This past Saturday was extremely stressful as I had to have two vehicles towed. When I called I spoke to Allen. He was so calm and kind which helped with the stress. My tow truck driver Concha was an angel. He did so much for me that day. I ended up having three tows. When it came time to pay my bill, Allen gave me a discount just from having a crazy day! They did not have to do that. I appreciate their service and their kindness.

I recently had an experience that truly restored my faith in humanity, thanks to an incredible worker who went above and beyond. I was stranded in a vacant side street after a wreck, with no access to help and feeling utterly helpless. This amazing individual came to my rescue, displaying remarkable compassion and dedication. Derek responded to my AAA call yesterday. He was prompt, polite and efficient. I wasn't sure why the car had turned off abruptly. Derek questioned, listened carefully and tested to diagnose my failed alternator problem. He went beyond by helping to get the car safely back to our nearby home. Excellent technician service!

Miguel ( I already forgot his last name even though it was only 5 minutes ago ) came to tow my car tonight when my tire tread separated. It was an unpleasant situation that Miguel made a lot more tolerable because he arrived quickly , his handling of the vehicle as he secured it & transported & unloaded it were exactly the professional image & service that a company is fortunate to have going for them. I’ve always had outstanding service from every driver over the years with League City Towing though. Any of the drivers who have walked onto a scene with me & a vehicle in the middle of the night has always proved to be the professional that one hopes to have when called upon. Miguel was the best though I think & the handshake made the difference. 10 / 10 will always call League City Towing when I need roadside assistance locally.

AAA should be ashamed of contracting through them!!! The guy who picked me up from my location was very rude and gave no regard for my vehicle and hooked my car up from its axel ripping my handling apart giving my car more damage to it than its original state causing me more time and money!!! The manger at the alignment shop wanted him to place it near the bay however he dropped it a hundred feet away from the garage and drove off. The drivers name was Tom which I had to call and get information for I’ve filed a complaint with AAA but I don’t seen it getting very far. Terrible customer service not even funny

I had National Roadside Services sent to me via my insurance company. Originally they stated that the tow would be done within 2 hours however it took over 5 and I ended up having to call and pay for a different tow company because the stated time that was given to me would change every 30 minutes. This is after I called the dispatcher myself repeatedly to check tow status. After a different tow truck came out and picked up my car the tow truck driver called me and asked what the address was of the tow. The guy didn’t even know the correct address from his dispatcher. I told him that I didn’t need a tow anymore and I’ve already called the company to cancel tow. The guy literally texted me and cussed me out via text. I saved it and will be sending it to his supervisor. Not a company I will ever use again and will refuse if my insurance tries to send them.

Felt that this service needed the recognition and rating deserved. Called them with expectations it was going to be expensive and take a while before someone was available. They were quick, helpful enough to help try to restart my vehicle, and knew what garage to take my car too. Would call these guys again should I need more help and y’all should too.

Placed a call for a tow and was told it would be 30 min. I ended up waiting an hour and a half. Placed 2 calls during this time inquiring about the driver to see where he was at. Driver finally shows and wasn’t able to drive my car on to the bed because he didn’t know how to drive a manual. I had to drive my car onto the truck myself. Driver was friendly. Just don’t appreciate having to wait for so long in this heat with my four kids. Don’t tell me 30 minutes and not get updated if it’s taking longer.

DO NOT USE!! They Will Damage your vehicle taking it off the trailer and will blame it on you. Car doesn’t run or start and they unloaded it at Norman Freede Chevy. They damaged both rims, one not using the correct strap and the other by backing it into the shops lift bars.

I had arrived in Galveston, Texas on a Saturday evening after a 3.5 hour, drive to spend some time at the beach. I had stopped during the drive to put my convertible top down so when I arrived at my hotel room and started to put the convertible top up, it’s stuck and would not close. The car does not drive once that happens nor does the windows go up. The next morning I utilized my AAA for towing services to get me and my car back home. AAA sent out League City Towing to get me and my vehicle back home. From the moment they called to find out details to the moment they picked me up and transported me and the vehicle back home the service was excellent. They were very helpful and concern. The driver they sent was Concepción. He made sure to strapped down the open back window of the convertible, so it would not fly open during our drive. Some thing I didn’t even think about. You can tell he knew his job well and made sure the car was very secure and would be transported unharmed. He was so very sweet and nice and did not make me feel uncomfortable sitting in his tow truck with him to make such a long drive back. I did feel very bad that the tow was such a long drive there and back for him. He even stopped to let me get something to eat, in which it was definitely my treat for the hamburgers, lol. It was the least I could do. Also, he was also very conscious of my comfort for restroom stops. The service department called both when we arrived and the next day to make sure everything was OK. They were very professional and courteous. I really appreciated them during this frustrating time.

Great towing service. Locked up the front end and broke and they were able to take me all the way back home up by Livingston. Bad with names so I forgot who I rode in the truck with but he was very pleasant and a fun guy to ride along and shoot the breeze with. Tow was even cheaper than the roadside through my insurance!

My truck broke down yesterday at Home Depot and Driver was literally there in minutes of being dispatched, the driver was very helpful, friendly and encouraged us to get out of heat immediately and sit under ac in truck. This service was professional and courteous. It took longer to actually put the call in to AAA going thru a million prompts and then waiting for 20 minutes to connect to customer service reps. When he dispatched out for service the driver was there in minutes with a warm smile. Lord I was happy he came so quick. It was so very hot out there.

Then Chris waited on the Bolivar side, towed my car off the ferry, and got it started. I was very blessed these gentleman came to help.
