I'm a disabled veteran and Uber driver and my car got stuck 5 feet off the road in some soft grass. I didn't have the $270 it would cost to pull me 5 feet, so they left me stranded at 4 am.
I have used this service twice, fairly recently. Although it stinks to NEED a wrecker this company is a good quality one. It is, by my understanding, one of the more affordable options available in the area. Each time, the truck driver arrived not super quickly but in a reasonable amount of time (30-45 minutes). Both drivers were pleasant and knowledgeable about what was going on, and got my (each time non-operational) minivan onto the wrecker without incident. The first time, the driver was knowledgeable enough to direct me to a good quality shop without a huge back log of other cars so I could get my vehicle fixed fairly quickly.
Needed a truck moved from Beckville to Hallsville, an Londone took care of it at a very reasonable price. Just to say thanks for being professional an courteous.
A few weeks ago I needed my car towed from my house to a shop and London was there to help me. Very friendly. They were able to quickly get my car to a shop for me. Thank you
I would leave my truck for the thieves before I would let London's would tow it. Rude, don't care, they assume you are lying. Terrible customer service. Go out of business. Zero stars is more like it!!!!!
Every time I call roadside assistance they dispatch London's Wrecker Service. This time they didn't communicate with me like they usually do. I had to call to get an ETA. I would recommend London's Wrecker Service.

Transmission went out while in the middle of a rain storm. The dispatcher was so friendly and kind. Driver showed up pretty quickly and we got the truck dropped off. Overall a great transaction and I would recommend them to anyone.
Horrid. They didnt send the correct wrecker. Told them my front end was messed up. They towed it with the back end raised up and made the front end problem worse and charged an outrages amount to tow one way. Will NOT use again.
They were fast and very nice I even had to call back for a second tire problem the nect day and. They were there in mins very satisfied with service will call them again
My son and his girlfriend had a minor accident in a rainstorm and were 100 miles from home (Dallas) Driver was very considerate and took care to get them to rental shop to get home, and then delivered the car to Dallas shop a few hours later. He did an excellent job...wish we had his name. Good job London's! ( This happened over July 4th weekend)
My brother Mark Spicer had his truck towed by London’s Angel Cabrera picked it up & stole his fishing knife that was a gift from my dad who is now decreased. Called to talk to manager Mike. He is out. Waiting on Mike to return call make this right & Angel return the knife. No questions asked. If this happens I will delete this review. Lori Spicer
Will and Kay are absolutely amazing okay ! They came an hour ahead of ETA very informative honestly they saved my life I start my new job tomorrow and I have school on Monday they really helped more than they know.!

Have you EVER had a tow company pick up the telephone and asked if all went well at the end of the day? That is exactly what William and Kay did after towing my car to a dealership in Tyler. William and Kay are the most professional, kindest people I have EVER done business with.Not only were they on time they were 10 minutes early but called and let me know they were on the way.
At the end of the day I have what I consider new friends and will ONLY do business with this company. !!!
Will and Kay are awesome, this is the second time they have got us out of trouble. First time, my mother was stuck in the mud, 6” from a pole and on a steep incline and Will maneuvered the truck with easy without touching the pole.
Second time, he towed my aunts car from my house to my grandmothers house in a timely fashion.
This crew is on point and I will always request them from here on out.
William and Kay were wonderful! I locked my keys in my car and was very stressed and they made it a fast and easy experience! My car door was unlocked in just a few minutes and they were very nice.
Bagley, the driver, really did a great job helping me get back on the road. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and a great person. If all their drivers are this good, you are in great hands.
Excellent service. William And Kay showed up 30 minutes earlier than the expected time. He showed great care and took extra time to “rig” the tire so no extra damage would be done before he pulled it up on the tow truck. I would highly recommend!
They came out on a Sunday night. Towed me home. Told me about possibly getting my money back from the insurance company. Cheapest price I found. It took a good 45 minutes to an hour to get to me, but so polite and positive. I truly did not mind waiting for the service I got. And the price was great!! I would absolutely use them again if I ever need a tow service again!!
I called this company on recommendation from my dealership. When I first called to request service, the man who answered the phone did not leave the best first impression. I was apprehensive after that. The person who serviced my car, Chase, was quick, personable, and understanding. I will recommend this company to friends and call them again if I ever get in a bind.
Would leave -10 if I could. Called them through triple A and the driver acted like he had no clue where I was then literally had me walk a mile at midnight on the highway just to tell him what mile marker I was at. Then I told him I had “custom wheels” and he immediately acted like there was nothing he could do. Didn’t ask if I had the lock for the wheels, which is all he needed. So he cancelled the call basically saying he wasn’t coming because he couldn’t do the job. So he flat out lied. All he needed was the lock, which I had. So 3 hours later Bubbas Wrecker and Transportation showed up, and fixed me up in no time. Whoever this employees that lies to get out of work and makes a girl walk on the highway because he doesn’t understand direction is a joke.
We went here to see my truck after I had wreck yesterday. It was totaled. People were real nice. I signed paperwork to get items. out of it. We got items out. Lady in office said she did know how I got out of it alive.
Very, very rude and unpleasant employee, I think he's the owner, an angry, older, heavyset man. Extremely unhelpful and unkind to my son and I during an extremely stressful situation. Would not recommend anyone use this wrecker service. I wish I could give it zero stars - they were that bad.

These ppl were so rude to me, I went to jail and they unneedingly towed the truck i was driving with my purse in it and when I called the following day to try and get it they refused. Told me I had to get insurance on the vehicle to get my belongings out, since when?? It isn't even my vehicle.. I explained this and told them that my house keys debt card and everything where in there an they simply stated not their problem.. I asked if I came up there if they would get it an let me get my debt card out to pay for insurance and the towing fees and they told me no and hung up on me.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I hope nobody ever has to deal with this same problem because I still have not got my belongings and have been caused multiple pronlems because of it.. they were absolutely horrible to me
BEWARE: My belongings were STOLEN from my vehicle while being stored at London's Towing. They towed my car and stored it over the holiday weekend and when I got it back, MULTIPLE items were stolen from the back. I spoke with management and they denied anything happened and said their driver denied it as well. Well I guess that's that, if you let them store your car somebody there can steal your belongings then just deny it and everything is solved! How easy! We payed them over $300 in towing and storage fees but apparently that's not enough, they had to drive it in further by taking personal belongings from somebody that is obviously having a bad time considering their car is broken and had to be towed in the first place. WAY TO KICK PEOPLE WHILE THEY ARE DOWN. I hope the management there takes steps to remove untrustworthy employees or find a way to make sure their customers aren't taken advantage of or they will keep getting these reviews and continue to lose business.

London's Wrecker Service came to our rescue last Sunday evening. They towed our pickup truck and travel trailer about 96 miles to our home. The young man, Pat, who came was polite, efficient, and absolutely knew what he was doing. We could not have asked for better service. We highly recommend them. He was also good to our dog who was with us.
