We will provide friendly, courteous, and timely service to our customers. We understand that our customers situation is not always the best situation at hand, and can be frustrating. Jr's Wrecker Service wants to be the tow truck company that our customers know and trust without creating more of a burden on their wallet than our customers vehicle may already have.

very nice people but the two guys that came after they had closed were the best very helpful. just take all items and take plenty of pictures of the inside and outside before and after they load it to truck but that's with any wrecker company.
I had a flat and I called Jr's and the lady I spoke with was so nice and helpful. Austin showed up fast and he was super nice and friendly. I rode with him to Discount Tire and his truck was spotless and I was very comfortable with him. I highly recommend them!

One of the two employees that got my vehicle stole my key fob. I had two keys when they took the vehicle and when I got my car from the shop I was only given one key. Would give zero stars if possible. If you use this company make sure that you don't leave any valuables in the car.
I'm 74 so I've used a lot of tow trucks over the years, but JR's is by far the most reliable I have ever seen. My Chevy Volt which has never left me stranded before needed a flat bed truck and I called my On Star Guardian Road Side Service Company who told me they would tow my car to the nearest Chevrolet Dealership (Peter's Chevrolet) and that it could take up to an hour and a half wait time once they called a company to pick me up. If you have a chevy volt there are horror stories about what incorrect towing can do to the vehicle, so I was a bit worried to say the least. Within ten minutes a tow truck from JR Wrecking was backing up to load my car (I was stuck at a gas station in a slot where I had just filled my gas tank on my plug-in hybrid). The driver of the tow truck named Dwayne was professional and skilled in towing a car with heavy batteries and knew exactly where to hook on safely to my car which he did quickly and allowed me to ride in the tow truck to the closest Chevrolet Dealership (Peter's Chevrolet) where he quickly and confidently unloaded it in no time at all, and trust me it was tight quarters where he had to maneuver to park it and did so efficiently. Dwyane was polite at all times and friendly as well. Unfortunately once there I found out that this dealership did not have a technician who worked on electric vehicles, What to do??? So the next day I called Guardian again which worked with me and I was able to get the car towed to Dow Autoplex in Mineola that I trust to do repairs and upkeep on my car (48 miles away) so I requested JR Wrecking Service. In the mean time I called JR directly and a very friendly lady answered the phone and compassionately allowed me to request Dwayne to come the next day at a certain time to pick up my car. Dwayne contacted me when he arrived and I met him there to sign the release to the car-lot, but much to my surprise my car was already on the tow truck and ready to go. I should have been a nervous wreck but I knew the car was in good hands with Dwayne. I highly recommend this towing company and will always use them in the future!
My husband and I were stranded and the 2 young men who came to help us with fuel were absolutely amazing and then when the Tow truck came he was so awesome he helped us get to hotel only due to the fact myself and my husband are disabled these men are heros in my eyes it was after midnight and they all made sure we were safe and made sure we got the help we needed THANK YOU all for help Nathan and his boys
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Desean litterally came and then left me my 1 year old myself and my 4 year old in the heat. We waited 5 hours for them to send another person. Christy was so rude on the phone I can’t believe they’re in business.
Outstanding wrecker service. The lady who answered the phone was lovely and polite and the gentleman that came out to pick my son's car up was a gentleman and all around nice guy. God forbid I need a wrecker again but if I do it will only be JR's
Called JRs and they responded within twenty minutes.
The driver was nice and polite and upon delivering our vehicle to a auto body shop we found out the auto body shop wouldn't take our auto insurance.
The driver knew of a place that did take our insurance and he reloaded our vehicle and took it to the other auto body shop for us!
JRs went out of their way to help us!

I was impressed with this company and their tow-truck driver. They were honest with the ETA and right on time. The driver was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The price was less than others charge for towing. I would definitely recommend!
The service was really good. My car was taken there on a Saturday night and I was able to get it out the very next day which was a Sunday. We were in and out within 30 minutes or so. And didn't cost me to much to get it out either.
My husband’s truck was stolen by some cracked out women and towed by this company. (Not up to us on who towed it)
It was as if they charged for every little extra thing they could come up with. It ended up costing us $450 to get our STOLEN truck out. I’m not saying I wanted it out free but some compassion would have been nice.
I had a vehicle in storage that is pretty big and inoperable. I had called another wrecker service to come get it and bring it to my house, but they never showed. I called JR's the day before and made an appointment, they came the next day on time and had good communication. The driver was professional and she knew what she was doing. Got my vehicle home without a problem and she was able to unload it directly into my shop. A+. I recommend JR's and will definitely use them again.
Austin was so kind and helpful. Went out of his way to find a way to be gentle on my car that wasn't cooperating. Thank you so much. Will definitely be using his services when I need them again.
We needed a wrecker fast, in order to get off the busy road. We called Jr's and the driver got there quick! She was very professional and friendly and even asked us if we needed anything else when we were at the Auto Repair shop.

My husband's truck quit on him, left him stranded on the side of the road during one of the hottest Texas days this summer! We contacted JR Towing, their driver Tracy responded and was there within 20 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick to get the truck loaded without any damage to the vehicle. The ONLY wrecker I will call!! These guys have come to my rescue too many times to count. They hustle to get to you, they really care about their customers and what they need & the prices are great! If you are ever stuck on the side of the road- or in the middle of the road for that matter-or if you just have something you need moved, these are the people to call!! I really can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone from the dispatchers to the drivers will go out of their way for you!
I used JR’s today to remove my vehicle that was stuck on a culvert. Once I called, they responded quickly. The gentleman who came was so friendly and kind. He took excellent care of my vehicle to prevent any damage. The fee was a very fair price.
These folks are exactly as they are described... 24 hours 7 days a week! We were starting to panic after calling 6 other places and told the thy could not help us but JRs Wrecker Service called me right back after I left them a message. We hit a water heater on interstate. Called JR‘s wrecker and got friendly immediate response. We left to go to the appointment and they picked up the car and delivered it where we wanted. Will use them again. Try them!
