Thank you Tyler for getting our (very heavy, in a lot of mud) truck out , fast and with great personality . Would highly recommend for anyone needing a wrecker service!

Used Texoma auto care in Denison for several years. Recently sent my daughter to them, even though the guy who I dealt with let me know he was leaving the shop. I will say Robbie was the glue, that held it together. I dropped her car off, her and I both told them a price point, well they do not call and do not send an estimate on work, before they work on it. Again, I know Robbie is not there, as they clearly told me. I could go on and on, about the handling of this shop now, it’s not the same place it used to be to be. Get everything in writing and just know they upcharge if they feel you are being rude, which that was his wife was the rude one. And when we said price point is this, and let me know estimate before hand it went from 280, 800, and final number 1200. Don’t go here. No it’s not me being a Karen, I have receipts to back it all up.

I can't say enough good things about Tyler!! He was an absolute lifesaver when I hit a pot hole and ended up in a ditch. He arrived quickly, was super cool, sweet, funny, and handled everything with care and efficiency. His friendly attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with, for a second I forgot I was being towed lol. I went from bawling on the side of the road to giggling at my drop off! The pricing was cheap, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and taken care of. I highly recommend his towing service to anyone in need! Thank you for the amazing service, Tyler!

Tyler was amazing help, very great guy and had no problems with him towing my car.

Tyler got here quickly and towed us back to our home city decently far away. He was a pleasure to talk with during the ride back, and made sure we were taken care of before leaving. Highly recommend if you need help.

I had a great experience I called AAA for a busted tire and they sent out Tyler, he was fast and had me on my way to the tire shop so quick!! Really took a lot of stress away. Highly recommend :)

I had a flat on the road and they were dispatched thru AAA. And the tech she was professional and did a great job getting me back going.

Had a family member stranded and needing a tow while visiting the local state park and had to call and handle everything over the phone. Dianna was fantastic! She handled the call professionally, the truck arrived on schedule and they had the car dropped off before I knew it. Rates were reasonable. This was a really good experience, I couldn't be happier! Will call again if I'm ever in the area.

WOW!!! TRULY AMAZED!!! MR.DINO WAS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL! HONEST, HARDWORKING, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THIS MAN DID EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO ENSURE ME AND MY BOSSMAN WERE TAKEN CARE OF & SAFE. HE TOWED US TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS AND EVEN OFFERED TO HELP US WITH ANOTHER RIDE TO ANOTHER LOCATION DUE TO A RENTAL CAR COMPANY BEING UNPREPARED. Just received the best customer service from this fine business! It’s over 100 degrees today and, while my child and I were running errands, my van died. I spoke with their dispatcher to let her know we’d be close but couldn’t stay in that heat. I received a phone call shortly after from the driver for an estimate time, he was on his way! Well he couldn’t have been more thoughtful of our comfort and our safety. Also, the most important part he operated quickly and efficiently! From start to finish, with a drive time of 15 minutes both ways on his part, it totaled roughly 45mins!!! I’m so appreciative of this company. Thank you Dino and Texoma Auto Care! I recommend Y’all 100 percent!

Where do I start? These guys are great in many ways. They care about you and your car. They know me and my family and really go out of there way to help you! I don't go to anyone but them because I trust they will fix my issue and they will keep in constant communication before they do anything. They won't charge you astronomical prices, they are reasonable good freaking people! I will continue to bring my car here and my daughter's car here as well. Thank you Texoma Auto Care for taking care of me and my family! ???

SCAMMED !!! HORRIBLE communication !!! I needed a jump start which they quickly attempted once and did not work so then I had to purchase a tow to my local mechanic. When my truck arrived to the shop my mechanic instantly jumped the truck and told me all it needed was a jump. Texoma Auto Care just kept giving me ridiculous excuses on why they couldn’t jump it in the first place. Management has refused to give me a call to discuss the situation. It’s been 2.5 weeks with me calling a couple times a week to attempt to speak to management and still nothing. I had to pay for a full tow that wasn’t needed at all.

