I was hoping to get an inspection and I was told it will be a minute. 10 minutes went by without me being acknowledged or talked to at all. Basically four personnel stood around talked about their phones and cash apps. I was very surprised and shocked. I basically just walked out without saying anything and I will not be going to this place again.
-- It was not the wait that was the issue, it was the lack of communication and acknowledgment that someone was waiting in the shop.

There’s a tendency to hesitate to go to a new mechanic shop that you haven’t been to before, family recommended and from the moment I arrived I was being taken care of.
Attentive to my situation and within hours of dropping off my car, they had diagnosed it, called to inform me about the issue and see how I wanted to proceed and had it done

I went in to get a diagnostic on my car for the AC and now my car is not running and my air conditioner does not work. I couldn't see the old blower motor that they took out supposedly because somebody stole some parts from there shop the night before and my blower motor being one of them.
Gary & staff are the utmost of professional & honest. Gary is incredibly fair in his pricing, too. My last car repair ended up LESS than what he initially quoted me, which I sincerely appreciate.

I took my 07 F150 and they could not figure out a misfire on cyl#6. I got the feeling they like easy issues because I went home and discovered that a wire coming out of coil#6 was not making full contact and was almost split in half. They kept the truck a week and could not do a basic visual inspection? They also showed me an old spark plug that suppposedly came out of same cylinder but my plugs were brand new and different brand. They didnt know I had replaced them a week back. Shady place.
Gary and his staff are the best in the business. There is nothing like a honest and knowledgeable auto mechanic. I have been going to him for over 2 decades now. When I was a broke college student i rolled my old truck into the brake check in League City. They wanted to charge me over $1,200 and told me my truck was unsafe to release back. I had it towed to Gary's and he had me fixed up for a few hundred bucks. Again, the best in the business.
Check engine light came on my truck. Pulled into Little right at closing. They know I work across town so not only did Gary pull my code, he fixed the problem and put 5 quarts of oil in. Didn’t charge me a cent. That wouldn’t have just been a charge somewhere else, it could have been a very costly one.
In a profession where customers are cautious and afraid of being taken advantage of, this is one garage you don’t even have to give pause to. They are honest, trustworthy, and always take care of their customers. I won’t bring my vehicle anywhere else.

I dropped my car off this mornin on the way to work for a state inspection, didn't have an appointment and they don't open until 8am, but Gary called me at 9am to tell me it was ready. Great service and great people, i appreciate you gettin my car in so fast. thanks!
