Because I’m big on customer service, I give this company five stars. The night before I was to fly home from Houston, my toddler niece lost the keys to my rental car. The driver arrived quickly and was very polite and respectful. There were some issues with hooking up to the car, as it was facing the garage and I didn’t have the keys to put it in neutral. Another driver came to assist, and and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he get me hooked up quickly, but he also gave me a ride to the airport rental facility. These guys were awesome and had a great deal of respect for my time and and my need to get the car turned in and catch my flight. Big shout out to Mike and Wassim (Sam). they made what could’ve been a horrible situation, not so bad. Thanks guys.

Excellent towing service. Dispatch answers at 7:30pm. Tow truck Driver had to do extra work by tire knuckle bolt fell off. He used a hand jack. Placed the front end on wood block. Pulled my Toyota truck onto flat bed without scratching. Thank you NOEL!

He was here in about 15 minutes to test my battery, install a new battery and get me back on the road. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I just had a tow from these guys and it was hands down the best experience I've ever had with regards to a tow. Right from the first communication, they were clear, concise, and on time. The driver was also very professional and courteous. He got my vehicle on the flatbed and took it to the shop. Very fast service with plenty of communication and follow ups. This past Saturday was extremely stressful as I had to have two vehicles towed. When I called I spoke to Allen. He was so calm and kind which helped with the stress. My tow truck driver Concha was an angel. He did so much for me that day. I ended up having three tows. When it came time to pay my bill, Allen gave me a discount just from having a crazy day! They did not have to do that. I appreciate their service and their kindness.

Wassim (truck #2) (triple A) was supposed to tow my truck today, but during my towing service he was kind enough to figure out the issue with my car. I had a mobile mechanic tell me to buy certain parts that didn’t relate to the problem with my car, if I had let the mobile mechanic fix my car I would have wasted $500. The problem with my car right now wasn’t even close to the amount the mobile mechanic told me and I am truly grateful for his visit. He was really helpful and he didn’t have to give me advice on my issue, but he did! I highly recommend that anyone ask for Wassim. He drives truck number 2 and is extremely friendly! He is truly a value to this company. Also I tried to press all 5 stars and it didn’t let me for some reason. If it says 4 stars it’s meant to say 5.

League City Towing came and helped me out with a big tow. Got a flat on my car and found that my wheel lock was missing, so couldn’t change the tire out for the spare. AAA came through and towed me to the dealership across town. A+ excellent service, friendly, super knowledgeable. They even had some spare wheel locks that they tried out first. Sadly they didn’t fit my car, but they were down to help me come up with a solution and get back on the road. Shoutout to Wassim.

Seems like mine will be the only bad review but you can’t win em all. October 2023 called AAA and they subbed the call to League City towing. They put in a new battery and that needed to be jumped twice in a year. The warranty option of a new battery was avoided both times. Both times I was out of town and came home to a dead battery. Both times the car sat for a week. They claimed I wasn’t driving it enough to hold the charge. Fast forward to 12/1/24 and I relocated to a cold weather state. One night of 25 degrees and the battery dies again. AAA here came out and the tech tested the battery and the readout shows BAD BATTERY. Show the paperwork and they installed a new one immediately. Now why couldn’t they have done that to begin with? This is on League City and not AAA. Car is running great now by the way. The warranty is for 30 months for the record. Still way within the timeframe.

Sunday evening my vehicle was towed by this company. Later that night I tried to get it back, the lady who answered the phone told me to call back in the morning. Mind you, they are opened 24 hours. I called back in the morning, they gave me the total. I told the lady that I would come whenever I get off of work, she said that was fine. I went to get my vehicle after I got off, later that evening and they jumped the price $50 after telling what it was earlier. It was another young lady there, in the same situation I was. They told her one price, but it was totally different once she got there. They charged her an additional $50 as well. This isn't the late fee which is only $20. They are rigging people and taking advantage of people, after giving them a total. I believe they are pocketing the money. They are crooks!!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and if I could I would give them a 0 star rating. Save yourself some time and money people, choose another towing company. This one is terrible.

Robert came out to just before Galveston in the construction zone with hardly any shoulder, we had blown out a tire. He got there a good 20 min before what was announced. He was pleasant, professional, very reassuring, got us back on 4 wheels and protected our reinsertion into the highway lanes by blocking an extra lane with his truck. Very good experience both with triple A and League city towing. Thank you for saing our evening !

The guy who picked me up from my location was very rude and gave no regard for my vehicle and hooked my car up from its axel ripping my handling apart giving my car more damage to it than its original state causing me more time and money!!! The manger at the alignment shop wanted him to place it near the bay however he dropped it a hundred feet away from the garage and drove off. The drivers name was Tom which I had to call and get information for I’ve filed a complaint with AAA but I don’t seen it getting very far. Terrible customer service not even funny

They responded to my AAA REQUEST for a tow! HAD TO SEND MY VW across the street from my house FOR MECHANICAL FAILURE. The LEAGUE CITY TOWING driver MICHAEL PERFORMED MY SERVICE- PICKUP and while his pickup LEFT ME UNEASY I QUICK Snapped A PHOTO OF MY CAR LEAVING ON THE TRUCK headed simply across the street from my neighborhood. Well guess what - somehow the driver released the safety chain on my car while unloading it at the shop. MY CAR IS NOW DESTROYED AND LEAGUE CITY TOWING WON'T Even RESPOND TO AAA NOR MY REQUESTS and calls TO HANDLE THIS MATTER !!! EVEN IF IT WAS AN ACCIDENT OR EQUIPMENT FAILURE, THE COMPANIES DECISION TO TOTALLY IGNORE ME HAS CAUSED MY CAR TO NOW HAVE A MASSIVE PER DAY BILL FOR STORAGE AT THE mechanics SHOP. !!!! This is relevant to this business because it represents their ethics and overall business practices. I am a highly qualified individual that applied for a dispatcher position. I took more than an hour out of my day to come to their office and apply. Spoke with a female, Tiffany (that has numerous negative reviews for her nasty attitude) that told me she would run m y background and get back to me. Two weeks later, I had no reply. I then called and was asked to leave a message. It has been more than a month with no reply. This is flakey. I saw another similar complaint with a reponse from the owner pleading to remove the dialogue because it was not relevant to their business. It is absolutely relevant and demonstrates the overall culture. I noticed that the job has been reposted 2 times since I applied.
