Been Here For 2 Months and Love The Apartment. It’s A Starter Apartment For Me And My Daughter And We Love Our Place . It’s Becoming A Home , Addison and Kressa are GREAT ! Great Communication, Great Understanding and Got Us into The Apartment In Less Than 5 DAYS !!!! All Of Ny Neighbors are friendly and Kind , only thing i wish we had was a playground for my 4 year old but the field in the back she can do whatever so it’s a win win !
The office personnel, Mrs Kressa and Mrs. Addison, friendly knowledgeable and willing to go the extra miles for their tenants and further tenants. If you are looking for a family friendly apartment complex please make del sol apartments your home.
Addison Haynes and kressa their always so kind and helpful and always having a positive attitude which makes everything run smooth. you can tell they genuinely care about the work that they do. They’re great !
One of the worst apartments I lived at. Filled with roaches, and hazards. I had put in over 30 issues that needed to be fix within the move in date and most of the hazards wasnt fixed. Had an unit on the 2nd floor and the railing around the patio is very unstable and all they did to support it was put small sheetrock screws. Kitchen counter tops was held together with foam and what looked like newspaper, all the plugs in wet locations was not GFCI protected, windows missing screens and celling fan had a horrible knocking sound when turned on, AC almost never worked and caused my electric bill to go over $700. On move in date there was countless clear thumb tacks littered across the carpet. The staff is very rude they tried making me pay for maintenance requests, The area is sketchy. Sounds of yelling, loud music and gunshots. The conditions of the apartment caused me to break my lease and move out ASAP
Worse place to live!!! I just moved here going on two days and it has been horrible! The first night there was someone shooting and the cops were called. Come to find out this is a recurring issue and the management does nothing about it! The AC is leaking all on the carpet and in the walls in the second bedroom. There is an infestation of roaches, the dishwasher is broken and full of water, the maintenance is horrible and does the bear minimum. The lady in the front office lied about almost everything and she doesn’t care what’s going on. If you can avoid this place by any means I DO NOT recommend living here!
On move in day roaches started crawling out from every crack and corner. The apt rented was not at all like the one showed. It had a different washer and dryer and no doors to cover them. Terrible company and they do not return calls. Horrible place.
This is just the beginning of issues I’ve had. There is constantly trash all over the property and furniture and mattresses laying next to the dumpster.
Alexys was wonderful! She was so sweet and helped me with all the questions I had regarding leasing my first apartment. If you have the chance to speak to her, she's wonderful and I'll be calling her back to go over some options very soon
I love the color scheme of the apartments! I was kind of skeptical from moving to Texas City from Pasadena because I didn’t really know the area but the lady in the office (I think her name was Judy) made me feel like I was where I need to be.
The staff is very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend these apartments. The other apartments I looked at the management staff was GHETTO working in slippers and walking around with rollers in there heads was a no go for me my previous apartment management was like that.
The managers here very professional quick fasting I put in an application and got approved the same day with a discount I love these two managers may God bless them and their family!!!!!(Lisbet&Jessica)

Lisbet is a great person! She is always there when you need her. She very helpful and she makes sure that she tends to the occupants needs. She makes sure that every here at Del Sol Apartments has the best experience possible.
My wife and I recently moved from NC, and had the pleasure of meeting Jessica Garcia who's infectious bubbly personality made our experience and process of applying and obtaining an apartment complex simple. So far really enjoy the amenities and quick warm response from the staff!
