Because I’m big on customer service, I give this company five stars. The night before I was to fly home from Houston, my toddler niece lost the keys to my rental car. The driver arrived quickly and was very polite and respectful. There were some issues with hooking up to the car, as it was facing the garage and I didn’t have the keys to put it in neutral. Another driver came to assist, and and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he get me hooked up quickly, but he also gave me a ride to the airport rental facility. These guys were awesome and had a great deal of respect for my time and and my need to get the car turned in and catch my flight. Big shout out to Mike and Wassim (Sam). they made what could’ve been a horrible situation, not so bad. Thanks guys.

This past Saturday was extremely stressful as I had to have two vehicles towed. When I called I spoke to Allen. He was so calm and kind which helped with the stress. My tow truck driver Concha was an angel. He did so much for me that day. I ended up having three tows. When it came time to pay my bill, Allen gave me a discount just from having a crazy day! They did not have to do that. I appreciate their service and their kindness.

Sunday evening my vehicle was towed by this company. Later that night I tried to get it back, the lady who answered the phone told me to call back in the morning. Mind you, they are opened 24 hours. I called back in the morning, they gave me the total. I told the lady that I would come whenever I get off of work, she said that was fine. I went to get my vehicle after I got off, later that evening and they jumped the price $50 after telling what it was earlier. It was another young lady there, in the same situation I was. They told her one price, but it was totally different once she got there. They charged her an additional $50 as well. This isn't the late fee which is only $20. They are rigging people and taking advantage of people, after giving them a total. I believe they are pocketing the money. They are crooks!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and if I could I would give them a 0 star rating. Save yourself some time and money people, choose another towing company. This one is terrible.

I was headed to work this morning only to find my vehicle wouldn't start 🙃 I called League City Towing, and by the sound & tone of the gentlemen that answered the phone, I knew I called the right place! Within a half hour, Patrick arrived at my apartment complex and in a matter of minutes, my car was running!!! Patrick was fast and very polite!! Seems like mine will be the only bad review but you can’t win em all. October 2023 called AAA and they subbed the call to League City towing. They put in a new battery and that needed to be jumped twice in a year. The warranty option of a new battery was avoided both times. Both times I was out of town and came home to a dead battery. Both times the car sat for a week. They claimed I wasn’t driving it enough to hold the charge. Fast forward to 12/1/24 and I relocated to a cold weather state. One night of 25 degrees and the battery dies again. AAA here came out and the tech tested the battery and the readout shows BAD BATTERY. Show the paperwork and they installed a new one immediately. Now why couldn’t they have done that to begin with? This is on League City and not AAA. Car is running great now by the way. The warranty is for 30 months for the record. Still way within the timeframe.

Robert came out to just before Galveston in the construction zone with hardly any shoulder, we had blown out a tire. He got there a good 20 min before what was announced. He was pleasant, professional, very reassuring, got us back on 4 wheels and protected our reinsertion into the highway lanes by blocking an extra lane with his truck. Very good experience both with triple A and League city towing. Thank you for saing our evening !

I recently had an experience that truly restored my faith in humanity, thanks to an incredible worker who went above and beyond. I was stranded in a vacant side street after a wreck, with no access to help and feeling utterly helpless. This amazing individual came to my rescue, displaying remarkable compassion and dedication. He not only helped me out of my wrecked vehicle but also made sure I was safe and completely cared for. Their kindness didn't stop there—they stayed with me, provided comfort, and even ensured I was well fed and full. Their selflessness and genuine concern made me feel so much better, both physically and emotionally. In a moment of distress, Charles, was a true hero. Derek responded to my AAA call yesterday. He was prompt, polite and efficient. I wasn't sure why the car had turned off abruptly. Derek questioned, listened carefully and tested to diagnose my failed alternator problem. He went beyond by helping to get the car safely back to our nearby home. Excellent technician service!

This is relevant to this business because it represents their ethics and overall business practices. I am a highly qualified individual that applied for a dispatcher position. I took more than an hour out of my day to come to their office and apply. Spoke with a female, Tiffany (that has numerous negative reviews for her nasty attitude) that told me she would run m y background and get back to me. Two weeks later, I had no reply. I then called and was asked to leave a message. It has been more than a month with no reply. This is flakey. I saw another similar complaint with a reponse from the owner pleading to remove the dialogue because it was not relevant to their business. It is absolutely relevant and demonstrates the overall culture. I noticed that the job has been reposted 2 times since I applied. Their repetitive attrition is a key indicator that the organization has issues. UPDATE: You don't return calls. Try again. Flakes

AAA should be ashamed of contracting through them!!! The guy who picked me up from my location was very rude and gave no regard for my vehicle and hooked my car up from its axel ripping my handling apart giving my car more damage to it than its original state causing me more time and money!!! The manger at the alignment shop wanted him to place it near the bay however he dropped it a hundred feet away from the garage and drove off. The drivers name was Tom which I had to call and get information for I’ve filed a complaint with AAA but I don’t seen it getting very far. Terrible customer service not even funny

Based on the driver behavior I witnessed today, I will never use or recommend their service. Cutting off cars, speeding, rude to other cars and being an all around disrespectful driver. Dispatch was polite but cannot make up for discourteous drivers.

Miguel ( I already forgot his last name even though it was only 5 minutes ago ) came to tow my car tonight when my tire tread separated. It was an unpleasant situation that Miguel made a lot more tolerable because he arrived quickly , his handling of the vehicle as he secured it & transported & unloaded it were exactly the professional image & service that a company is fortunate to have going for them. I’ve always had outstanding service from every driver over the years with League City Towing though. Any of the drivers who have walked onto a scene with me & a vehicle in the middle of the night has always proved to be the professional that one hopes to have when called upon. Miguel was the best though I think & the handshake made the difference. 10 / 10 will always call League City Towing when I need roadside assistance locally.

I had National Roadside Services sent to me via my insurance company. Originally they stated that the tow would be done within 2 hours however it took over 5 and I ended up having to call and pay for a different tow company because the stated time that was given to me would change every 30 minutes. This is after I called the dispatcher myself repeatedly to check tow status. After a different tow truck came out and picked up my car the tow truck driver called me and asked what the address was of the tow. The guy didn’t even know the correct address from his dispatcher. I told him that I didn’t need a tow anymore and I’ve already called the company to cancel tow. The guy literally texted me and cussed me out via text. I saved it and will be sending it to his supervisor. Not a company I will ever use again and will refuse if my insurance tries to send them.

I’ve used League city towing 5-6 times now and they have amazing customer service and very skilled drivers. I personally recommend them when I know someone needs a tow/ battery service/ or fuel delivery. They are simply the best and will treat you amazing and make sure you are taking good care of

Placed a call for a tow and was told it would be 30 min. I ended up waiting an hour and a half. Placed 2 calls during this time inquiring about the driver to see where he was at. Driver finally shows and wasn’t able to drive my car on to the bed because he didn’t know how to drive a manual. I had to drive my car onto the truck myself. Driver was friendly. Just don’t appreciate having to wait for so long in this heat with my four kids. Don’t tell me 30 minutes and not get updated if it’s taking longer.

Felt that this service needed the recognition and rating deserved. Called them with expectations it was going to be expensive and take a while before someone was available. They were quick, helpful enough to help try to restart my vehicle, and knew what garage to take my car too. Would call these guys again should I need more help and y’all should too.
