A few years ago, when it snowed in Texas, my boyfriend’s alternator went out in New Braunfels. We called AAA, and this towing company was the one that picked us up. The driver was very patient and knowledgeable, and he suggested we tow the truck to their shop.( we live in san antonio)We’re so glad we did because they were honest, fixed the problem, and did a great job. It was truly money well spent. The alternator they put in kept that truck running strong until my boyfriend sold it in 2024. We couldn’t have been luckier to end up with them, and we’re very thankful for their work.
Bubba's Towing is the most honest towing service around the area. They charged us reasonable whereas police called them before us. They take our truck and trailer to their yard for free. We appreciate your great help, thank you so much guys
(I hate to leave reviews!) Almost crashed with a driver who was speeding in the rain and not following signs on the road. Called to leave a courteous complaint about how unsafe that behavior is (because they are in a company tow truck)and dispatch hung up on me. Call someone else if you can cause they DO NOT care about other cars on the roadway.
Most of the time when you need a wrecker, it's not always the most convenient time. I truly appreciate them for going out of their way to make it the best overall experience.

They are some of the nicest people around. Very friendly, a friend of ours was in a horrible car accident. They treated his belongings with care and when we went to get his things. They where very friendly to us. 10/10

I can’t thank you enough for getting this delivered. I know you didn’t do it for free but your service was seamless and easy. I only talked to one person but he was extremely helpful and made me feel confident that the delivery would be taken care of. Our customer said that the unit was delivered and that the delivering company was pleasant to work with.

I've used this wrecker service twice now and was pleased with there service. Had them haul my Harley home late one night when I blew the oil cooler. Just had them haul my truck home after breaking down on the loop. Anytime I need a wrecker I will call Bubba's Wrecker Service.
They are the most disastrous people I have ever met. They towed my car and damaged it, and when I told them to fix what they had damaged, they began to insult me.
This people are Thief, they move my truck less than 1 mile and restock the load back again, never told my how much the bill was gonna be till the very last minute, they brought every employee of the company for a 2 or 3 guys job took forever to do the job and then at the end charme over 14k for a 6 hour job.
I had an emergency call that I needed my dozer and trackhoe in Corpus Christy Tx from the Longview area. I made the call to Bubbas and they had BOTH pieces of equipment there for me by the days end and at a great price!
This is just one of many times that they have been there in a very short notice!

Other than that I tried to look at it before all of this so I could see if I could just drive it home. He said it's not drive-able and he wouldn't let me check it out or get any of my stuff on the weekend. I came back with another wrecker company and got my car.
When I got it home I put air in one of the tires and drove it to work the next day.
These guys were the best they helped my company out of a tremendous jam and a damn good price. Highly recommend, best wrecker experience ever anywhere in the US hands down!
Excellent service provided by a gentleman named Kenneth today. Very professional, pulled over to wait for me, and even called me to make sure I was still behind him. The trucks are very nice! You can tell this a quality company that does good business. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area that needs a trustable wrecker service!
Only going to remark on pricing. They towed my Semi truck and 53’ trailer to their yard. Truck and trailer was on shoulder of get off ramp. My bill reflects a total of 8 miles. My bill was $1245.88
With this said my company paid this also as they paid the same as the bill was spilt. Guess I would have paid $2491.76 for 8 miles had my company not have paid for their trailer towing. At $311.47 per mile I find that high.
