The best experience ever. DAKOTA is very knowledgeable and has awesome customer service. He is very friendly and puts his customers first. GABE is so awesome. My battery was recommended to be installed by a dealership, but after looking at my vehicle, he decided to give it a try. I really appreciated him for that and also when it looked like it was going to storm. He successfully installed my battery like a pro. I really thank this store and their employees because they genuinely love their jobs, and that's what I love and appreciate. Great customer service, and I recommend this store to anyone if who wants 5-star customer service ??
How about some batteries a month ago I went to take them back in they did not have the exchange batteries for that they said I had to wait two days that was not acceptable

Tried to return a coil pack because I noticed the inside is broken, never used it and the manager looked at it for 10mins and said we dont take back electronics after looking at it for 10 min, wasted my time. Well not be coming back wasted 78$.
Gina was the best! She was very patient with us and helped us find all the parts we needed for our car. We will recommend this store to our friends and family and we will definitely be back for our auto needs.
I personally do most of my cars' periodic tune up. Advance location in Palmer is excellent and easy to identify. Personnel is so friendly that sometimes I dare to ask my wife to go there and pick up a part that need while I keep working on my car. They even have parts for my grass mower. Very commendable place for experts and beginners on DIY home mechanics.
Lady told a black kid that he had to be charge until he brought the core back,but told the white guy that she wouldn't charge him and trusted that he would bring the battery core back. Right in our faces like we wasn't even standing there.
None of the local part stores are reasonably priced but, I'll use this place for other items I need. The Perks program saves you a few extra pennies. A penny saved is a penny earned.
This place is great and James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His great attitude and customer service is the reason I will be back to this store in the future.

The ladies who work here have phenomenal customer service and always so happy to help but the guys are neither friendly or helpful. I couldn't even get a hello back when I said it. This is not a way to keep customers coming back.
Not a very knowledgeable staff. One even made a suggestion that I was looking to get the "cheapest thing available even if it's not right". Went right down the road (literally half a block away) to AutoZone. Walked in with the same battery. The women behind the counter went right to the comparable battery and it was $30 cheaper than the wrong battery Advance was trying to push on me.
Lady was very helpful. Sorry didn't get her name but very informative and honest. Was in middle of getting a audit and was preparing but stopped and help me with what I was looking for and educated me on things I needed for my SUV. Thanks again.
Our car broke down on Saturday evening, the day before we were planning to drive home to Florida. I did what little diagnostics I could with the help of youtube and google, but to no avail. Sunday my wife and I went into this store to see if anyone had ideas to help find the problem. Gina was so helpful and told us one of their customers might be able to help. One phone call and he came to our rescue. He had the diagnosis in minutes and the part was in stock (surprisingly since the vehicle is 18 years old), so the repairs were done in an hour. We lost only one day, instead of several days. Special thanks to Gina for being so helpful to get us what we needed in such great time. Couldn't have asked for more!
I usually go to Oreillys up here next to the house , but as i passed by Advance Auto i found myself with the urge to just walk through and see what it was like .. It didnt disappoint ...A nice employee greeted me upon enetering the front door ..then with open ears . listened to my ramblings of a particular part and was politely directed to the general area , where i wished to peruse unencumbered . And so did, and found some really great deals on Small Engine Spark plugs for$ 2.49. . I bought 15 ....hehe ...i use them all the time. But hey..!! Ive been paying dang near 4 dollars a piece for them at my usual spot...I think ill be good through the winter ...then i might just come a shopping again
If you can't tell them make model and year of vehicle these people are useless. May as well replace them with a kiosk the two people that I talk to had no real knowledge of Auto parts, and I seriously doubt they have ever worked on a vehicle. Another customer came in while we were there with an alternator. when the customer told the parts counter person it came off of a boat the parts counterperson didn't even try to help him from that point forward.
I went into this location to recycle my used oil. The employee I spoke with confirmed that they do indeed take used oil and directed me to the corresponding area. The area was well kept and easy to access. I had no trouble getting my used oil into the tank and they even had a public restroom to wash my hands in after I was through.
They were decent, and had the part I needed in the store,so no waiting. The only reason they got a 4 from me was their attendant was in the back for a while before he came to ring me out
Great employees. Very helpful. They won't load you with false information if they don't know the answer. They'll look for the answer with you or find someone that knows it.
This was my first time dealing with Advanced Auto Parts. It was one of the best experiences I've had in an auto parts store. Frank was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have found my permanent auto parts store.
I work for a local shop and i call this place and the person on their end is not knowledgeable and doesn't care if I get the part I need . I waited for 1hour and 40 minutes and when I called back the guy I talked to had gone home and never placed the order . so I had been waiting for nothing . if you know nothing about mechanic shops , if im not putting cars back on the parking lot after fixing them im not making money . thank you advance , you have cost me business for the last time !!!!!
Look at their reviews !!! Ozzy Osborne , and four "a google user" that's all . plus one guy that had the same kind of experince I did . but they have a 4.3 rating on google maps . I wonder how that happened ? Can anyone say fake accounts and fake reviews ???? Good job advance ! No one saw through that load of horse crap !!!!
Avoid this place. Called yesterday for 4 TPMS sensors and I drove all the way from Galveston the next morning to pick up these sensors. Old guy had no clue what I was talking about and they ended up not having them. Ended up going to O'Reilly who was able to have them within a few hours.
Just sent my wife over to pick up oil and filters for her Lexus. Excellent service and their advice kept me from putting in the wrong oil. Love it when customer service is this great
