Very disappointed I bought a new headlight for my car because it had went out after putting it in I noticed what a difference between the driver and passenger light and so I went back and had an entire conversation with the guy about how I wanted the same bulb as the one I had just purchased because of thr difference and how bright the other one was and mind you the entire reason im buying this particular bulb was because i wanted the kind as the one had purchased like a week before i mean i had an in depth conversation about it he looked it up told me he had the bulb and brings me the wrong one i almost believe on purpose he was a little bit of a jerk seemed as tho i was annoying him so I thought that was what I got until I had another issue come up and got to looking at my lights again and noticed how it looked like it did before that was because he sold me the wrong bulb and since I was replacing a bulb that wasn't even burnt out wanting them to match and specbified that you would think they would replace the bulb with the one I asked for but no never so much as offered so now I have 2 of the bulbs that I didn't want because as I said at that point I wasn't replacing another bulb that had went out I was wanting the same type bulb that I had just put in the drivers side and he knew it and then the lady i talked to tells me that they are basically even the same price that says to me it was deliberate considering the conversation of what I wanted I don't believe I'll be returning to O'Reilly for anything bet that

August 16th 2025 date of incident about 2:40 p.m. I went in asking for oil for my 2019 Dodge Challenger wanting to get the best quality oil for my vehicle due to my daughter's a cancer patient I do a lot of driving in this vehicle. Kristopher when I asked him at the counter for the best oil and the best prices I got told I don't know The aisle is over there I have never been to an O'Reilly's where I have to go look for the stuff myself normally I go up there and give them my vehicle information and they look it up and tell me the best price and stuff and they help me along the way I was not able to get that and was made out to be a Karen when I asked Timothy if I could work with him instead of Christopher because I didn't want to be brushed off again Timothy is the older gentleman gave me a little grin and a chuckle and a slight laugh when I asked if I could deal with him instead of Kristopher I apologize for being an inconvenience to you guys I was just trying to make sure that the stuff I got from your store was quality enough to make sure my vehicle ran properly for my daughter's cancer treatment I apologize to bother you and will no longer be coming to your store. I've been a several year customer of O'Reilly's for everything for my vehicle and will start going to AutoZone or some other parts website for my product such as oil water pump anything that I need cuz I do not now feel comfortable to come to this location and not be giving a biased experience because again the coworkers are friends as a parent and if I don't get along with their co-worker then I'm going to get a biased experience like I was just given I recorded my entire experience for if a manager somebody wants to contact me for the video.

Not a good place to buy parts at. You will get used or broken parts and the wait is always long to get checked out this why I started going to auto zone from now on just better overall O'Reilly's just sucks now

When I buy parts if the option is there I buy life time warranty. My alternator bearing was going bad no big deal. I go in knowing it’s under life time warranty and note this isn’t the first time for this every time they can’t find it in there system image that them old men in there Purposely giveing me a run around maybe to make you buy again. I leave go straight to the next town 15 miles away walk in and bam there it is in the system in and out in 10 minutes. I will never buy from the store in Whitesboro Tx again they are cheating the customers from now on I will bypass this store with bad service

Worst store in thier chain. Three month old battery bad won’t hold charge brought in to saw told 2.5 hour wait to test that is totally unacceptable a test takes 3 min replace this manager with someone competent

I usually say, If you can't say something good, don't say anything at all. They should put some chairs in there like a waiting room. Last three times I've went there, they didn't have what I needed. Simple things like a fan belt. They always want to order something for me. I can order from Amazon and it will be delivered to my house without a return trip to town. I'm trying to patronize the local business. O'Reillys is usually the place I go to. I gave up on Auto Zone a long time back, but that is another story. I was a professional mechanic for 50 some years, I know what I'm doing. O'Reilly's in Sherman never let's me down. Maybe everyone else has better luck than me at the Whitesboro store. I want to use the Whitesboro store because it is the closest to me. I don't want to discourage anyone from going there, it just won't be me again. Best of luck, sincerely, to all of you who go there.

I had to return a headlight bulb and the older man working was the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with, he was throwing parts and told me he would not return the wrong item they gave me because of the packaging was opened and I had my receipt. I gave them the right info and they gave me the wrong part not to mention I live 30 min away.so that also cost me . Ok then the same thing happened Gainesville gave me the wrong brakes and I had my receipt so I tried to return them and they made me pay for the break pads I already payed for and said I'd have to drive the first ones back to Gainesville to return the ones that was the wrong ones and that once again was at their fault but whitesboro was ready to close so they didn't want to do the return and the same old person was working that night also.i used at least 20 dollars in gas and still have to drive 30 miles to return brakes .I will never return to the store again .

This is probably the worst O’Reillys in the country. Everyone I know just goes to Gainesville or Sherman instead even in emergencies. The managers are rude and the employees are super stressed out constantly.

