Wonderful and fast tire replacement. Traveling from Dallas to Houston, experienced unfortunate flat tire on toll. NTB was the only place that had my tire in stock on Sunday. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Saved the day and day drive home.
I went to NTB Galveston for a flat or slow leak, no customers in store but two cars in bay. He told me an hr. Wait. So I asked if I could come back in an hr. He said there would be a line. I wanted to tell him where to put that flat repair, but I didn’t. I told him I would drive to Texas city. Discount tire had me on my way in 30 min.
Henry was amazing taking care of me when I went in to have my front tire checked last Saturday. They were able to locate a nail. They patched my tire and had me on my way in a short period of time. Greatly appreciated Henry!
I’ve been here several times; staff is okay, but the service is poor and they don’t inform you of anything. I have to ask questions every time about the wait. Each time I went, it was by appointment. Today was the worst; I’ve been here since 9:30am, and it’s now 2:09 p.m., and I’m still here. This is a sad shame. I won’t be returning. I’ve given them several chances to get it right, but nothing has changed. Very disappointed.
I had a disappointing experience at NTB. I went in at 4 PM today for a small tire leak and decided to have my back tires balanced due to a vibration I’d noticed since my last rotation. The service took an excessively long time, and I didn’t leave until 7 PM. To make matters worse, when I got home and inspected my tires, I discovered that the tire they checked for the leak was missing a lug nut. This oversight is unacceptable and dangerous. I’m extremely frustrated with the poor service and lack of attention to detail.
Henry was very helpful when I went in for an oil change. Turns out last people forgot to reset my oil status and left a rag under hood. Will go back when ready for the oil change.

It's hard to know who you can trust when it comes to car repairs. I usually dread having to take my car in anywhere but I was given a list of items, from a different repair shop, that needed to be fixed and it was pretty pricey. I wanted another opinion and I have been to this NTB location before and have always been satisfied with their customer service so I brought my car here. Henry took the time to explain everything on the list, hear my concerns and show me, by looking at my car together, whether or not those items needed to be done. I really appreciate the time he spent to make sure I understood and could see everything for myself. Also wonderful that I wasn't charged for them to take a look at my car. Henry W. and all the staff I interacted with were kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Excellent experience from start to finish. I had the necessary repairs done and at a lower price too.
Excellent customer service. Oh and the parking, waiting area and restrooms are nice and clean too. Especially important for moms with little kiddos.

This is my go to shop fir the last 10 years. I've never had a problem with them, but over the last year their service has been outstanding! One time I was quoted a price for 4 tires, but then they realized the inventory was off by 1 tire. They ended up working numbers to get me better tires for a lower total price because they gave my oil change for free! They have been super friendly and bring me in the shop to show me what they have found, which, as a single woman, makes me feel better (not taken advantage of). Love them!!
Needed an alignment and and two tires. Ended up spending 6 hours over a two day span. They were dishonest and not upfront with what they were doing. No one took accountability . If you have a choice use another location this one is far from par. Spoke with the manager who had nothing but excuses!!! Stay clear !!
I came in for tires and was helped by a very nice-and very pretty-lady (Yazz) at the front desk. She got my car right in and told me they would do a FREE INSPECTION! Thank goodness she did, because my brakes were 95% worn! I'm pretty sure I owe her my life, or at least a very big thank you card. They gave me a great deal on the new brakes and even did a brake flush that I was well over do for!! I'd recommend this place to anyone who enjoys being alive…
Yaz was awesome! Super friendly and got me taken care of quickly. The service was efficient and smooth from start to finish. Definitely coming back next time I need anything done!
My experience at this NTB branch has always been nothing short of fantastic. I was assisted by Yazmine today, she was extremely professional, outgoing and friendly. The best part about this place is they aren't pushy like most tire/lube joints. They are knowledgeable and helpful and get you exactly what you need. I have been coming to this branch for years and will continue to do so.
I want to remark that this place has excellent customer service! Karsten was able to assist me in advance and handle everything with ease. This place has a very welcoming environment; I would definitely return!
It was my first visit, but Karsten was really informed about the tire I needed, and the service I received was incredibly friendly. Even though there was a brief wait because it was lunch, he was really helpful in informing me when the tire repair was scheduled. I will most certainly return if that is the person who works at the front desk all the time and I have any tire problems.
Words cannot express how impressed I am with this place and Henry. Absolutely the most honest car repair establishment I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I came in after jumping my battery and being told by auto zone that the alternator was going out. I brought it in and relayed the information expecting to have to have it replaced. They told me they would do a FREE electrical system check and get back to me ASAP. After dropping it off they called less than 30 minutes later and told me nothing was wrong with the electrical system at all. If that wasn’t enough, I asked if they could look at an annoying muffler rattle I’ve been listening to for a year, on a modified ADA van for my disabled son. He told me they didn’t do muffler work but he would take a look anyway, after he got it up on the lift. He called me back very quickly and told me whoever installed the adapted muffler, installed the attachment arms incorrectly. He then proceeded to tell me he was able to fix both attachments for me and the noise was gone. When I asked how much I owed them, he told me it was on the house and he was happy to be able to help. I was blown away by the honesty and service and expressed that to him. Henry told me “that’s the only way he knew how to do business”. World class service and I won’t go anywhere else for car maintenance if NTB offers the service. Thanks for restoring my faith in humanity Henry!
John, Henry, and Lance were outstanding! Their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism was unmatched. Service took longer than expected but they never once left me out of the loop and constantly provided me with updates while I waited.
Same experience as one guy who left a review of 1 star. Had only 1 tire I needed replacing. Place was practically empty and was stuck waiting for an hour and a half still counting. I’m the only customer remaining. Seriously, it should not take this long for 1 tire replacement…
Amazing customer service. The crew there are very knowledgeable on what they are talking about. Karsten up at the front was very informative on type of service I needed on my vehicle and was able to get me a good walk out the door price. I will definitely be coming here again with how friendly and great the customer service was!

I want to say thanks to Yazmine for being so nice. She explained the differences in the tires she was offering so that I could make the best choice. It started storming before I left and she asked me to be sure to turn on my windshield wipers to make sure they were working before I left, so if needed they could put on new ones so I would be safe. People do not even want to look at you these days and especially young people, yet she made a suggestion that would help me and it made me feel good about the world that day.
First time here, Yaz was very knowledgeable on the tire I needed and the hospitality of the service I received was beyond welcoming. I know it was lunch and there was a small wait time but she was very informative on communicating with me on the timing of the tire replacement. If that's who is always at the front desk and I have any tire issues I'm definitely coming back.
I had a flat tire yesterday 05/11/25 and brought my car in for service. “MAGIC” did some “MAGIC”and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained that the tire was beyond repair. He helped me choose a suitable replacement and had it installed within an hour. “MAGIC”was professional, the pricing was fair, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend their service for anyone needing tire work!
I went to NTTB this morning and Magic provided me with a wonderful customer service experience. He was knowledgeable about the issues my vehicle was having about my battery and didn’t pressure me with any unnecessary sales tactics or gimmicks.
