No receipt. No readout of scale for customer to see. Dude came scurrying out of the office in an obviously hurried manner such that I’d not enter the office. He was looking at his phone to further keep me from asking about a receipt.
About 90% of my load was good steel that would require very little post processing. I’m pretty sure he ripped me off by classifying my load as a lower grade. He never asked for an id. He never looked at my load to see how he should classify it. I got no paperwork showing how it was classified. If I were running a shady dishonest enterprise this is exactly what it would look like. I only went there because the reputable company in kerrville is closed on the weekends. If you’re selling stolen stuff take it here! If you’re looking for a pleasant and honest enterprise… go somewhere else.
They were great employees, it was my first time there. The employees were very helpful and respectful. I would recommend them to anybody. Their prices are great.
I'm impressed with the service. My roll-off was picked up and emptied promptly each time I called for service. I mean...when you are full you need service now! Kudos to Alan and his crew for the great service. Will use them again.
