shops were either closed or closing soon, Lobo said “No problem. As soon as you can get here we will see what we can do to help you.” When I arrived, Oscar greeted me warmly and said they would get to my vehicle as quickly as I could. He made sure that I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and before long I was back on the road. Oscar even called after I had been on the road for about an hour to double check and make sure that everything was working properly. I’ve never experienced service like this at any automotive repair facility. I can’t say enough about Oscar and his team! Oh, and thank you for the peanut butter crackers!
Such friendly people! We were just passing through when we had some tire problems on our camper. The folks here had our tire repaired in less than 15 minutes and we were back on the road. Reasonable priced too!

If I could give this place a "0" star rating I would. This place gives out rotten tires and then laughs at their customers if they do something "stupid" that was Lobo Tire's fault to begin with. They left my sister's car on a jack and told her she was good to go. My sister is in a big vehicle so it is hard to tell when the vehicle is on a small little jack. So now her bumper is cracked and they will not fix it. Even though the OWNER said she was good to go. When we called up there to let them know they made it seem like they would take care of it and told my sister to go up there so they could look at the damage. But when she got there they laughed because she drove on a jack. What kind of business is ran this way??? I will never go here again. Their product is not very good for the damage it will cost you just to have them do the work. Go anywhere else but here!!! Save your money because in the long run it will cost you 100 times more than a patch for a nail would cost.
If i could give this place 0 stars I would but I can't. They charged me 750 to do my front driver strut when all they done was replaced my cartridge on it and they charged me to replace the full strut. Ok so I go somewhere else and the mechanic tells me 2 go 2 auto zone and get quick strut for the passenger side he charged me 30 and my car is leaning he tells me I need 2 get the driver side done. I explain 2 him that I had just got it done at lobos and show him my receipt.. He looks at me crazy and tell me they over charged me.. when I went 2 auto zone my part is only 140 so with him I only end up paying 170. Anyways I decide 2 go ahead and get another quick strut for the driver side and let the mechanic put it on.. and guess what.. my car is fixed.. so for 340 I got both sides fixed for way cheaper and correctly and these guys took the cheap way out and charged me the higher price.. I still have my receipt til this day.. this is a shame... but shout out 2 my mechanic Jerry..
These guy's are the best!!! They care about each customer and you're treated with kindness and respect!! They are very reasonable in their prices as well!! We never use anyone else and recommend them to everyone we know!! Thank you guy's for all that you do!!
For years I've come here occasionally and had family come as well. Last time my uncle bought some used tires from here there was a hole already in the tire. Also every time I get a quote the prices are higher then other places, and always tries to up sell me as well before even checking out the vehicle. Really am not a fan of this place anymore and every time I visit I feel worse. They charge you a lot and try to get you more 'repairs' then you actually need. Would personally only come here again for used tires and only get them after having them test them for leaks before putting them on.
