Just popped in here as my Avis rental car was alarming due to tire pressure and they sorted it immediately. Henny was the service agent and he was super helpful. Coming from NZ you can see that service in many parts of the US is excellent
We are grateful to the employees at NTB League City, Tx store who were so helpful to us after my daughter had two blowouts on the gulf freeway when she and several other cars hit a large pipe in the road that had fallen off a truck. A huge thanks to Lance, Henry, John and Toni who all played a vital part in getting her car back on the toad again. Great customer service !!
I've been to NTB in League City three times in the past month once with my daughter's car and twice with my car and I can honestly say that the service was impeccable. The honesty, respect and compassion that they show to there customers is unmatched they actually diagnose the problem first then talk to you about different solutions without trying to over charge you and if it don't need fixing they will let you know so you won't be spending unnecessary money. The times I've went to NTB I've always talked to Mike and Henry those two guys are amazing at what they do. Thank you so much for your honesty,compassion and integrity when it came to servicing my vehicles. Keep up the great work .

Exceptional customer service. They were quite busy and thoroughly explained the process and provided updates through the short waiting period. I never had to guess what was going on, what the status was, and before any work took place I was.consulted thoroughly and asked permission to began repairs. I was surprisingly shocked with the customer service and speed of the quality repairs provided. Ill be a long time and repeating customer.
I was on a road trip and had to stay a night in town, but my car needed a new tire + rotation. Mike was more than happy to help and gave me better service than my guy back home. 6/5 stars if possible

Great experience for a quick tire rotation. Mike will make sure your car is safe for the road and goes above and beyond. While I was there he made sure every customer and their issue was addressed promptly with all available options.
I set an appointment the day before. On the day of the appointment, I received an early call to confirm, which I confirmed with them. I arrived 10 minutes early, and upon checking in, I was advised that even though I had an appointment, I would need to drop off the vehicle and it would not be ready until the end of the business day. If they were able to call me to confirm my appointment, they should have also informed me that I would need to leave my vehicle for the entire day. This resulted in a wasted trip and wasted time coming here.
Mr. Henry was amazingly thorough. He showed me in detail what was needing done as he made his recommendation. He was honest, didn't try to up-sell, and made sure we were all good during the wait.
I brought them my mother in laws Lexus because the brakes were making noise. NTB inspected the entire vehicle and determined everything was in good shape and sent me on my way. Everytime I take a vehicle there I am very satisfied with the service.
NTB Hhas never failed me in emergencies. I needed a battery, but couldn't afford getting one before leaving the dealership with other repairs. Car was returned with 1 ride only...to NTB. Long time customer for emergency services only l. They pulled up my account and replaced the battery. No frills just kindness
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! They live to waste peoples time and make excuses. I called the day before about an alignment on my 1981 corvette. The old man says, “sure, I can align it” and told me to drop it off the following morning. He didn’t mention that he was off the next day and the junior tech didn’t have a clue what to do. Wasted my time dropping it off and getting my wife to pick me up, only to have them call 3 hours later with a list of excuses including, they had a broken lift? All bushings and suspension were new so no fault of rusty bolts or anything else on the vehicle. Tried to tell me it needed to be jacked up to replace shims? I’ve aligned it myself. It’s done without jacking it up. $12 an hour girl at counter tried to say I was wrong and come get the car. Again, wasting more of my time. Finally, the manager, who should go back to flipping burgers, can’t find my keys for 10 minutes. Purposely to keep me waiting. Trash skills and trash service. Read the NTB horror stories.
Henry takes the time to explain the services and gave me peace of mine by showing me the inspection work. It's a plus that he's bilingual too. Satisfied Galveston customer.
I came in with only an hour left until closing and the manager still took care of my service without hesitation. Mike was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. First time coming to this location and Mike took care of me right away when I pulled up he was in the middle of doing something and he stopped what he was doing to make sure I was taken care of. Told me where to park walked me through the whole process wasn’t over whelming very polite very energetic very professional I 100 percent recommend this location to anyone in the Texas city area and I highly recommend when you come ask for Mike. I’ve been to NTB several times now for an oil change, new brakes, and a full set of new tires, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and upfront about what my car needs. They explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciate. The work they’ve done on my car has been reliable every time. My oil change was quick, my brakes feel brand new, and the new tires made a huge difference in how smooth my car drives. They finished everything in a reasonable time and kept me updated throughout the process. Overall, NTB has definitely earned my trust. If you’re looking for honest, efficient, and quality car service, I highly recommend them!
Fastest service I’ve ever had thanks to Levi! Needed a new tire and the entire shop was the absolute sweetest group of people I’ve met! All of them are phenomenal and knowledgeable
I took my car in for a tire patch, and somehow they ended up breaking my key fob and would not own up to it or take accountability. I gave possession of my vehicle to "Jasmine," the NTB receptionist. She claimed the key was already broken (Bladen lie), but when I went to turn the car on, the key failed to turn due to the fob being broken. Fresh glue residue was still on the key. I then spoke to John Guzman (store manager) and Henry Wadsorth (service manager), who then told me that none of the employees would be getting in trouble for their actions (which isn't the point). They then "spoke" to their crew, and no one owned up to breaking my key. They claimed I did it and that they wouldn't do anything for me. Don't waste your time at this location with sleazy workers with no customer skills. I gain nothing from this but an inconvenience and an expense. if they would have offered a solution I would not need to escalate this. If you want trust worthy work don’t come here.
I found out how great this place is from a family member who's always had excellent experiences with both service and price for batteries and tires on her Dodge Grand Caravan and Chevy Equinox. My first experience for my Hyundai Elantra battery was top-notch also - Mike was awesome! He was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I couldn't have had a smoother experience, so I don't think you can beat this place!!
I had a disappointing experience at NTB. I went in at 4 PM today for a small tire leak and decided to have my back tires balanced due to a vibration I’d noticed since my last rotation. The service took an excessively long time, and I didn’t leave until 7 PM. To make matters worse, when I got home and inspected my tires, I discovered that the tire they checked for the leak was missing a lug nut. This oversight is unacceptable and dangerous. I’m extremely frustrated with the poor service and lack of attention to detail.
I want to say how grateful I am for this location, its staff and especially their master technician, Henry W. It's hard to know who you can trust when it comes to car repairs. I usually dread having to take my car in anywhere but I was given a list of items, from a different repair shop, that needed to be fixed and it was pretty pricey. I wanted another opinion and I have been to this NTB location before and have always been satisfied with their customer service so I brought my car here. Henry took the time to explain everything on the list, hear my concerns and show me, by looking at my car together, whether or not those items needed to be done. I really appreciate the time he spent to make sure I understood and could see everything for myself. Also wonderful that I wasn't charged for them to take a look at my car. Henry W. and all the staff I interacted with were kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Excellent experience from start to finish. I had the necessary repairs done and at a lower price too. Excellent customer service. Oh and the parking, waiting area and restrooms are nice and clean too. Especially important for moms with little kiddos.

This is my go to shop fir the last 10 years. I've never had a problem with them, but over the last year their service has been outstanding! One time I was quoted a price for 4 tires, but then they realized the inventory was off by 1 tire. They ended up working numbers to get me better tires for a lower total price because they gave my oil change for free! They have been super friendly and bring me in the shop to show me what they have found, which, as a single woman, makes me feel better (not taken advantage of). Love them!!
