This shop has customer service on the same level of a handy neighbor. My car was scheduled for drop off, diagnosed, repaired, and picked up within 24 hours for an electrical issue that my wife’s Nissan Rogue 2014 had for two months. Chase, Karrie and Rob did a great job. Customer service was great, job was done as they said and a clean job. Advised of upcoming problems that would need attention. Great folks to work with. My pickup was a older truck 2001 GMC and I don't think I could have gotten a better job done anywhere else. Worked on AC, power steering and brakes. Would highly recommend

Pro-Tech Auto is the best. I can do small repairs myself but when I need a professional I get nervous about taking my vehicles to shops. I googled around and found Pro-Tech Automotive had a 5-star review rating, so I gave them a shot. I can see why they have 5 stars now. Chase takes the time to explain everything in detail, will happily answer any questions, takes pictures to show you any issues. They are more than fair on pricing and does an excellent job. Chase and Kari provide great customer service and I'd recommend them to anyone needing repairs. They'll continue to have my business anytime I need auto work done.

I see why they're 5 star, with no 1s 2s 3s or 4s. Fast service, HONEST, diagnosed the problem, was about half of what was originally quoted. Chase's wife even came and picked me up to pick up vehicle ( I didn't have a way up there and was close by, which was very nice of them), much MUCH better than his "competitor" down the road ( actually no competition). This will be my "go to" place, not the chicken outfit right next to them.

I can’t recommend this place enough! I had a major issue with my car’s air conditioning and needed the compressor replaced. Chase and Carry got me in quickly, diagnosed the issue fast, and had everything fixed the same day. I was able to pick up my car the next day, and the whole experience was incredibly smooth and efficient. Not only was the service fast, but the pricing was very reasonable—less than half of what the dealership quoted me. The dealership also wanted to replace multiple parts without actually pinpointing the real issue, whereas this business took the time to properly diagnose and fix exactly what was needed. We have taken several cars to Chase after he came highly recommended from a neighbor. The first was to correct a bad brake job from a previous mechanic and the other was an electrical issue caused by rats eating wires. Rob took my Chrysler Pacifica in on his day off to figure out what was happening with my auxiliary battery. Not only did he fix that issue he also fixed another issue my van was having too!
