Employee carelessly damaged our truck unloading the item. Then told us they are not responsible for damages. Would highly recommend against going here.

Best scrap yard ever been to. It's clean doesn't look all dingy like other scrap yards and the people are all too notch the four guys who took my scrap were not hateful like most scrap yard and to get the ticket the two pretty ladies at the office Jennifer and Lana were the best because I had an complicated deal and we laughed and it was finished in short time .thanks to all of you for y'all's good nature I will be back
I have great experiences every time I go scrap , the employees are well mannered, polite and they get in there and get the job done. They help unstrap, unload, they are on point every time... The best around.

My first experience with anything like this. Whomever makes customer service a top priority for employees is to be commended. Truly kind and gracious people from front to back. More than a fair price for some metal I inherited when I bought a trailer. My 11 yo son was super impressed with the crane operators as well as the way they treated us. I expected to be humiliated as this is so far out of my element. But this was a really great experience and I will definitely return. Kudos, guys and gals. You made a difference today. Thank you!
Easy in and out. Hardly any wait time. The guys that work they are prettym patient and friendly. Prices seem to be right up there with anyone else. They also support the local community.
Very friendly staff. This is the place you’d want to go to sell your scrap metals. Very fair prices and the yard is clean. Has had a flat there a couple of times and they helped fix it and gave us a tire as well ??
As the owner of SML Demolition & Deconstruction, LLC, I'm always trying to find the best way to get rid of all my demolition debris. We've used 69/82 a few times now when we have projects in Fannin or Grayson county. This is probably the cleanest and most well organized scrap metal salvage yards I've been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even have an offloading system in place. Just back up to where the operator tells you, remove your tie downs etc and he will grab all your metal with his excavator. They WON'T cheat you either and keep it honest!! We had a couple pots and pans that we threw out with the steel. The excavator operator told us "hey those pots and pans are aluminum" as you get more money by separating aluminum from steel. Anytime we're in Grayson or Fannin Counties and have a demolition project, we're going to 69/82!!
I can't express my gratitude enough. They dropped off a container for us and immediately after we had an illness in the family that made it impossible to work on filling the container in a timely fashion. They have been more than accommodating. Thank you 69/82.
The Lady that answered the phone was very informative and helpful. The Tow truck was able to pick my car up within an hour and they paid me cash minus the $85 for the tow truck when I arrived at the scrape yard . Wonderful service I will recommend them to everyone.
Helpful staff, assisted in removing excess steel from the pieces I wanted to save weight. Got a great deal on the steel and will definitely be using them for all of my scrap needs in the future!

The yard was super messy, a muddy soup hole and spent my entire afternoon there!!
Worst of all, the yard tried to charge me 75 cents per pound on used cattle panels. 24 panels was 880lbs... 880lbs X .75 = $660.00.. LMAO!!!!! That's more expensive than brand new at Tractor Supply!!!! They tried to really rip me off!!! I had to load them myself and then unload them!!!! It was ridiculous.. Never again!!!
