I'm a 60 yr female snd i needed a coil for my car and O'Reilly's wanted $100 for one . I found the 4 coils and spark plugs new on Amazon for $49 but it was going to take a week for them to come in. I couldn't drive my car until I fixed it. Someone said go to Pickers. So I youtube on how to do it and what tools were needed and went on mission. I found them to be very friendly, well organized and for a scrap yard clean if you can believe that? I was amazed. And the price for one coil to get me through was I think $12 or $15 with a warranty? I would recommend this place to any female looking to make ends meet with no mechanical experience! These people were awesome! I found a good resource for parts at a price affordable and gained a new experience with self-service. Their website is well put together if you need to look before you go, and their prices are listed as well as how many cars and dates they were added and the row the car is on! They also buy cars from you. And did I say their parts are covered by a warranty? Pickers is a game changer! Thank you guys!
Literally worst place, absolutely horrible customer service, owner all the way to the front desk. I highly don't recommend anyone waste your time coming to this horrific place. The owner admitted they don't check or test anything so they're very aware they are selling crap, which is why they charge you an outrageous year long warranty price.
Super friendly employees, hot day when I was there, Mike insisted I take a bottle of water. Good cold free water, glad he did cause I drank it about 10 min later. No charge wheel barrels came in handy for tools and parts I needed. Clean area, all gravel no dirt or mud. Got most of what needed and prices were reasonable. Less then half of new prices. My first time but I’ll be back. Good people., good prices, clean set up of the donor vehicles. It’s gold standard for recycling vehicle parts. Will be back
It was as good as I expected it to be I scheduled a appointment for the tow truck to come pickers up a couple of cars and they eventually arrived 3 days later but they were true to the quote they gave and I was paid in full

I went to Pickers in Longview last weekend and was able to get quite a few things I needed for a really good price for two different 25+ year old vehicles I'm restoring. I went for the bucket sale (and filled my bucket) but also got some other important items that I really needed. The staff was very friendly, super helpful and extremely professional. They were courteous and nice while answering all of my questions and even lent me a wheelbarrow to carry the bigger items. I really appreciate having a place to get hard-to-find parts so close to home from knowledgeable people that want to help. Thanks to the fantastic staff and I will definitely be coming back again.
So I went in and bought a coil Saturday they charged me for an ignition switch so I bring it back in on a Monday and try to get it corrected and they tell me they can't help me on it they overcharged me by $15 and it was their fault a coil cost nine bucks they cost me $25.90 with a 10% discount
They treated me like professionals should , sent me right to where I needed to go , got the parts I needed at a real price , all was fast and simple. Nice folks working in there.
Beginning this Year. Pickers now has Bait and Switch policies. They say, $24.99 for 5 gallon bucket! Now, this excludes many items including ECM's , switches, MAPS, and other electronics. They do not tell you that up front! It is only when you go to check out! Totally RIP OFF
Didn't honor the $75 all you can carry deal because I was buying electronic components. The guy at the counter got genuinely offended and confrontational when I said it was a little much to rummage through my tool bag before letting me leave. Y'all lost a customer
I went to their 50% off day and dismantled an engine from the truck and when I went to pay they said nobody was there to operate the fork lift. This has happened to me several times and why I never come here. Scam.
I have always come here to get parts for my vehicles. The management here is awesome. Not only do they take the time to help you when you need it, they are very knowledgeable in what they do. The yard is very organized and I had no trouble locating the cars I was directed to. Diana is my favorite person who works here! These people go above and beyond their call of duty to help the customer. Thanks y’all! I truly appreciate you!

The BEST u-pull it place that I have EVER been too. From the moment I called, arrived Beth was amazing. She helped me figure out soo much while answering phones. Very patient and sweetI was there literally there trying figure out what & how alone. The staff saw I had been on the yard they IMMEDIATELY jumped in to help. DIANE the store manager OMG, she is outstanding, compassionate & works so hard, she saw that I got what I needed & then some for my vehicle. John & his guys I’ve never been so grateful given it was soo hot they went out of their way as well. She is a true leader & her staff showed they have compassion working for her more like family! This is where you need to go for all of your auto part needs! The compassion the work ethic within this facility I cannnot brag enough! Thank you all so much for all of your help I truly needed it.
I was just in there and they have one of the laziest workers. one is running around while the other is chatting about a new pool and smoking outside. this isn't the first time this girl has been doing nothing while everyone is working. she always wears a t-shirt.just stands there listening to the phone ring.the other girls are helpful and make the experience better
Husband went to get parts for my car today. He was charged a warranty on every single part (bumper, bumper reinforcement, bracket & grill). Total of $23+. Only way to get that waved as they are not mechanical parts is to decline it when “asked” about it. Problem was he was never asked about it. Also charged a “core charge” for a bumper. Could have saved almost $30 if the girl who checked him out had done her job correctly and actually INFORMED the customer. We don’t need warranties on NON MECHANICAL parts. It’s an hour drive from where we live to this location and saving the $30 would of been nice. Of course they can’t refund the warranty either has to be done at time of purchase. RIP OFF!
I've been twice but never actually gone inside. My bf went in and did all the dirty work. Prices seem pretty good, and they've had the parts I needed both times.
I went to Pickers to find a few things for my car and found everything I needed and then some. The ladies were very helpful and nice not only that Pickers has a 75 dollar special they run called carry out what ever you can carry in your hand. Be patient with yourself cause it's time-consuming but you will find what you.
They were so helpful.
Walked in the door, they greeted me, asked me what I needed, showed them a pic, they looked it up, printed out the location, gave me a price, BOOM! All in under two minutes. And WAY cheaper than I was expecting. Funny to say but it was almost disappointing it was that quick n easy.

Good efficient set up. One owner was very friendly and offered bottled water to cool down after being in the heat. Then other owner rushed me back out in the heat because of expense of paying employees. However, overall good experience. I will return the next time I need used auto parts.
I went to the new Longview location on the first Saturday of their Grand Opening..I was there right before they opened up..upon opening I was greeted by the assistant manager Diana Davis with a HUGE SMILE and asking what kind of part(s) I was looking for..I told her and she went right to work locating the area in the yard where the parts would be located.
Diana went outside and pointed to where the exact location(s) of the part(s) I needed,and off I went..the yard was extra clean and looked very safe and inviting !
It had been raining for off and on a week,and I was expecting to be digging around in muddy walk ways and area around the vehicles,but I was surprised and very happy that it was not like that at all..there was concrete or rocks all around,so no muddiness anywhere !!
This was I believe their second day of opening,so there were "yard" workers moving vehicles into their designated area(s),and they had a really nice selection of vehicles that actually had parts available,not a bunch of "picked" over junk and waste of time looking,so overall I enjoyed my visit there and will definitely be going back very soon after it cools off a little.
Also Tara greeted me at the "Pay" window with a nice smile,and asked me if I found everything I needed,and looked at what part I got and the price,and had me rang up and ready to go within 2-3 minutes,telling me if I have any questions or need them to look up the price and/or need parts give them a call.
Overall I have to give Diana and Tara,and the rest of the workers all a 5 star 2 thumbs up rating !! I can only guess that it has improved now that they are getting everything lined out their ,and I can't wait to get back there soon !