If I could give a 10 I most definitely would! We were stranded after coming off a cruise from Galveston. We made it 150 mile before we broke down. We were able to get to Sherman TX and then got in touch with Texoma Auto Care through AAA for towing. They could only get us so far that night and got us to a hotel. The next day they made sure to get us the remaining 263 miles to home. Jessica and Kevin are the best!!. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We were on our way from Bonham to Denison and just inside Denison, I received a warning on my car (“steering loss”) and my steering wheel locked up and our car no longer had the ability to steer. Luckily we had AAA and they sent Christian, as our tow truck driver. The wait wasn’t bad and he went above and beyond to take care of us. The dealership that we wanted, was closed because it was Sunday. Imagine my surprise to receive a call early Monday morning, letting me know they had received my car. I would highly recommend Texoma Auto Care and will use them again if the need ever arises! Good service is hard to find these days, but that’s what you get at Texoma Auto Care.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Felix and Dino are the kindest folks you could meet, going above and beyond to help get you back on the road. Once a customer, you'll be a customer and have friends for life.

Not quite sure what was going on tonight at Cliff's Check Cashing in Denison, but I sure hope it was worth one of the drivers of Texoma Auto Care forcing me and the car in front of me off the road. Would NOT Recommend! There was No Emergency when we pulled up behind them!

Replaced front suspension, front rotors, did the alignment and serviced the brakes. Was done for a fair price and in a timely manner. This shop has earned my business.

These guys were very polite and took the time to find out the real problem with my son's girlfriend's car. We were told it needed a new alternator and found out that it did not, and it was a completely definition. We greatly appreciate the time they took to make sure things were right.

Went up on the price and didn't tell me until the work was done. Also, all the lights are still on. I don't have time to take it back and be without a vehicle. My advise. If you want it done right, the first time, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!

Worked with us after the car was impounded and dropped a $50 "notice charge" then took off a few other dollars because I'd scraped together $425. We had called a couple hours before going to get the car and had been told it was gonna cost $415..we get there and they wanted $467.

The only reason I gave it more than one star is because of the sweet woman at the front desk. I went there this morning because they were listed on the TXDPS website as a place to get my inspection. I am fairly new to Denison and not familiar with the local auto care businesses. When I got there she had to call to find out when he was going to be in. The response was about an hour. Who has the time for that. Waiting an hour for someone to show up and then have to wait for the service Why do you have hours of operation when you're not going to be there to help your clients. Such a disappointment.

These people will take care of you, even if you're from out of town and they may never see you again. Got us back on the road in less than 4 hours after my rack and pinion on the truck blew a seal while we were passing through. Great people to work with.

When I called to see how much it would cost to get my truck out of impound the person answering the phone only said no more than $250.00. So I told the guy I was on my way to get the truck he said ok. When I got to the location no one was there. I had to wait for a hour for someone to show up just to get the paper work done then I had to wait another 30 mins for a driver to show up just to go get the truck from the lot .

Extremely nice and professional people running this establishment. My car was towed and impounded at this location. The fee was reasonable and it was a very quick and easy process. Best experience I've ever had with a company of this type, even if the situation wasn't ideal for yours truly.

Had a flat had to be towed. Amanda was very professional and treated my car like it was hers. My Acura sits very close to to the ground. Best service I have ever received from AAA dispatch.

I had a "mishap" 700 miles from home on Thanksgiving. I called for a tow. Robert was over an hour early!! Very nice guy. Had him to it to their shop (Texoma Auto Care). After the long weekend, I worked with Mike at the shop. Fair, honest, and prompt. Truck was ready in no time. They took a very stressful situation and made it easy. From 700 miles away, I was in a situation where they could have told me a list of stuff that was damaged. How would I know from that far away? But they did not. Minimal damage and very reasonable price. Truck is great now!!! These guys are great!!!
