I just wanna say how helpful the two people working there today June 28 were. I had just bought a new vehicle, while a used new vehicle, and the battery had gone out. I was already having a bad morning and I went in and they made it completely and utterly easy. They got me my battery they even gave me a tray of tools despite me having tools in my vehicle, the older gentleman working behind the counter with the glasses said they were specifically meant for working on batteries. While I was working on my battery in the parking lot, I cut my elbow pretty deep. I came in asking for a Band-Aid or something to at least double the bleeding, and the older female, wearing the glasses working behind the counter, took care of me. And what I mean, took care of me she got Band-Aids, she got antibacterial cream and applied it with her own hands And put the Band-Aids on for me. They even helped me with the battery replacement and took the core without issue I even dropped one of their sockets in my engine bay could not get it back, I even tried to replace it with my own 10 mm socket and they said they would just take care of it themselves and not to worry. I have never been taken care of more by an auto parts store employee than I have by those two I wish I had gotten their name, but I was in such a rush and having such a bad morning so far that I just wanted to leave go home and shower. So from the bottom of my heart, thank you very freaking much. Y’all are awesome. Please don’t stop being the way you are. And I will forever make this O’Reilly my home O’Reillys.
If I can put a 0 I would. Came in to ask some questions and get help and the older man with a chin beard totally dismissed me. The other younger guys were more interested in talking to themselves than to the customer. Don’t come here if you want someone to actually help you. If you know what you want and you’ll be in and out that’s fine.
Adam and Josh were both extremely helpful! I had previously gone to a different store and was sold the wrong part, returned it and came to O’Reillys. They got me the correct part and ensured it worked before I drove off!
Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable . I went in with battery issues on my car and my daughters. The team went out and helped change my battery and checked my daughters. They showed my daughter how to open her hood and where to look. Mike, Suzette and the rest of the crew went above and beyond. Highly recommend for all your auto needs.
I called in to see if the had an air filter for my car. The gentleman was extremely helpful, they did not have one on hand but he was willing to order and have it in the same day. I was uncertain of the engine but he was still able to assist. They are always willing to help when I stop in

I wasn't sure if I had the right oil. And the guy just stood there and didn't even help me to tell me if it's the right one So I had called my son who use to be a oil tech and he said I had the wrong one I needed something different.Thanks for not helping me o'reilly's I will be doing autozone from now on

Professional parts people! Found out they honor their battery warranties. If you need something they don't have in stock they will get it from another store or from their warehouse quicker than any place I've seen in my 75 years.
Brandon just helped me with my brake lights at no cost. I'm very grateful for his knowledge and expertise, and his ability to help me out in a pinch! Great guy with excellent service.
My pops was denied help by the younger looking guy working in there. My pops just needed help w checking transmission oil, the worker did not even bother going outside and just looked through window and told my pops he doesn't know anything about that car and couldn't help. He took advantage of my pops appearance, choppy English and the situation of no one else being around. My pops called me for help so I went to the store and another worker easily went on computer and verified what type of transmission oil was needed and quantity.
Called and talked to Joe about a part for my truck before driving over. When I got there, he already had it waiting on me. He was more than happy to answer all my questions.

The opposite of the stereotypical parts store clerks who insist on asking the motor size while looking up windshield wipers. Every gear-head knows what I'm talking about.
Someone entered a core return as "without receipt" (which we all know NEVER happens with core returns) when I bought a part a few months ago so when I went in to see if the part was still under warranty the old bald fellow decided to act like I stole an alternator from them while I'm standing there with my 6 year old daughter next to me.
Will not be returning to this location and i would advise against anyone else going to this location with their children. You're going to be stuck between getting arrested in front of your kids or teaching them that it's OK for people to talk to you like that.
The workers here are sort of helpful. They'll be condescending when working with you to get what you need to solve your problem, they also have a problem with accepting no as an answer when asking for your phone number or email for trivial purchases.
Always find what I need with a friendly group. I have been doing business here for YEARS and fund it convenient and a great staff. They know their stuff and always ask if I need help when I come in.

I have been going to this location for the last 3 years while building my 85 Toyota 4runner project. My go to guys are Curley and Justin, both top notch parts professionals! If they don't have what I need they get it. Or if I need it now they will have the part laid out for me to go and pick up. Just wanted to say thank you, guys ! Keep up the good work !!
