Everyone who works at this location is amazing especially the ladies, Store manager Dominique and Team member Topanga. They were so patient and very helpful the whole time of me being here. They walked me through the process with Flex and Sezzle, and I was able to buy a beautiful necklace for Christmas with the Jewelry VIP. I definitely recommend coming here!

I was pleasantly surprised that T, the m allowed me to come in while rgey were closing. I felt T was very knowledgeable, professional, and dralt with the pricing, weighing of the gold in a timely manner. The location is very accessible too! O am more than pleased with the outcome of the amount! Cone here, they gave me 100 more on a piece i had a loan on before! T, have a nlessed night.
I went to this pawn shop because I needed quick cash to start a small business. I had never pawned anything in my life. I brought in a custom 14k gold chain that was a gift from my mom. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn’t take a photo of it at the time.
Three days later, when I went to pick it up, they returned a different chain — similar, but not mine. The one they gave me had a brand mark, and I know for a fact that mine didn’t because it was custom made.
When I told them it wasn’t my chain, they claimed they “clean” all jewelry before returning it — first lie — saying that’s why it looked different. They said they would check the cameras, but that doesn’t prove anything because they keep all the items in the back, and can swap them however they want. They never show you the actual measurements or weight in person — they only give you a paper ticket.
Later, they asked if I had a photo of my chain to “help them look for it” — second red flag.
At this point it’s clear — they are thieves and scammers. I even called the police, but they said there was nothing they could do unless I hired a lawyer, which would cost more than the chain’s value.
Bottom line: I lost my gold chain, my trust, and my time. Be careful — this place is not honest and will take advantage of you if you’re not careful.

Luis was great! We stopped in on a whim, Luis was nice, helpful and willing to show us a few different options. Great selection of the jewelry we were looking for.
Team member Luis a real one he hooked us up and gave me more on my loan than expected and the New Store Manager Dominique has excellent customer service definitely recommend coming here.

Both displayed excellent customer service and professionalism, which made my experience very positive.
Honestly the location seems pretty small. But my boy cooper , came in and showed me around the store and made me feel like family. He then proceeded to hand me his hand and asked if I could shake it if I ever needed help. Gave me the best deal that I could not refuse and even cleaned it up for me , CRAZY! 10/10 service! Would definitely recommend.
I had a fantastic experience here! The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. I didn’t catch the name of the lady manager, but she was incredibly professional, kind, and went out of her way to help me out. Tyler also helped me and did a great job — super helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything go smoothly.