Worst experience of my LIFE. There is an older blonde lady that works there with glasses that is a manger who is the RUDEST person I’ve ever met in my life. She is absolutely rude to everyone she comes in contact with and should not be employed there or anywhere else that involves customer service. O’reilly’s will never receive my business again, I came in at 6:00 P.M. with engine problems and just needed my engine light checked to see what’s wrong with my car and she wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say. As soon as I walked in the door. This manager said, “OH, NO! We are CLOSED! You have to leave now!”, “at 6:00?, your doors were open and nothing says your closed?”, I said. Followed by her rudely replying, “it’s says right there on the door, you have to leave now!” I needed helped and she turned me away. As long as this lady is an employee at the store I would gladly drive 30 minutes further to somewhere who actually cares about the companies customers. Please FIRE this person.

Our engine light came on while we were traveling so we pulled into O'Reilly. They put the computer thing on our truck, found out what was needed, bought it, easy change out and off we went. Great guys at this location...!

I phoned in to asked if they had a part. They did but I couldn't get there until the next day. The salesperson, a lady, had kept my information and immediately knew what I needed. Best service I've had at an auto parts store

Stood in line waiting to get my battery tested for 12 minutes. I was told by the old man I'd have to wait until every last customer left and they kept coming in and one customer said " don't you want to check his battery?" He said no I have to help all the in store customers first. There were multiple cashiers. Drove to auto zone and they helped me out immediately.

Wow! This location never ceases to amaze me, I didn't know that stores like this still existed! There is not a part in the store or one that they can order that the crew or manager don't have knowledge on. They are always very friendly, knowledgeable and to the point. To often in life individuals can't tell the difference between so.eone who is straight and to the point or rude. I love this store and they people in there.if I ever have a issue again I'll always go to this store no auto zone or another store in general. With the knowledge and experience this store that comes from Ash, Charlie and Lary as well as all of the other staff has there no place better. Great job the manager and his staff!

Knowledgeable and they never talk down to me because I'm a girl. Straight shooters interested in simply helping me with my truck or car. I like going in the late afternoon when the town is winding down- make sure I've time to pick their brains about whatever project I'm up to.

Came in to get a new windshield wiper after my right one of the two pack i had bought on 10-1-22 had broke and flown off. Larry was great! He came out and looked at the broken part and helped me to find the right one i needed and even offered a warranty for it after seeing how it broke on my vehicle. Ash on the other hand was opposite, after Larry asked him how to do a warranty on it since i only needed the one wiper and they only had the two pack for my car. He chimed in on Larry and I’s conversation to ask “did we install them or you” I respectfully informed him that my father had installed them for me, but that the installation was not the issue. He continued with “how is that my fault” and “why should i have to pay for them” in a very rude manner. After explaining that the right wiper broke in the middle so it wasn’t the install and that the left wiper was also STILL intact so again not the install he laughed and said “okay”. Larry checked me out very quickly so i was finally able to leave. I felt so uncomfortable and belittled that i didn’t ask for them to install them even though it was pouring rain outside. I thought maybe i was overreacting and that maybe he was having a bad day, until i read some of the reviews about the business where there were multiple complaints about how he treated customers, and especially women. I will not be bringing my business there again and definitely recommend bring a male figure in with you if you’re a female customer.

Ash needs some customer service advise. He was not very friendly and had snide comments to say while I was interacting with him. His sirt said manager however that was not manager behavior. Go to autozone instead ash doesn't work there and I won't be back to O'Reilly auto parts in Whitesboro while he works at this location.

I had a flat tire on hwy 377 less than .25 miles. I made it to O’Reilly's in Whitesboro. Walked in the store and asked for assistance. William helped me change my tire. I don’t know if it was ok or if he could, but to have someone like William offer to help out someone in need like I was, shows how kind he was. Because of his help, I would recommend this store anytime. Everyone who walked in the store was helped out. Thank you William for helping me to get back home, safely.

Everytime I visit this location I'm greeted with a smile. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, sometimes it gets busy and there is a little wait. Always have my oil change fluids and filters. Very simple store, and they treat you like family. I will always shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts versus the other chains for this reason. Thanks for making me feel this way, you go above and beyond in your daily operations to make me feel like a valued customer. And it shows!

Went in around 8:25 am only one person working counter. Waited 20 minutes. The guy at the counter needed a manager for my transaction. Waited another 10 to 15 minutes, no manager. Had to leave for a doctor's appointment. Even told them of the appointment.

The best place to go when you need something for your car it doesn't matter if it's big or small, they are so helpful even when I don't know what the part is called. Sometimes they will even put in a fuse or put the windshield wipers on for me since I'm not mechanically inclined.... The employees are so friendly and helpful, they are just great!

Staff was friendly and helpful in locating what I needed. I asked for help changing my wiper blades, but they were super busy. Will be back for other needs, regardless because they usually have what I need.
