Absolutely lifesaver today! Great service and was able to quickly order a tire for me. Front desk ladies were amazing and lovely to talk to on a day when it seemed luke everything was falling apart on me.

10/10! Took my truck in for a transmission issue. Justin told me the transmission was bad and got a new transmission ordered and had it at the shop quick. He got the new one in and took care of the issue. This was my first time using them and definitely will not be the last! Everyone is very nice and easy to deal with! Communication is 10/10 they let me know the issues and kept me up-to-date when the truck would be done. If you want an awesome place this is the spot!

Came through Tom Bean in class C motorhome on our way out to ski Utah from Mississippi. When we stopped at the 4 way we broke a break line on the rear axle. I thought our trip was over for sure, but Katie at AAAA Auto repair took our call and told us to bring it on in and they could make the repairs needed, and they did the same day had us all repaired and on our way! Thank you to the whole shop I wish I could give 10 stars.

Went today for front struts replaced and these guys are great! They knew their stuff and were really friendly.

For the past four years I have been taking my car there i have never had any issues with the staff or services, Katie goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well.

I have had wonderful experiences each time I've need some type of auto care. They are thorough in their assessment, and open about the cost up front, and stick to it. They will also make you aware of problems that may be coming up in the future that you need to be aware of without pushing to have it done right then.

This place is amazing! My husband took our Armada in for electrical issues a few days ago. My husband was so impressed with them that we will be taking our vehicle to them and them only from here on out. Our car stopped working properly the night before Halloween. They immediately got on the issue and even gave us a loaner car to make it through the next few days. Thanks to them, we didn't have to miss out on our babies very first trick or treating as well as our other older kids. Thanks guys!! Yall are the best around.

I needed an alternator installed same day because I had funeral to go to the next day, and they got it done. They also dropped it off at my house since my wife's car was in the shop too.

Anytime I have car trouble I automatically get nervous. I don’t know who to trust. AAAA Automotive came highly recommended from friends. They were right. Fast, friendly, (even gave me a ride back to work) efficient and honest. Don't hesitate!

I needed a few things done to my older car. They did a great job at reasonable price. They did a good job of communicating exactly what was needed and exactly how much it would be. They did it quick and even brought my car to me which I thought was awesome. I do only live a couple of miles away but still never had any place offer to do that. Would definitely recommend.

I went first thing in the morning and asked for a battery test and replacement if necessary. Technician came out immediately give me a test explain some things and install the battery and I was out of there in under 30 minutes. This has become my go to place For car repair.

** 1000/10 Review ** I have an 08 Honda Civic whos A/C completely stopped working. I chose AAAA Automotive because of the Google Reviews. Before this, I went to a different shop in Sherman and fixed an 08 Chevy Equinox but the issue they fixed (not an a/c issue) came back and the customer service was seriously lacking. Thats when I decided to try somewhere new and I found AAAA. When I tell you this 08 Honda has been a pain!! The first time I brought in my car to AAAA Automotive, they fixed the issue but for some odd reason the a/c stopped working again shortly after. I reached out to the manager and I now have been taken care of by Justin (the OWNER!!!!) via text, and he has been incredibly persistent in getting to the bottom of the issue. I have a toddler I drive to and from daycare with no one else to help me, so this kind of follow-through means everything. The Texas heat is no joke, and I would rather invest in getting things fixed than have my little one suffer in this heat. They have been patient, friendly and truly committed to fixing the problem! The front desk staff and the entire team provide the BEST customer service I've ever experienced at an auto shop... Ever! If you're having car trouble, i highly recommend giving them a call or just stopping by. Sincerely, A mom.

This is a great shop! From the first conversation they treat you like family, which is something you don't find often... The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and very knowledgeable. The mechanics were so kind, explained everything about what was going on, and worked with me on making my repair something I could afford. They worked with me, and I FINALLY have AC back in my Yukon. I can't thank them enough! Ladies, if you're looking for a shop that won't try to take your lack of knowledge for granted, a shop that will explain things in detail and that won't try to upcharge you for things you don't need, this is the one. They are fantastic! We'll be back here for sure!

Decided to go to this shop after a friend of my husband suggested it. They did not disappoint! The front desk ladies are amazing and the mechanics are awesome. They fixed the issues we were having with our Malibu at half the price chevy was trying to charge us and for that we are grateful! Thank you guys for being an honest, fast and hardworking shop! That is very hard to find now a days! We appreciate y’all!

This place came highly recommended and I can definitely see why! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to sell me on things that were not needing to be done. The owners were amazing and very down to earth. I got an oil change, 2” lift, and an alignment. They didn’t let me leave until everything was perfect! 10/10 recommend bringing your car here!

Just wanted to take time and let everyone know that the AAAA family is a amazing family owned facility, with the nicest staff and owners. I took my car in to get some work done and they called me with a quote for the work in a timely manner. They had the car back to me in a few short days. They are very affordable with price. I wont take my family’s cars anywhere else thanks AAAA.

The absolute best owners, they do great work, and they won’t charge you an arm and a leg. I wish I could give 10 stars!! I got a quote for the same repairs on my car elsewhere, and AAAA cost me HALF of that, plus they did a little extra work too! Highly recommend!

Both owners of this business (Wife and Husband) are both really really knowledgeable about cars. As a woman, I do appreciate being able to call and talk to Katie and know I have another woman who has my back and isn’t out to rip me off considering I know very little about cars and that is the biggest thing most car shops prey on. They are very sweet people who only want to help their customers and have considerable amounts of passion for their community. They have a good team of mechanics who work very hard and are reasonably efficient with time. I trust no one else with my car here in DFW. Their rates are decently priced, they have financing options, and they also will help you gain knowledge through proper sources on how much work on your car should reasonably cost so you are in the know and won’t get ripped off anywhere else (like a car dealership). As people outside of work they are the sweetest folks you will ever meet. I highly recommend this business for ANY of your car needs!! (I drive from McKinney and it’s worth the distance!)

They helped us out in a pinch, and unlike many mechanics who would up-charge us, they gave us a fair price and got us back on the road. We lost a bolt out of our motor mount on our Dodge Grand Caravan, and the husband/wife dual combo managed to repair it within hours of receiving the part. They did not charge an exuberant price, and the work was quality. Many mechanics are shady and greedy…this business is not. Recommended! Brent and Jackie
